Abstract
The invention provides a method for manufacturing a product with a pattern and a product thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) designing an electrode according to a product; (2) numerically controlling the shape of the patterns on the electrode by using a carving cutter; (3) after the electrode machining is finished, machining a mold core of the mold by using electrode discharge; (4) the product is injection molded in a mold. According to the method for manufacturing the product with the pattern and the product thereof, the electrode is processed in a numerical control mode through the carving cutter, then the mold core of the mold is processed through the electrode in an electric discharge mode, and then the product is molded through injection molding, so that the product is provided with the pattern, the pattern effect and the appearance are uniform, and the requirements of customers are met.

step S100: the electrode 10 (spark machine electrode) is designed according to the product, namely, the size and the shape of the electrode 10 are related to the shape of the product, so that the size and the shape of the electrode are consistent with those of the product;
step S200: referring to fig. 2 and 3, the shape of the pattern 11 on the electrode 10 is numerically controlled by using an engraving tool, specifically, the engraving tool engraves the shape of the pattern 11 on the electrode 10 according to a control command, and the shape of the pattern 11 is shown in fig. 2 and 3;
step S300: after the electrode 10 is machined, obtaining a pattern 11 required by a product on the electrode 10, and machining a mold core 20 of a mold by using the electrode 10 in an electric discharge mode, namely, the machined electrode 10 and the mold core 20 are respectively connected with two poles of a pulse power supply, pulse voltage applied to the electrode 10 and the mold core 20 generates spark discharge, high temperature is generated at the moment of the discharge to gasify or melt the surface of the mold core 20, so that a pattern 11 opposite to the pattern 11 on the electrode 10 is generated on the surface of the mold core 20, and the pattern 11 on the mold core 20 is shown in fig. 4;
step S400: the product is injection moulded in a mould, the surface of which is provided with the same pattern of motifs 11 as on the electrode 10.

(1) designing an electrode according to a product;
(2) numerically controlling the shape of the patterns on the electrode by using a carving cutter;
(3) after the electrode machining is finished, machining a mold core of the mold by using electrode discharge;
(4) the product is injection molded in a mold.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electrode is made of a chrome copper material.
