本发明涉及一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物及其制备方法,属于卫生、防疫领域。该织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布、疏油无纺布、PTFE膜、疏油无纺布、负离子抗菌无纺布,所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布、PTFE膜按上述顺序紧密贴合在一起;该发明的织物不仅具备现有PTFE膜口罩或其他产品的隔离病毒、高透气性、不透水性等功能,而且具备疏油、抗菌、释放负离子的功能,形成全方位一体化抗病毒特性,最大程度地防护人体不受病毒感染。

背景技术
病毒细菌最常见的传播方式就是空气中的媒介传播,一旦病毒进入体内,即可对身体健康造成严重影响,尤其是老人、孩子和抵抗力较弱的人群。
尤其是当下正流行的新冠病毒疫情,普通口罩、防护服、医护用床单被罩所采用的面料已无法长时有效抵抗新冠病毒入侵,比如当下采用的熔喷布材料,虽然可阻挡0.3微米以上的雾霾、灰尘或相同粒径的病毒,但对于其中纳米级的新冠病毒效果不佳;与此同时,因熔喷布的过滤效果主要依靠静电吸附,而静电吸附效果随呼吸或出汗产生的水汽逐渐下降,4-6小时后几乎消失,并且熔喷布的静电吸附原理把空气中的负离子几乎隔绝了,导致采用该材料的口罩、防护服、医护用床单被罩等产品给人体带来憋闷不透气的感受;除此之外,为了达到抵抗病毒的效果,需要2-4小时更换一次,成本较高。
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)具有优良的化学稳定性与热稳定性,以及低表面能与非极性,PTFE膜是以聚四氟乙烯为原料,采用特殊工艺,经压延、挤出、双向拉伸等方法制成的微孔性薄膜,具有原纤维状微孔结构,孔隙率85%以上,具备可耐大部分化学溶剂及气体、可耐高温、表面不粘附性、强疏水性及防湿性等优异性能,PTFE膜及膜覆合材料已作为一种优异的过滤材料获得了广泛的应用。
例如,专利文献1:《可循环使用的适用于呼吸的过滤结构的制备方法及其应用》,CN111317197A,2020.06.23,该发明从上到下结构依次为巴厘纱层、PTFE过滤膜层、巴厘纱层,并采用过滤结构边缘缝纫固定的方式,采用该过滤结构制备的口罩或口罩垫具有高透气性和不透水性能,对直径75nm的细小颗粒的过滤性能超过95%,达到KN95口罩的标准,该口罩或口罩垫经沸水煮、84消毒、酒精擦拭,在不同使用强度下,一般使用10-20次后,防护效果仍维持在95%以上,该口罩或口罩垫在正常佩戴、薄膜不破损的情况下,过滤性能可保持200小时。由此解决了上述熔喷布材料不具备高透气性、防水、长时使用的问题。
再例如,专利文献2:《一种高透气性抗皱多层面料及其制备方法》,CN111361252A,2020.07.03,该发明包括外层面料、里层面料和不少于两层的中间层面料,所述外层面料、里层面料和中间层面料之间通过胶接技术粘贴在一起,所述外层面料由的高分子防水透气材料PTFE膜与布料复合而成,所述里层面料由柔性无害亲肤无纺布制成,所述中间层面料为具有抗皱除臭功能的新型材料制成。该发明外层面料中的PTFE膜使该多层面料具备了高透气性和不透水性能,大大延长了隔离病毒时间,解决了上述熔喷布材料不具备高透气性、防水、长时使用的问题。
然而,上述专利文献以及市面上现有的PTFE膜口罩或其他产品,仅仅具有上述高透气性和不透水性能,可有效长时隔离病毒入侵,但由于人体皮肤会因生理原因不断分泌油脂,尤其在高温环境下,特别容易使贴身的PTFE膜面料表面充满油脂,致使PTFE膜堵塞,从而失去高透气性性能,最终导致人体极度不适;除此之外,暴露在空气中的人体,仅仅依靠PTFE膜材料的被动隔离功能,并不能做到最大程度地防护人体不受病毒感染,因此,现有的PTFE膜口罩或其他产品在针对病毒入侵时,并不能全面地防护人体不受病毒感染。
综上所述,发明一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物已成为当务之急。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物及其制备方法,该发明的织物不仅具备现有PTFE膜口罩或其他产品的隔离病毒、高透气性、不透水性等功能,而且具备疏油、抗菌、释放负离子的功能,形成全方位一体化抗病毒特性,最大程度地防护人体不受病毒感染。
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物,该织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布、疏油无纺布、PTFE膜、疏油无纺布、负离子抗菌无纺布,所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布、PTFE膜按上述顺序紧密贴合在一起,所述外层的负离子抗菌无纺布用于抑制病菌入侵,所述外层的疏油无纺布用于阻止外界空气中油污入侵,所述PTFE膜用于隔离病毒、通风换气及防水渗透,所述内层的疏油无纺布用于阻止人体皮肤油脂入侵,所述内层的负离子抗菌无纺布用于增加人体血液循环。
本发明的第二个方面是提供一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:所述负离子抗菌无纺布制备步骤如下:
第一步,将负离子添加剂制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液加入,其中,所述熔融态聚丙烯、纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液的配比按重量份数分别计为92-97份、2-7份及0.5-1份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S2:所述疏油无纺布制备步骤如下:
第一步,将聚四氟乙烯材料制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入,其中,所述聚丙烯与聚四氟乙烯的配比按重量份数分别为70-95份、5-30份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S3:将上述疏油无纺布和PTFE膜按规格裁剪并按照疏油无纺布、PTFE膜、疏油无纺布的顺序铺叠,然后采用轧辊冷压的方式制成PTFE复合膜;
S4:将上述负离子抗菌无纺布、PTFE复合膜按规格裁剪并按照负离子抗菌无纺布、PTFE复合膜、负离子抗菌无纺布的顺序铺叠,并对其边缘处进行固定,最终形成该多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物。
本发明提供了一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,有益效果说明如下:本发明的外侧负离子抗菌无纺布有效地抑制了病菌的活性,外侧疏油无纺布有效地阻止了外界油污的入侵,PTFE膜有效地隔离了病毒的入侵,并且保证了高透气性和不透水性能,内侧疏油无纺布有效地阻止了人体油脂的入侵,保证了PTFE膜的高通透性,内侧负离子抗菌无纺布释放负离子,促进血液循环,提高了人体免疫力,由此形成多功能一体化抗病毒结构,不仅具备现有PTFE膜口罩或其他产品的隔离病毒、高透气性、不透水性等功能,而且具备疏油、抗菌、释放负离子的功能,形成全方位一体化抗病毒特性,最大程度地防护人体不受病毒感染。

实施例1:
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的口罩织物及其制备方法,该口罩织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布1、疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2、负离子抗菌无纺布1,所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布1分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布2之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按上述从外到内顺序紧密贴合在一起;
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的口罩织物的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:所述负离子抗菌无纺布1制备步骤如下:
第一步,将负离子添加剂制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液加入,所述熔融态聚丙烯、纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液的配比按重量份数分别计为96份、3份及1份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S2:所述疏油无纺布2制备步骤如下:
第一步,将聚四氟乙烯材料制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入,所述聚丙烯与聚四氟乙烯的配比按重量份数分别为85份、15份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S3:将上述疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按规格裁剪并按照疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2的顺序铺叠,然后采用轧辊冷压的方式制成PTFE复合膜;
S4:将上述负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜按规格裁剪并按照负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜、负离子抗菌无纺布1的顺序铺叠,并对其边缘处进行固定,最终形成该多功能一体化抗流感病毒的口罩织物。
实施例2:
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的防护服织物及其制备方法,该防护服织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布1、疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2、负离子抗菌无纺布1,所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布1分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布2之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按上述从外到内顺序紧密贴合在一起;
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的防护服织物的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:所述负离子抗菌无纺布1制备步骤如下:
第一步,将负离子添加剂制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液加入,所述熔融态聚丙烯、纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液的配比按重量份数分别计为95份、4份及1份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S2:所述疏油无纺布2制备步骤如下:

S3:将上述疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按规格裁剪并按照疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2的顺序铺叠,然后采用轧辊冷压的方式制成PTFE复合膜;
S4:将上述负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜按规格裁剪并按照负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜、负离子抗菌无纺布1的顺序铺叠,并对其边缘处进行固定,最终形成该多功能一体化抗流感病毒的防护服织物。
实施例3:
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的鞋面料织物及其制备方法,该鞋面料织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布1、疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2、负离子抗菌无纺布1,所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布1分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布2之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按上述从外到内顺序紧密贴合在一起;
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的鞋面料织物的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:所述负离子抗菌无纺布1制备步骤如下:
第一步,将负离子添加剂制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液加入,所述熔融态聚丙烯、纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液的配比按重量份数分别计为92份、7份及1份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S2:所述疏油无纺布2制备步骤如下:
第一步,将聚四氟乙烯材料制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入,所述聚丙烯与聚四氟乙烯的配比按重量份数分别为80份、20份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S3:将上述疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按规格裁剪并按照疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2的顺序铺叠,然后采用轧辊冷压的方式制成PTFE复合膜;
S4:将上述负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜按规格裁剪并按照负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜、负离子抗菌无纺布1的顺序铺叠,并对其边缘处进行固定,最终形成该多功能一体化抗流感病毒的鞋面料织物。
实施例4:
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的运动服织物及其制备方法,该运动服料织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布1、疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2、负离子抗菌无纺布1,所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布1分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布2之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按上述从外到内顺序紧密贴合在一起;
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的运动服织物的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:所述负离子抗菌无纺布1制备步骤如下:
第一步,将负离子添加剂制成纳米颗粒;

第一步,将聚四氟乙烯材料制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入,所述聚丙烯与聚四氟乙烯的配比按重量份数分别为75份、25份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S3:将上述疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按规格裁剪并按照疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2的顺序铺叠,然后采用轧辊冷压的方式制成PTFE复合膜;
S4:将上述负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜按规格裁剪并按照负离子抗菌无纺布1、PTFE复合膜、负离子抗菌无纺布1的顺序铺叠,并对其边缘处进行固定,最终形成该多功能一体化抗流感病毒的运动服织物。
实施例5:
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的床单被罩织物及其制备方法,该床单被罩织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布1、疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2、负离子抗菌无纺布1,所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布1分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布2之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按上述从外到内顺序紧密贴合在一起;
一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的床单被罩织物的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:所述负离子抗菌无纺布1制备步骤如下:
第一步,将负离子添加剂制成纳米颗粒;
第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液加入,所述熔融态聚丙烯、纳米负离子添加剂颗粒及1.0ppm浓度的电解银离子液的配比按重量份数分别计为93份、6份及0.5份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;

第二步,将聚丙烯粒料高温熔融,将第一步制成的纳米聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入,所述聚丙烯与聚四氟乙烯的配比按重量份数分别为95份、5份,充分搅拌后喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取而成;
S3:将上述疏油无纺布2和PTFE膜3按规格裁剪并按照疏油无纺布2、PTFE膜3、疏油无纺布2的顺序铺叠,然后采用轧辊冷压的方式制成PTFE复合膜;

试验一、织物内外表面细菌检测:
检测方法:模拟设计一个内部病菌浓度不变、温度、湿度恒定的密闭环境,准备一个仿生设计的人体,该仿生人体开启电源后具体正常人体温度,并可模拟呼吸、做简单动作及分泌汗液,将实施例1及相应对比例1、实施例2及相应对比例3、实施例3及相应对比例5、实施例4及相应对比例7、实施例5及相应对比例9的单只/套织物按使用方式不同依次与仿生人体结合,在上述密闭环境内试验30分钟,随后进行织物内外表面病菌数量检测,并统计出实施例与对比例的病菌数量比例;每组试验进行前,对仿生人体全面消毒。

试验二、PTFE膜堵塞率检测:
检测方法:模拟设计一个内部病菌浓度不变、温度、湿度恒定的密闭环境,准备一个仿生设计的人体,该仿生人体开启电源后具体正常人体温度,并可模拟呼吸、做简单动作及分泌汗液和油脂,将实施例1及相应对比例2、实施例2及相应对比例4、实施例3及相应对比例6、实施例4及相应对比例8、实施例5及相应对比例10的单只/套织物按使用方式不同依次与仿生人体结合,在上述密闭环境内试验30分钟,随后将织物内部的PTFE膜取出并采用滤纸擦拭法对PTFE膜表面的油脂进行检测,并统计出实施例与对比例的PTFE膜的油脂含量比例,油脂含量大表明该PTFE膜表面油脂多,堵塞率高;每组试验进行前,对仿生人体全面消毒。

结论:从上述两个试验可得出:1.不同应用的本发明织物均可有效抗菌;2.不同应用的本发明织物均可有效减少PTFE膜堵塞率,进而更好的保证高通透性。
利用本发明所述技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物,其特征在于:该织物截面结构从外到内依次为负离子抗菌无纺布(1)、疏油无纺布(2)、PTFE膜(3)、疏油无纺布(2)、负离子抗菌无纺布(1),所述内外两层负离子抗菌无纺布(1)分别与各自临近的上述疏油无纺布(2)之间可相对滑动,所述所疏油无纺布(2)、PTFE膜(3)按上述顺序紧密贴合在一起,所述外层的负离子抗菌无纺布(1)用于抑制病菌入侵,所述外层的疏油无纺布(2)用于阻止外界空气中油污入侵,所述PTFE膜(3)用于隔离病毒、通风换气及防水渗透,所述内层的疏油无纺布(2)用于阻止人体皮肤油脂入侵,所述内层的负离子抗菌无纺布(1)用于增加人体血液循环。
2.一种多功能一体化抗流感病毒的织物的制备方法,其特征在于:
