Abstract
The invention discloses a positioning shaft sliding block structure of a camshaft gear and signal disc press-fitting tool, which comprises a positioning shaft sliding block, a positioning shaft support, a positioning shaft, a circumferential positioning pin and a guide pin. The positioning shaft sliding block is arranged between a first guide sliding block and a second guide sliding block of a guide sliding base assembly of the press-fitting tool; the positioning shaft support is arranged on the positioning shaft sliding block; the positioning shaft is arranged at one end of the positioning shaft support, and the axis of the positioning shaft is superposed with the longitudinal central line of the positioning shaft sliding block; the circumferential positioning pin is arranged on the end surface of the positioning shaft; the guide pin is arranged at one end of the positioning shaft support; the axes of the positioning shaft, the circumferential positioning pin and the guide pin are parallel to each other and are positioned in the same horizontal plane, and the axis of the positioning shaft is coaxial with the axis of the camshaft; the diameter of the guide pin is the same as that of the phase positioning hole of the cam shaft gear. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engine manufacturing, in particular to a positioning shaft sliding block structure of a camshaft gear and signal disc press-fitting tool, which can ensure accurate phase positioning of the camshaft gear and the signal disc.
Background
At present, a camshaft is generally vertically placed by pressing (shrink-fit) a camshaft gear and a signal panel at the end part of the camshaft, positioning pins fixed on a tool frame are used for positioning (phase positioning) the camshaft gear and the signal panel, and a press machine is used for pressing in or manually pressing in the camshaft gear and the signal panel to perform shrink-fit.

a circumferential positioning pin provided on an end surface of the positioning shaft; and
a guide pin provided at one end of the positioning shaft support;

the outer diameter of the positioning shaft is the same as the diameter of a center hole of the camshaft gear, and the diameter of the guide pin is the same as the diameter of a phase positioning hole of the camshaft gear.

the second mounting hole and the first pin through hole are arranged on the outer side of the guide pin mounting part, and the positions of the second mounting hole and the first pin through hole correspond to the positions of the second threaded hole and the first pin counter bore;
the second pin through holes and the third pin through holes are arranged on the other side of the positioning shaft mounting part, and the positions of the second pin through holes and the third pin through holes correspond to the positions of the second pin counter bores and the third threaded holes;
a plurality of fourth threaded holes annularly arranged around the positioning shaft mounting hole; and
the third pin counter bore is arranged at the upper part of the positioning shaft mounting hole, and the center line of the third pin counter bore is superposed with the center line of the positioning shaft mounting hole in the overlooking direction;
the center line of the positioning shaft mounting hole is parallel to the center line of the guide pin mounting hole and is positioned on the same horizontal plane.

the mounting section is coaxially connected with the positioning shaft and is used for being mounted in the mounting hole of the positioning shaft;
the circumferential positioning pin mounting hole is formed in the end face of the positioning shaft;
a plurality of fourth mounting holes which are arranged around the axis of the positioning shaft, and the positions of the fourth mounting holes correspond to the positions of the fourth threaded holes; and
and the third pin hole is arranged on the other end surface of the positioning shaft, and the position of the third pin hole corresponds to the position of the third pin counter bore.
