Abstract
The invention relates to a trimming die for a front floor of an automobile and a using method thereof, the die comprises an upper die holder provided with an upper die guide sleeve, a lower die holder provided with a lower die guide post and a trimming die structure arranged between the lower die holder and the upper die holder, the trimming die comprises a trimming knife arranged on the outer side edge part of the lower die holder, an upper die trimming male die is arranged at the position of the upper die holder corresponding to the trimming knife, a material supporting core is arranged in the lower die holder and connected with a lower die linkage structure, and the trimming knife is connected with a discharging structure and a flanging knife group arranged between the lower die holder and the upper die holder. The special upward trimming mechanism of the die can well solve the technical problems, saves working procedures, simultaneously solves the problem of trimming by upward trimming, avoids double material pressing cores, reduces cost, simplifies structure, enables waste materials to slide smoothly, facilitates field processing and debugging, improves working efficiency and promotes competitiveness of die enterprises.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dies, in particular to a trimming die for an automobile front floor and a using method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the mold industry, under the large background that the competition is more and more intense, the efficiency improvement and cost reduction are carried out before all manufacturers, better and faster development is desired, better service and higher quality are provided, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced as much as possible by anyone, so that the mold industry with the great waves and sand washing can finally survive, and therefore, enterprises need to continuously innovate new technologies which better use and save the cost.
At present, in a traditional trimming structure of an automobile die, a trimming knife is fixed on an upper die, a trimming male die is fixed on a lower die, a material pressing core needs to be designed on the upper die, and a pressure source, a side pin and a bolt standard part which are matched with the material pressing core are needed. The upper die moves downwards along with the press sliding block, the pressing core contacts with the plate and compresses the plate together with the lower die trimming convex die, and when the upper die moves 8 mm before the lower dead point, the trimming knife starts trimming downwards until the lower dead point is reached, and trimming is finished.
The design is divided into three sequences like the automobile front floor: OP10 drawing, OP20 trimming, punching, OP30 flanging, shaping and trimming. Considering that the plate has large shape fluctuation, OP20 has one circle of trimming edge and difficult waste discharge, and several trimming edges are put on OP30, so that the problem of difficult waste discharge of OP20 is solved, but a new problem is brought about: according to the traditional downward trimming structure, the upper die is required to be provided with the material pressing core, the lower die is provided with the material supporting core due to the upward flanging and shaping of OP30, if the upper die is required to have a complex double-movable structure of the material supporting core and the material pressing core, the upper die is provided with the material pressing core and the trimming knife, and the lower die is provided with the lower die trimming convex die, the arrangement is difficult to realize based on the die process content and space limitation, the design difficulty and complexity of the die are increased invisibly, the workload of field debugging is increased, and the die manufacturing cost is increased.

And two groups of die nitrogen cylinders and upsetting dead blocks are arranged in the lower die holder.
The discharging structure comprises a side pin, a waste sliding plate and an ejection pin.
The flanging knife group comprises a lower die flanging knife arranged on the lower die base and an upper die flanging knife arranged on the upper die base.
And an upper die shaping knife is arranged in the middle of the upper die base.
The use method of the trimming die for the front floor of the automobile comprises the following steps of; and (3) mold opening stage:
1.1), opening the press upwards, lifting an upper die trimming male die, an upper die flanging knife and an upper die shaping knife of an upper die seat and an upper die accessory, and simultaneously jacking a material supporting core by a lower die nitrogen cylinder;

and 2.3, moving the material supporting core to a bottom dead center, namely upsetting the material supporting core and the upsetting dead block to the bottom, and finishing trimming and flanging and shaping actions. The cut waste is jacked up by the ejection pin and smoothly slides down by the waste sliding plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) through the special trimming mechanism for the automobile front floor die, the lower die is turned upwards, and a working procedure can be saved under the condition that the upper die cannot be designed with a trimming and pressing core;
