Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defect that a nurse needs to manually hold a cotton swab and place the cotton swab into an iodine tincture bottle to dip iodine tincture, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the medical cotton swab automatic iodine tincture dipping device which does not need the nurse to manually dip iodine tincture.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an automatic iodine tincture dipping device for medical swabs, which comprises: the left side of the bottom of the rack is connected with a recovery box; the cotton swab box is connected to the rack; the upper part of the left side of the machine frame, which is close to the cotton swab box, is connected with a liquid storage box; the bottom of the liquid storage tank is connected with a plurality of liquid outlet pipes; the liquid outlet pipe is connected with a brush; the liquid storage tank is connected with the liquid outlet pipe through a liquid inlet pipe; the water pump is arranged on the recovery tank; the water pump is connected with a liquid guide pipe, one end of the liquid guide pipe is positioned in the recovery tank, and the other end of the liquid guide pipe is communicated into the liquid storage tank; the pushing mechanism is arranged on one side of the inner top of the rack; the left side of the inner top of the rack is provided with a rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is in transmission connection with a material pushing mechanism; the non-return assembly is installed on the rotating mechanism.
Preferably, the pusher mechanism comprises: one side of the inner top of the rack is connected with a guide frame, and the guide frame is connected with a sliding frame in a sliding manner; the two sides in the sliding frame are connected with racks; the pushing rod is connected to one side of the sliding frame; the driving motor is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the rack; the sector gear is connected to the driving motor and meshed with the rack.
Preferably, the rotating mechanism comprises: the other side of the inner top of the rack is rotatably connected with a connecting pipe which is communicated with the recovery box; the end part of the connecting pipe is connected with the liquid collecting tank; the liquid collecting tank is connected with a rotary table, and a plurality of storage tanks are formed in the rotary table; the connecting pipe is connected with the first one-way gear; the other side of the sliding frame is connected with a connecting rod; the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the L-shaped shaft rod; the end part of the L-shaped shaft lever is connected with a ratchet which is matched with the first one-way gear; the spring coiling device comprises a coil spring, wherein the L-shaped shaft rod is sleeved with the coil spring, one end of the coil spring is connected with the L-shaped shaft rod, and the other end of the coil spring is connected with a connecting rod; one side of the connecting rod, which is close to the L-shaped shaft rod, is connected with a limiting rod; the outer wall of the liquid storage tank is connected with a fixed disc which surrounds the rotating disc, one side of the fixed disc is provided with a cotton inlet, and the other side of the fixed disc is provided with a cotton outlet.
Preferably, the check assembly includes: the outer wall of the connecting pipe, which is close to the first one-way gear, is connected with a second one-way gear; the guide sleeve is connected to the inner top of the rack close to the second one-way gear; the guide sleeve is internally connected with a non-return gear in a sliding manner, and the non-return gear is matched with the second one-way gear; and the reset spring is connected between the non-return tooth and the guide sleeve.
Preferably, a plug assembly is further included, the plug assembly comprising: the liquid storage tank is connected with an adjusting screw rod; the adjusting screw is connected with a circular screen plate which is connected with the liquid storage tank in a sliding manner; the round screen plate is connected with a plurality of blocks which are matched with the liquid outlet pipe.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: the top of the fixed disc is connected with a tension spring; the tension spring is connected with the N-shaped frame, and the N-shaped frame penetrates through the fixed disc; the electric wheel is arranged on the N-shaped frame, and a through hole is formed in one side, close to the electric wheel, of the fixed disc; the wedge block is connected to the limiting column.
(3) Advantageous effects
According to the iodine tincture bottle, the pushing rod moves leftwards, cotton swabs in the cotton swab box can be pushed onto the rotary disc, iodine tincture falls into the brush through the liquid outlet pipe, the brush can coat the iodine tincture on the cotton swabs, a nurse does not need to manually hold the cotton swabs and place the cotton swabs into the iodine tincture bottle to dip the iodine tincture, and therefore the working strength of the nurse can be reduced.

Example 1
A medical automatic iodine tincture dipping device for cotton swabs is shown in figures 1-5 and comprises a frame 1, a recovery box 2, a cotton swab box 3, a liquid storage box 4, a liquid outlet pipe 42, a brush 43, a limiting column 44, a water pump 5, a liquid guide pipe 6, a material pushing mechanism 7, a rotating mechanism 8 and a non-return assembly 9, wherein the left side of the bottom of the frame 1 is connected with the recovery box 2, the upper part of the inner side surface of the frame 1 is connected with the cotton swab box 3, the upper part of the left side of the frame 1 is connected with the liquid storage box 4, the bottom of the liquid storage box 4 is uniformly connected with a plurality of liquid outlet pipes 42 at intervals along the circumferential direction, the bottom of the liquid outlet pipe 42 is connected with the brush 43, the middle of the bottom of the liquid storage box 4 is connected with the limiting column 44, the water pump 5 is arranged on the recovery box 2, the water pump 5 is connected with the liquid guide pipe 6, the bottom end of the liquid guide pipe 6 is positioned in the recovery box 2, the top end of the liquid guide pipe 6 is introduced into the liquid storage box 4, the material pushing mechanism 7 is arranged on the right side of the inner top of the frame 1, the left side of the inner top of the rack 1 is provided with a rotating mechanism 8, the rotating mechanism 8 is in transmission connection with a material pushing mechanism 7, and the rotating mechanism 8 is provided with a non-return assembly 9.
Pushing equipment 7 is including leading truck 71, carriage 72, rack 73, push rod 74, driving motor 75 and sector gear 76, the interior top right side of frame 1 is connected with two leading trucks 71, two leading trucks 71 front and back symmetry, sliding connection has carriage 72 between the medial surface of two leading trucks 71, both sides all are connected with rack 73 around in the carriage 72, the top right side of carriage 72 is connected with push rod 74, driving motor 75 is installed on the bottom right side of frame 1, driving motor 75's output shaft has sector gear 76 through the coupling joint, sector gear 76 and rack 73 meshing.
The rotating mechanism 8 comprises a limiting rod 80, a fixed disc 81, a rotary disc 82, a liquid collecting tank 83, a connecting pipe 84, a first one-way gear 85, a connecting rod 86, ratchets 87, a coil spring 88 and an L-shaped shaft 89, the connecting pipe 84 is rotatably connected to the left side of the inner top of the frame 1, the connecting pipe 84 is communicated with the recovery box 2, the liquid collecting tank 83 is connected to the top of the connecting pipe 84, the rotary disc 82 is connected to the top of the liquid collecting tank 83, a plurality of storage tanks are uniformly arranged at the top of the rotary disc 82 along the circumferential direction at intervals, the storage tanks are obliquely arranged in a high-outside and low-inside manner, the first one-way gear 85 is connected to the upper portion of the outer wall of the connecting pipe 84, the connecting rod 86 is connected to the left side of the sliding frame 72, the L-shaped shaft 89 is rotatably connected to the left portion of the connecting rod 86, the ratchets 87 are connected to the bottom end of the L-shaped shaft 89, the ratchets 87 are matched with the first one-way gear 85, the coil spring 88 is sleeved on the L-shaped shaft 89, the other end of the coil spring 88 is connected with the connecting rod 86, the top of the connecting rod 86 at the rear side of the L-shaped shaft 89 is connected with the limiting rod 80, the lower part of the outer wall of the liquid storage tank 4 is connected with the fixed disk 81, the rotary disk 82 is surrounded by the fixed disk 81, the right side of the fixed disk 81 is provided with a cotton inlet, and the front side of the fixed disk 81 is provided with a cotton outlet.
The check assembly 9 comprises a second one-way gear 91, a guide sleeve 92, check teeth 93 and a return spring 94, the lower part of the connecting pipe 84 is connected with the second one-way gear 91, the top of the inside of the rack 1 at the rear side of the second one-way gear 91 is connected with the guide sleeve 92, the guide sleeve 92 is connected with the check teeth 93 in a sliding manner, the check teeth 93 are matched with the second one-way gear 91, and the return spring 94 is connected between the check teeth 93 and the guide sleeve 92.
Before the child is vaccinated, the nurse puts the cotton swabs into the cotton swab box 3, then starts the driving motor 75 to rotate the sector gear 76, the sector gear 76 rotates to enable the sliding frame 72 to move left and right, the sliding frame 72 moves left and right to drive the pushing rod 74 to move left and right, and the pushing rod 74 moves left to enable the cotton swabs in the cotton swab box 3 to be pushed into the storage tank through the cotton inlet. The sliding frame 72 moves left and right to drive the connecting rod 86 to move left and right, the connecting rod 86 moves left and right to drive the ratchet 87 to move left and right, the ratchet 87 moves left to enable the first one-way gear 85 to rotate anticlockwise for one grid, the first one-way gear 85 rotates anticlockwise for one grid to drive the connecting pipe 84 to rotate anticlockwise for one grid, and therefore the rotating disc 82 can rotate anticlockwise for one grid, and cotton swabs can enter different storage tanks. Due to the provision of the check tooth 93, the second one-way gear 91 cannot rotate clockwise, so that the connecting pipe 84 can be prevented from rotating clockwise when the ratchet 87 moves rightward. Since the first one-way gear 85 does not rotate when the ratchet 87 moves rightwards, the ratchet 87 can rotate anticlockwise through the L-shaped shaft 89 when moving rightwards, the coil spring 88 is compressed accordingly, and the limiting rod 80 can limit the L-shaped shaft 89, so that the L-shaped shaft 89 is prevented from excessively swinging. The nurse can pour iodine into liquid reserve tank 4 afterwards, and the iodine falls into brush 43 through drain pipe 42 thereupon, and brush 43 can scribble the iodine on the cotton swab, and when the nurse was to children's vaccinations, the nurse can take out the cotton swab that has the iodine through going out the cotton mouth, and when need not use, it can to close driving motor 75. The excess iodine on the cotton swab falls into the recovery box 2 through the liquid collecting tank 83 and the connecting pipe 84, the nurse starts the water pump 5, and the iodine in the recovery box 2 flows back into the liquid storage box 4 through the liquid guide pipe 6, so that the iodine can be fully used, and the waste of the iodine can be prevented; the iodine tincture in the recovery box 2 flows back to the liquid storage box 4, and then the water pump 5 is closed. Therefore, the pushing rod 74 moves leftwards, so that the cotton swabs in the cotton swab box 3 can be pushed onto the rotary disc 82, iodine can fall into the brush 43 through the liquid outlet pipe 42, the iodine can be coated on the cotton swabs by the brush 43, a nurse does not need to manually hold the cotton swabs, the cotton swabs are placed in an iodine bottle, and the iodine can be dipped in the iodine, and the working intensity of the nurse can be reduced.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the liquid storage tank further comprises a blocking assembly 10, wherein the blocking assembly 10 comprises an adjusting screw 101, a circular net plate 102 and blocking pieces 103, the top of the liquid storage tank 4 is connected with the adjusting screw 101 in a threaded connection mode, the circular net plate 102 is rotatably connected to the lower portion of the outer wall of the adjusting screw 101, the outer wall of the circular net plate 102 is slidably connected with the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 4, the bottom of the circular net plate 102 is connected with the blocking pieces 103, and the blocking pieces 103 are matched with the liquid outlet pipe 42.
Initially, drain pipe 42 is plugged up to jam piece 103, and when wanting to make iodine tincture scribble the cotton swab on, the nurse rotates adjusting screw 101 clockwise and makes circular otter board 102 upwards move, and circular otter board 102 upwards moves and drives jam piece 103 upwards, when jam piece 103 upwards moves to not blocking up drain pipe 42, can stop rotating adjusting screw 101. When the liquid outlet pipe 42 is blocked again, the adjusting screw 101 is rotated counterclockwise to move the circular net plate 102 downward for resetting. So the drain pipe 42 is stopped up with blockking up 103, can prevent iodine tincture from flowing down all the time to can further prevent that iodine tincture is extravagant.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, the cotton bollard further comprises a wedge block 11, an N-shaped frame 12, a tension spring 13 and an electric wheel 14, the tension spring 13 is connected to the top of a fixing plate 81 on the right side of the cotton outlet, the N-shaped frame 12 is connected to the top of the tension spring 13, the bottom of the N-shaped frame 12 penetrates through the top of the fixing plate 81, the electric wheel 14 is installed on the inner side surface of the N-shaped frame 12, a through hole is formed in the fixing plate 81 on the front side of the electric wheel 14, and the wedge block 11 is connected to the outer wall of the limiting column 44.
The nurse starts the electric wheel 14 to rotate anticlockwise, when the nurse fails to take out the cotton swab at the cotton outlet for use, the rotary disc 82 rotates anticlockwise to enable the cotton swab to move rightwards, the cotton swab can be in contact with the electric wheel 14 through the wedge-shaped block 11 when moving rightwards, the electric wheel 14 rotates anticlockwise to push out the cotton swab in contact with the electric wheel through the through hole, so that the storage groove at the left side of the cotton swab box 3 can be in an empty state, and the push-out rod 74 can be prevented from being clamped when pushing out the cotton swab in the cotton swab box 3 leftwards; after the nurse finishes the inoculation, the motorized wheel 14 is turned off.
