Description

Pulmonary artery support and pulmonary valve replacement device convenient to control
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a pulmonary artery stent and a pulmonary artery valve replacement device convenient to control.
Background
The pulmonary stenosis usually refers to the stenosis of the pulmonary valve or the stenosis of the pulmonary valve combined with the right ventricular outflow tract, which can exist alone or be one of the lesions of other complicated congenital heart diseases (such as the four-gang syndrome of Fale), and the incidence rate of the pulmonary stenosis accounts for 10 to 20 percent of the total number of the congenital heart diseases. According to the different locations of stenosis, it can be divided into stenosis of pulmonary valve, stenosis of infundibulum, and main and branch stenosis of pulmonary artery, among which the stenosis of pulmonary valve is the most common. The operation mode of the pulmonary artery stenosis is determined according to different lesions. The current procedure for treating a waste valve is mainly a valve replacement, i.e. a valve replacement with a prosthetic pulmonary valve.
In the prior art, the pulmonary artery valve stent generally comprises a compressible pulmonary artery stent and valve leaflets, wherein the pulmonary artery stent has good biocompatibility and can be safely, stably and reliably placed at the corresponding position of the pulmonary artery valve.
The pulmonary artery stent disclosed by the prior art has contractility, the contraction units are rhombic, and relative rotation between the contraction units can be controlled by using connection points between the contraction units, but the rotation direction of the contraction units cannot be accurately controlled, so that deviation of the contraction direction is easily caused in the operation process, and the injury is caused to a patient.
