Background
In the oral cavity diagnosis and treatment operation, as turbine power, an ultrasonic agitation device or cauterization equipment is needed, a large amount of aerosol, spray mixed with blood and saliva, powder and smoke generated by grinding tooth bodies and repair materials can be generated, infection risks can be caused to medical staff operating beside a chair and other doctors and patients in a consulting room, and the surfaces of surrounding objects and indoor air can be polluted. The existing saliva sucking tube can only suck saliva in the mouth, and has weak sucking effect on pollutants splashed and dispersed outside the mouth. The single dental diagnosis and treatment suction device has strong suction effect, but is a single device which is independently supplied with power, so the device has large volume, large noise during operation, too strong attraction, easy suction of objects such as treatment towels, small dental instruments and the like, and meanwhile, the device needs to be cleaned and disinfected regularly because of the single suction device, otherwise, secondary pollution or disease transmission is easy to cause. So that the use cost is high and the use scene is limited. Therefore, a more convenient and efficient device is needed to reduce the risk of contamination and disease transmission caused by aerosol dispersion during oral diagnosis and treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an extraoral suction mask, which aims to solve the problems that the whole breathing mask is large in size, complex in structure and accompanied with whistle sound in use.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
an extraoral suction mask comprises a mask body connecting pipe, wherein the side of the mask body is in an irregular wedge shape, the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with the mask body, the mask body is communicated with the connecting pipe, and a sealing groove is formed in the inner surface of a port; the tail end of the connecting pipe, which is not connected with the cover body, is inserted into the suction end of the suction device; the inner diameters of the two ends of the connecting pipe are larger than the inner diameter of the middle part of the connecting pipe; the inner diameter of the connecting pipe is uniformly changed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the using process, the mouth external suction mask provided by the invention is suspended at a place 5-10 cm away from the front lower part of the face of a patient, so that aerosol, spray, blood, saliva and powder which are splashed and diffused from the oral cavity can be effectively sucked, and the operation of medical staff is not hindered; on the other hand, because of the influence of the opening diameter of the mask body and the distance between the mask body and the periphery of the mouth when in use, the negative pressure attraction force around the mask body is not too strong, small instruments, materials and drape in dental treatment can be prevented from being sucked, and the normal operation is not interfered. On the other hand, the external suction surface provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need to use extra power, is plug-and-play, has small volume and is convenient to carry, is suitable for the situations of mobile medical treatment, disaster relief, field operations and the like, plays a role in controlling aerosol diffusion, avoids the pollution of dental diagnosis and treatment on the environment and air of a non-medical special area, and reduces the risk of disease propagation and diffusion under the situations.
The inner diameters of the two ends of the connecting pipe are larger than the inner diameter of the middle part of the connecting pipe; the inside diameter size uniform variation of connecting pipe can effectual noise reduction, for example, when suction apparatus work, when through current suction tube suction, the whistle that can send.
Further preferably, the outer diameter of the trailing end is an interference fit with a suction nozzle of the suction device.
By adopting the technical scheme, the inner diameter of the port and the port of the using equipment are in interference fit, so that the inner wall of the port is tightly attached to the outer wall of the port of the using equipment, and the phenomenon of leakage at the interface is prevented.
It is further optimized that the suction device is a dental chair or a negative pressure device.
By adopting the technical scheme, the sewage treatment systems of the devices can be utilized, no extra sewage treatment equipment is needed, and secondary pollution to the environment is avoided. The mask body is further optimized to be made of medical high polymer materials, and the mask body is made of light-transmitting materials.
By adopting the technical scheme, the medical high polymer material meets medical standards, and avoids the harm to the respiratory system of a user caused by the standard exceeding of the chemical substance content in the common high polymer material. The medical polymer material can be sterilized at high temperature and can also endure the sterilization treatment of the conventional medical disinfectant, thereby being convenient for effectively avoiding the breeding and the transmission of pathogenic microorganisms in the infectious disease prevention and control period. Meanwhile, due to low cost, the product can be discarded once and intensively destroyed under the condition of no disinfection. The cover body is made of transparent material, so that the illumination light of the dental treatment chair or other operations can not be shielded.
It is further optimized that the size of the opening of the cover is 20 times the size of the port.
By adopting the scheme, the aerosol which is generated in the dental treatment operation and is diffused around the mouth can be collected and sucked more effectively. When properly used, the dental spatter operation can be effectively prevented from polluting surrounding personnel, object surfaces and air.
