Abstract
The invention provides a disposable protective film laminating device for a blood pressure meter oversleeve, which comprises a shell, a protective film roller, an adjusting roller set and adhesive tape rollers, wherein a cavity is arranged in the shell, the protective film roller is arranged in the cavity, an opening is formed in the top of the shell, the adjusting roller set is arranged on the cavity on the inner side of the opening, and the adhesive tape rollers are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the shell. The blood pressure detector cuff has the beneficial effect that the technical scheme is improved aiming at the problem that the blood pressure detector cuff in the prior art is easy to cause cross infection. The scheme can be used for rapidly setting the protective film for the cuff of the blood pressure detector and providing protection for the cuff of the blood pressure detector so as to enable the cuff of the blood pressure detector to be isolated from a patient for detection. Meanwhile, the structure of the protective film is improved, so that the protective film is more beneficial to operation, and the sealing property and the safety are also improved. The disposable protective film laminating device for the oversleeves of the blood pressure meters comprises a shell, a protective film roller, an adjusting roller set and adhesive tape rollers, wherein a cavity is formed in the shell, the protective film roller is arranged in the cavity, an opening is formed in the top of the shell, the adjusting roller set is arranged on the cavity on the inner side of the opening, and the adhesive tape rollers are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the shell.
The adjusting roller group comprises a first adjusting roller and a second adjusting roller, the first adjusting roller is in contact with the second adjusting roller, an adjusting knob is arranged on the first adjusting roller, and the adjusting knob is arranged outside the shell.
The inner wall of the shell is provided with a limiting bump, a limiting slide way is arranged in the limiting bump, and the protective film roller is arranged in the limiting slide way.
And the limiting slide way is provided with a limiting groove to fix the position of the protective film roller.
The casing outside is equipped with the laminating recess, the laminating recess is the arc recess.
The laminating is characterized in that a buffer layer is arranged in the laminating groove and made of a soft rubber material.

After the protective film roller 2 is installed, the protective film 16 wound on the first roller 15 is pulled out of the opening 6 through the adjusting roller group 3 to wrap the part to be measured of the patient. After the wrapping is completed, the two ports are firmly fixed by the adhesive tape 18 arranged on the adhesive tape roller 4, and the two ports are turned over by the pressing line 21 arranged on the protective film 16. The cuff is completely wrapped and then subjected to isolation coating.
The adjusting roller group 3 can control the protective film 16 to be smoothly and completely extracted through the friction force between the first adjusting roller 7 and the second adjusting roller 8, and the rotation of the first adjusting roller 7 is controlled through the adjusting knob 9 for fine adjustment.
Further, the first adjusting roller 7 and the second adjusting roller 8 are made of soft rubber, so that enough friction force can be provided, the protective film 16 can be protected, and the problems of fracture, deformation and the like can be avoided.
Further, the laminating recess 13 is arranged outside the shell 1, so that the patient can conveniently place the limb, the buffer layer 14 made of soft rubber materials is arranged in the laminating recess 13, comfort level can be increased, and meanwhile, the laminating of the protective film 16 is convenient, so that the limb of the patient can be more laminated.
