Claims (15)

1. A seat, comprising: a stool part, a backrest and star-shaped legs; the stool part is supported on the supporting legs through the upright posts; the method is characterized in that: the bench portion comprises a bench shell arranged inside: the retainer, the spring cushion block arranged on the retainer and the mechanism frame which collects and clamps the spring cushion block with the retainer and enables the retainer to be connected to the upright post;
the retainer is provided with an installation area for placing the spring cushion block; the elastic cushion block can be restored to deform in the stress direction along with the bearing force borne by the retainer in the mounting area;
the mechanism frame includes: a backrest fixing part extending towards the rear side of the stool part and used for fixing a backrest; the backrest fixing part is detachably assembled with the backrest; the backrest performs the forward and backward adjustment of the lumbar support in the leaning direction through the feeding assembly;
the star-shaped legs are formed by bending and stretching a whole plate; the star-shaped and upright posts comprise star point paint surface layers.
2. The seat according to claim 1, wherein: the retainer comprises a disc-shaped body and a hole which is arranged on the disc-shaped body and used for inserting and sleeving the upright post; the disc-shaped body is provided with the mounting area; and columnar bulges sleeved on the elastic cushion blocks in the mounting areas in an inserting manner are arranged in the mounting areas.
3. The seat according to claim 2, wherein: the disc-shaped body comprises a supporting part which is upwards protruded along the supporting direction; the support parts are arranged on both sides of the hole; the end part of the upright post assembled in the hole is in pin-socket connection with the end part of the machine frame through a pin shaft component which is transversely inserted on the supporting part.
4. The seat according to claim 3, wherein: the elastic cushion blocks are arranged on two axial sides of the pin shaft assembly.
5. The seat according to claim 2, wherein: both sides of the hole are uniformly provided with: and a plurality of elastic cushion blocks are connected in series through connecting ribs at the roots of the elastic cushion blocks to form an elastic cushion block group.
6. The seat according to claim 3, wherein: the pin shaft assembly comprises a T-shaped shaft, an oil-containing shaft sleeve and a clamp spring.
7. The seat according to claim 3, wherein: the mechanism frame comprises a connecting body for bearing a cushion, and the connecting body comprises a fixed end which corresponds to the hole and is used for butting the upright post; the connector comprises a convex part supported on the spring cushion block.
8. The seat according to claim 3, wherein: the connecting body comprises a backrest fixing part and armrest fixing parts which extend towards the two sides of the sitting stool part and are used for fixing the armrests.
9. The seat according to claim 1, wherein: the feeding assembly comprises a gasket, an elastic gasket, an aluminum piece and a stud; the aluminum piece comprises a columnar clamping end which is used for being installed on the backrest; a threaded hole for assembling the stud is formed in the axial direction of the aluminum piece; the pad and the elastic pad are overlapped and then fixed on the back of the waist rest; one end of the stud is pressed against the elastic gasket through the bolt pad overlapped on the elastic pad, the bolt end is fixedly connected to the back surface of the waist rest, and the other end of the stud is assembled in the threaded hole.
10. The seat according to claim 9, wherein: the bullet pad includes: the end face is in contact with the gasket, and the axial convex face is in contact with the bolt pad; the elastic gasket comprises an axial through hole, and a bulge part for limiting installation is arranged on the inner wall of the through hole; the bolt pad is overlapped on the axial convex surface of the elastic gasket.
11. The seat according to claim 9, wherein: the feeding assembly is mounted on the central position of the waist support.
12. The seat according to claim 1, wherein: the star point paint surface layer comprises the following components: 70-80% of polyester resin, 5-8% of curing agent, 3-5% of auxiliary agent, 10-22% of pigment and 3-10% of filler.
13. The seat according to claim 12, wherein: the curing agent is solid particulate TGIC.
14. The seat according to claim 12, wherein: the auxiliary agent comprises solid powder: leveling agent and degassing agent.
15. The seat according to claim 12, wherein: the filler comprises solid powdered barium sulfate.
