Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural herbicides, and relates to a herbicide composition containing penoxsulam and application thereof.
Background
Barnyard grass is one of the most harmful malignant weeds in the world, and the occurrence of the barnyard grass in a paddy field can cause serious yield reduction and even top-off. The prevention and control of the barnyard grass in the paddy field depends on a chemical herbicide, wherein penoxsulam has special effect on the barnyard grass, and the herbicide has the characteristics of wide weed control spectrum, high efficiency, long lasting period, low environmental pollution risk, long applicable time period, high safety on people, livestock and rice and the like. However, since penoxsulam has been used in China for many years, barnyard grass has developed severe resistance. In 2017, 48 barnyard grass populations are collected in Jiangsu, Anhui, Shanghai, Heilongjiang, Ningxia, Hunan, Liaoning and other places to be subjected to resistance measurement, and the results show that 5 populations of penoxsulam which is a common post-emergence herbicide for rice show extremely high resistance, and the resistance times are up to 218 times of 101-; 29 populations are high-resistance, and the resistance times are 10-100 times; the 4 populations are resistant, and the resistance times are 6-10 times. Therefore, a herbicide capable of controlling penoxsulam-resistant barnyard grass is urgently needed.
Chinese patent 201810139901.7 discloses a compound and its herbicidal activity (structural formula is shown below), and the patent scheme discloses that the compound and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt have good control effect on penoxsulam resistant barnyard grass, but the patent scheme does not mention the situation of mixing with other herbicides.

Determination of herbicidal Effect
The combined herbicide compositions of examples 1-6, penoxsulam herbicide alone, and compound herbicide of formula I alone were tested for herbicidal efficacy as follows:
under greenhouse conditions, the determination was carried out by means of potting. Specifically, a proper amount of sieving soil is filled in each disposable plastic flowerpot with the diameter of 10cm, the same amount of weed seeds are sown, 15-20 seeds (the seeds are the penoxsulam-resistant barnyard grass which is collected from Nanling county of Anhui province, and the penoxsulam (45 ga.i./hm) is used in the 3-5 leaf stage of the barnyard grass in the paddy field2) And (4) treating, namely collecting barnyard grass seeds after autumn, and performing resistance identification by a plant protection institute of a Hunan farm institute to obtain the barnyard grass resistant to penoxsulam. ) And covering soil for 0.5-1cm, and flattening. The flowerpot was placed in a stainless steel square dish to allow it to naturally absorb water from the bottom until the soil was saturated. Culturing the test material in a greenhouse, spraying stem and leaf when the barnyard grass is in the 4-5 leaf stage, repeating the treatment for 3 times, and setting a blank control. After 6 hours of treatment, the treated weeds are placed in a greenhouse and are managed according to the convention, observation and recording are carried out, the fresh weight of the overground part of each treated weed is investigated 30 days later, and the fresh weight control effect (%) of each treatment is calculated.
When calculating the fresh weight control effect, the overground green part of each treated (flowerpot) weed needs to be respectively cut off to weigh the weight of the weed, and then the fresh weight control effect percent of each treatment is calculated according to the following formula.
Figure BDA0002609742220000061
The control of the herbicidal compositions of examples 1-6, penoxsulam herbicide alone, and compound herbicide of formula I alone against penoxsulam were calculated according to the above method, respectively. And the fresh weight control effect is taken as the actually measured control effect value and recorded as table 1.
TABLE 1. Echinochloa-nystoides control efficacy of different herbicides against penoxsulam
Figure BDA0002609742220000062
In table 1: dosage (ga.i./hm)2) The amount of herbicidal active ingredient used per hectare is indicated. The actually measured control effect percent E is calculated by the fresh weight control effect calculation formula.
Theoretical control Effect% E0The theory and basis of calculation are as follows: the theoretical efficacy of the combined effect of 2 herbicides was evaluated by the Gowing method. The blending effect calculation formula is as follows: e0X + Y-XY/100, wherein: x represents the weed control effect of the weeding active ingredient A when the dosage is P; y represents the weed control effect of the weeding active ingredient B when the dosage is Q; e0Represents the theoretical control effect of the herbicide (A + B) when the dosage of the herbicide is (P + Q).
According to the Gowing method, when E-E0>When 0, the synergistic effect is generated between the two mixed herbicides, namely the synergistic effect is generated by mixing the two herbicidal active ingredients; when E-E0When the ratio is 0, the formulated herbicide produces additive effect, and when the ratio is E-E0<When 0, the mixed herbicide generates antagonism.
As is evident from Table 1, penoxsulam is administered at a rate of 15g a.i./hm2In an amount of 15-600ga.i./hm with the compound of formula 12The dosage ranges of the compound are matched for use, so that the content of penoxsulam is as follows: when the mass ratio of the compound in the formula 1 is 1: 1-40, the actually measured control effect E of the compound on the resistant barnyard grass of penoxsulam is greater than the theoretical control effect E0And E-E0Minimum 10.5, maximum 20.3. Wherein, penoxsulam: when the mass ratio of the compound in the formula 1 is within a range of 1: 2-20, the mutual synergistic effect of the two components is more remarkable.
It can be concluded from this that, when the penoxsulam and the compound of formula 1 are used in combination as active ingredients of herbicides for weeding in the present invention examples 1 to 6, synergy is produced between the two herbicide active ingredients, i.e., the two herbicidal active ingredients produce a synergistic effect.
(II) determination of control Effect on Mixed weeds
The test method comprises the following steps: the equivalent and proper amount of screened loam is put into a disposable plastic flowerpot with the diameter of 20cm, quantitative weed seeds are sown, 15-20 grains (barnyard grass, rice straw and pennisetum alopecuroides which resist penoxsulam are sown in each pot), the soil is covered for 0.5-1cm, and then the flat pressing is carried out. The flowerpot was placed in a stainless steel square dish to allow it to naturally absorb water from the bottom until the soil was saturated. Culturing the test material in a greenhouse, performing stem and leaf spray treatment when the leaf period of Echinochloa crusgalli is 3-4 and the leaf period of Bidens tripartita is 4-6, repeating the treatment for 3 times, and setting blank control. After 6 hours of treatment, the mixture is placed in a greenhouse for conventional management, and observation and recording are carried out regularly. After 30 days, the fresh weight of the overground part of each treated weed is investigated, and the fresh weight control (%) is calculated, and the results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 Effect of composition examples on weed control results (% fresh weight control)
Figure BDA0002609742220000081
Note: the penoxsulam-resistant barnyard grass seed is collected from Nanling county of Anhui province, and the 3-5 leaf stage of barnyard grass in rice field is treated with penoxsulam (45 ga.i./hm)2) And (4) treating, namely collecting barnyard grass seeds after autumn, and performing resistance identification by a plant protection institute of a Hunan farm institute to obtain the barnyard grass resistant to penoxsulam.
The calculation method of the total fresh weight prevention effect comprises the following steps: adding the fresh weight of the overground part of each weed to be treated (flowerpot) to obtain the total weight, wherein the control effect calculation formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0002609742220000082
as is apparent from Table 2, penoxsulam alone was substantially ineffective against resistant barnyard grass, and the total controlling effect was only 60.8%, the controlling effect of the compound B (compound of formula I) alone was 30.6% against rice barnyard grass, and the total controlling effect was only 65.2%. The embodiment of the mixture of the penoxsulam and the compound of the formula I has better control effect on barnyard grass, rice straw and broadleaf weeds of the penoxsulam, the control effect of the embodiment of the composition on the weeds is over 80 percent, and the total control effect is over 85 percent. Therefore, the penoxsulam and the compound shown in the formula I are jointly used as herbicide active substances, so that the overall weeding effect can be obviously improved, the weeding spectrum is expanded, and the penoxsulam and the compound shown in the formula I have better practical values.
From examples 2 to 5, it can be seen that the total application rate of the active ingredient is from 90 to 300g a.i./hm2When the mixed herbicide is obtained, the mass ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is 1: 2-20, the fresh weight control effect on penoxsulam-resistant barnyard grass is 85.8-95.2%, the fresh weight control effect on rice barnyard grass is 80.6-100%, the fresh weight control effect on pennisetum alopecuroides is 90.7-100%, and the total fresh weight control effect is 90.5-98.3%.
When the mass ratio of the active component A to the active component B is 1: 2-20, the application amount (converted into the amount of the active component) is 90-300g of a.i./hm2In particular, it is very effective in controlling annual and perennial grassy and broadleaf weeds in such paddy fields.
In addition, the herbicide composition based on the idea of the present invention can be prepared into any one of dosage forms suitable for agricultural use by a known method, and is not limited to the type listed below with examples. The compounds of formula I may also be replaced by pharmaceutically acceptable salts, such as salts formed from the compounds of formula (I) and amines, alkali and alkaline earth metal bases or quaternary ammonium bases.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements of the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art should fall within the protection scope defined by the claims of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
