The two ends of the roller cover are respectively provided with a rotating end cover and a pressing end cover, a bearing is arranged between the rotating end cover and the driving component, when the driving component (fan blade or motor) is not used for driving to rotate, the roller cover can rotate freely, the body of a flying bird on the roller can not be balanced and can not fall on the roller, and the aim of driving the bird can be achieved when no wind and no sunlight exists.
As a preferred embodiment, see fig. 17, when the driving member of the entire bird repeller is a motor, an overload clutch is additionally arranged between the rotating end cover and the motor, one side of the rotating end cover is connected with the overload clutch, and the other side of the overload clutch is connected with the output end of the motor in the driving assembly. The roller cover and the rotating end cover and the roller cover and the pressing end cover can be inserted and connected in an interference fit mode or can be connected in a spiral mode through a spiral structure.
