The memory 110 is used for storing software programs or data, among others. The processor 120 executes various functional applications and data processing of the cellular phone by executing software programs and modules stored in the memory 110. The Memory 110 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
The processor 120 is used to read/write data or programs stored in the memory 110 and perform corresponding functions. In an alternative embodiment, the processor 120 may include one or more processing units; for example, the processor 120 may include an application processor, a baseband processor, a modem processor, and the like. The application processor is mainly used for processing an operating system, a user interface, an application program and the like. In general, the radio frequency circuit 130 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the radio frequency circuit 130 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to global system for mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Message Service (SMS), and the like.
It should be understood that the configuration shown in fig. 1 is merely a schematic configuration of terminal 100, and terminal 100 may include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 1, or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 1. The components shown in fig. 1 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
In an embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides an emergency number updating method, which is applied to the terminal 100 described above, and is used for updating an emergency service number in time when the terminal 100 is across countries. Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating an emergency number updating method according to the present invention. The emergency number updating method comprises the following steps:
s201, when the location of the terminal 100 changes from country to country, reading pre-configured first emergency number information, where the first emergency number information is the emergency number information of the country where the terminal 100 is currently located.
In an alternative embodiment, the terminal 100 may obtain a Mobile country code in a PLMN (public land Mobile Network) to which the current camped cell belongs, and if the terminal 100 determines that the Mobile country code is not consistent with a pre-stored historical country code, it may determine that there is a transnational change in the location of the terminal 100.
The PLMN is composed of a Mobile Country Code (MCC) and a Mobile Network Code (MNC). Typically, MCC comprises three digits and MNC comprises two digits. For example, PLMNs in china include 46000, 46002, 46007, where MCC in china can be seen to be 460; as another example, the MCC is 310 in the United states and 234 in the United kingdom.
Wherein, the pre-stored historical country code is the MCC corresponding to the last resident country of the terminal 100; the historical country code may be acquired and stored by the terminal 100 when it accesses the network in the last country. For example, if a user flies from china to the united states, the terminal 100 is in the country and the terminal 100 accesses the china network, the corresponding mobile country code is 460; when the user-held terminal 100 arrives in the united states and the terminal 100 accesses the network of the united states, the mobile country code in the PLMN to which the currently camped cell belongs may be determined as 310, so that it is possible to determine that there is a change in the location of the terminal 100 across countries by comparing the two mobile country codes.
In another optional implementation, the terminal 100 may further obtain current location information of the terminal 100, where the current location information includes information of a country where the terminal 100 is located; if the country information is not consistent with the pre-stored historical country information, it is determined that there is a transnational change in the location of the terminal 100.
For example, the terminal 100 may obtain the position information of the terminal 100 in real time by using a Global Positioning System (GPS) or a BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS), and once the position information indicates that the country where the terminal 100 is located changes, it may be determined that the position of the terminal 100 changes across countries.
In addition, in an alternative embodiment, the terminal 100 is pre-configured with a corresponding relationship between each country (or mobile country code) and the emergency number information, and once the country (or mobile country code) is determined, the terminal 100 may read the corresponding emergency number information according to the country (or mobile country code) and use it as the first emergency number information.
It should be noted that the first emergency number information includes a first service type set and a first emergency service number corresponding to a plurality of emergency service types included in the first service type set. That is, the first emergency number information includes a first service type set and a plurality of first emergency service numbers, and the first service type set includes a plurality of emergency service types, and the plurality of emergency service types are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first emergency service numbers.
For example, the first emergency number information may include information as shown in table 1:
emergency service number Emergency service number Type of emergency service Emergency service number
Robber alarm
110 First-aid center 120
Fire alarm 119 Road traffic accident alarm 122
…… …… …… ……
The first service type set comprises emergency service types such as police, fire, emergency center, road traffic accident alarm and the like, and 110, 119, 120, 122 and the like are corresponding first emergency service numbers.
S202, searching and acquiring second emergency number information of the country by taking the preset service type words and the country as keywords.
The second emergency number information comprises a second service type set, a plurality of second emergency service numbers and a plurality of searching frequencies; the second service type set also comprises a plurality of emergency service types, the plurality of emergency service types are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of second emergency service numbers, and the plurality of second emergency service numbers are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of search frequencies.
The preset service type words may be nouns corresponding to each emergency service type, or nouns related to the emergency service type, such as "bandit alarm, fire alarm, emergency center … …", or "alarm phone, fire phone, hospital emergency phone … …"; in addition, the country is the name of the country in which the terminal 100 is currently located.
Referring to fig. 3, a detailed flowchart of S202 is shown. The S202 includes:
s2021, searching and acquiring second emergency number information of the country by using a crawler technology and using preset service type words and the country as keywords, wherein the second emergency number information comprises numbers corresponding to each emergency service type and the number occurrence times.
It can be understood that the crawler program is pre-installed on the terminal 100, so that when it is determined that the location of the terminal 100 has a transnational change, the terminal 100 automatically performs a search using the preset service type words and countries as keywords, thereby obtaining the number corresponding to each emergency service type and the number of times of occurrence of the number.
For example, the terminal 100 can perform a search on the web using a crawler technology and keywords such as "usa, bandit phone", "usa, fire phone", and the like, respectively.
S2022, if there are multiple corresponding numbers in any emergency service type, determining the number with the highest occurrence frequency as the second emergency service number corresponding to any emergency service type.
Because the information on the network is various and complicated, the searched data may have some noises, which causes that a certain emergency service type corresponds to a plurality of numbers, so the occurrence frequency of each number needs to be acquired, and thereby which number is the second emergency service number corresponding to the emergency service type is determined.
For example, in the search process, the answer of the alarm number for the road traffic accident alarm in some web pages is 122, whereas the answer of the alarm number for the road traffic accident alarm in other web pages is 12122, in which the number of times the alarm number for the road traffic accident alarm is 122 is 95 times, and the number of times the alarm number for the road traffic accident alarm is 12122 is only 6 times, and thus 122 is determined as the second emergency service number corresponding to the road traffic accident alarm as 122. In addition, the frequency of searching the second emergency service number is 95 times.
S203, determining final emergency number information according to the first emergency number information and the second emergency number information.
It should be noted that the final emergency number information includes a third service type set and a plurality of emergency service numbers; the third service type set also comprises a plurality of emergency service types, and the plurality of emergency service types are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of emergency service numbers.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3, a detailed flowchart of S203 is shown. The S203 includes:
s2031, determining a union of the first service type set and the second service type set as a third service type set.
For example, a first set of service types includes bandit alarms, fire alarms, emergency centers, and mountain rescue, while a second set of service types includes bandit alarms, fire alarms, emergency centers, and road traffic accident alarms, and a final third set of service types includes bandit alarms, fire alarms, emergency centers, mountain rescue, and road traffic accident alarms.
S2032, determining a corresponding emergency service number according to at least one of the first emergency service number and the second emergency service number corresponding to each emergency service type.
Because some emergency service types only include the corresponding first emergency service number, some emergency service types only include the corresponding second emergency service number, and some emergency service types include the corresponding first emergency service number and the corresponding second emergency service number at the same time, that is, the corresponding emergency service number may be determined according to the first emergency service number, the corresponding emergency service number may also be determined according to the second emergency service number, and the corresponding emergency service number may also be determined according to the first emergency service number and the second emergency service number.
Therefore, please refer to fig. 4, which is a detailed flowchart of S2032. The S2032 comprises:
s20321, if the emergency service type only includes the corresponding first emergency service number, determining the first emergency service number as the corresponding emergency service number.
For example, if the emergency service type in the third service type set includes a special marine call-for-help telephone, and the special marine call-for-help telephone only includes the corresponding first emergency service number, and the first emergency service number is 12395, the 12395 is directly determined as the corresponding emergency service number of the special marine call-for-help telephone.
S20322, if the emergency service type only includes the corresponding second emergency service number, determining the second emergency service number as the corresponding emergency service number.
S20323, if the emergency service type includes the corresponding first emergency service number and the second emergency service number, determining the corresponding emergency service number according to the first emergency service number, the second emergency service number, and the search frequency.
If the emergency service type includes a corresponding first emergency service number and a second emergency service number, there may be two situations, where the first emergency service number is consistent with the second emergency service number, and the first emergency service number is inconsistent with the second emergency service number.
Specifically, if a first emergency service number corresponding to the emergency service type is consistent with a corresponding second emergency service number, the first emergency service number or the second emergency service number is determined as the corresponding emergency service number.
Since the first emergency service number is identical to the second emergency service number, there is no problem in determining any one as the corresponding emergency service number.
If the first emergency service number corresponding to the emergency service type is inconsistent with the second emergency service number corresponding to the emergency service type, judging whether the searching frequency corresponding to the emergency service type is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value; if the search frequency corresponding to the emergency service type is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, determining the second emergency service number as a corresponding emergency service number; and if the search frequency corresponding to the emergency service type is less than a first threshold value, determining the first emergency service number as a corresponding emergency service number.
If the first emergency service number is inconsistent with the second emergency service number, it indicates that at least one of the first emergency service number and the second emergency service number is wrong, which may be caused by inaccurate search results, updated emergency service numbers, or wrong entry of emergency service numbers, and therefore a more accurate one needs to be selected as a true emergency service number.
In the embodiment of the invention, the search frequency corresponding to the second emergency service number is used for determining; if the searching frequency is greater than a preset first threshold, the fact that most people consider the emergency service number corresponding to the emergency service type as a second emergency service number is indicated, and therefore the second emergency service number is determined as the corresponding emergency service number; otherwise, the first emergency service number is directly determined as the corresponding emergency service number when the problem exists in the searching process.
And S204, updating the emergency service call list based on the final emergency number information.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3, a detailed flowchart of S204 is shown. The S204 includes:
s2041, sorting the emergency service numbers in a descending order according to the search frequency corresponding to the emergency service numbers.
By sequencing the emergency service numbers in a descending order according to the searching frequency corresponding to the emergency service numbers, the emergency service numbers with higher searching rate are ranked at the front, and the emergency service numbers with lower searching rate are ranked at the back, so that a user can find the required emergency service numbers as soon as possible when using the system.
S2042, updating the emergency service call list based on the sorted emergency service numbers and the corresponding emergency service types.
The emergency service calling list is updated through the sequenced emergency service numbers and the corresponding emergency service types, so that when a user needs to dial in an emergency mode, the user can directly and quickly find the needed emergency service number in the emergency service calling column of the dialing program without searching on the internet, the searching time is saved, the accuracy of the emergency service number is ensured, and the user can ask for help in time.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to remind the user that the emergency service call list is updated, the emergency number updating method provided by the present invention further includes:
s205, displaying an emergency service call list, wherein the emergency service call list includes an update identifier.
That is, after updating the emergency service call list, the terminal 100 may automatically display the emergency service call list and add an update identifier to the emergency service call list. For example, the original emergency service call column only displays the "emergency service call column", and after the emergency service call list is updated, the emergency service call column displays the "emergency service number (update)", and the character string of the "emergency service number (update)" is highlighted by a font.
It should be noted that, while the terminal 100 displays the emergency service call list, the terminal 100 may also generate push information to prompt the user that the emergency service call list is updated.
In order to avoid confusion of the user during the operation process, after the user clicks the emergency service call column for the second time, the terminal 100 will replace the "emergency service number (update)" with the original one. That is, the terminal 100 displays the word "emergency service number (update)" when the emergency service call list is displayed for the first time after the emergency service call list is updated, and the terminal 100 displays the word "emergency service number" when the emergency service call list is displayed for the second time and later.
In one embodiment, in order to perform the corresponding steps in the above-described embodiment and each possible manner, an implementation manner of the emergency number updating apparatus 200 is given below, and optionally, the emergency number updating apparatus 200 may adopt the device structure of the processor 120 shown in fig. 1. Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of an emergency number updating apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that the basic principle and the generated technical effect of the emergency number updating apparatus 200 provided in the present embodiment are the same as those of the above embodiments, and for the sake of brief description, no part of the present embodiment is mentioned, and corresponding contents in the above embodiments may be referred to. The emergency number updating apparatus 200 includes: a reading module 210, a searching module 220, an emergency number determining module 230, an updating module 240, and a display module 250.
