s5: providing a positioning fixture 60, wherein the positioning fixture 60 is sleeved between the base 50 and the attaching edge 221 of the cone positioning ring 22, a free end of the positioning fixture 60 abuts against the outer folding edge 222, and the positioning fixture 60 is pressed downwards to enable the attaching edge 222 of the cone positioning ring 22 to reach the designated position, as shown in fig. 6;
