Abstract
The invention provides a strong sound dissipater control system and a control method thereof for an offshore platform, wherein the system comprises a remote control system and a strong sound dissipater arranged on the offshore platform: the strong sound dissipater is connected with the output end of the remote control system and used for sending dissipated sound waves to an object entering the offshore platform; the remote control system comprises a master control unit, a sound recording unit, a dispersion adjusting unit and a signal reconciling unit. The invention can realize the dispersion of the illegal object by arranging the strong sound dissipater control system, ensure the safety of the illegal object and ensure the safety of the offshore production operation; the voltage boosting and reducing module is arranged so as to control the voltage to be kept at the rated voltage of the loud sound dissipater, and the normal work of the loud sound dissipater is ensured; the dispersing adjusting module is arranged to be divided into three stages according to strength, so that the dispersing effect is guaranteed, and permanent damage to the illegal object is avoided.

With the increase of the development of offshore oil and gas construction, the effective management of an offshore platform for production operation becomes the central importance of offshore safety production, and as a plurality of offshore ships are provided and the offshore platform is a truss structure which is higher than the sea surface and has a horizontal table top, illegal objects enter the offshore platform, the behavior threatens the safety of the illegal objects entering the offshore platform and also brings potential safety hazards to the offshore production operation, so that a dissipater control system capable of directionally dissipating the illegal objects entering the offshore platform is urgently needed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a loud sound radiator control system for an offshore platform and a control method thereof, including a remote control system and a loud sound radiator 3 disposed on the offshore platform: the strong sound dissipater 3 is connected with the output end of the remote control system and is used for sending dissipated sound waves to an object entering the offshore platform.
The remote control system comprises a master control unit, a sound recording unit, a dispersion adjusting unit and a signal adjusting unit;
the voice recording unit comprises a microphone and is used for recording the voice of the staff;
the dispersion adjusting unit comprises a dispersion adjusting module used for adjusting the size of a dispersion signal;
the signal reconciliation unit is connected with the sound recording unit and the dispersion adjustment unit and is used for reconciling the sound signal and the dispersion signal.
The dispersing adjusting unit and the sound recording unit are respectively connected with the signal amplifying module to realize the amplification of the sound signals and the dispersing signals.
The output end of the signal amplification module is connected with the signal reconciliation unit and is used for reconciling the amplified sound signal and the dispersing signal.
The master control unit further comprises a power supply module, and the power supply module is connected with the sound input unit, the dispersing and adjusting unit, the signal reconciliation unit and the signal amplification module and used for supplying power to the control system.

the working personnel yell the microphone, the microphone acquires a voice signal, the voice recording unit converts the voice signal into a digital signal and outputs the voice signal converted into the digital signal to the signal amplification module;
the signal amplification module amplifies the dispersion signal and the sound signal and outputs the amplified dispersion signal and the amplified sound signal to the loud sound dissipater 3, wherein the voltage boosting and reducing module keeps the voltage at the rated voltage of the loud sound dissipater 3 and ensures the normal work of the loud sound dissipater 3;
the strong sound dissipater 3 sends a dissipated sound wave to the area where the illegal object is located;
the monitoring camera 2 continuously acquires a visual signal on the offshore platform 1 and transmits the visual signal to the loud sound dissipater control system, a worker observes whether an illegal object leaves or not through the visual signal, if so, the loud sound dissipater control system is closed, and if not, the dissipation adjusting module adjusts the dissipation signal to enlarge the dissipation signal to a second gear, and then sends a dissipation sound wave to an area where the illegal object is located;
then the monitoring camera 2 continuously acquires a visual signal on the offshore platform 1 and transmits the visual signal to the loud sound dissipater control system, a worker observes whether an illegal object leaves or not through the visual signal, if so, the loud sound dissipater control system is closed, and if not, the dissipation adjusting module adjusts the dissipation signal to achieve the effect of increasing the dissipation signal to three levels and then sends the dissipation sound wave to the area where the illegal object is located;
and then, the monitoring camera 2 continuously acquires the visual signal on the offshore platform 1, the visual signal is transmitted to the loud sound dissipater control system, a worker observes and observes whether the illegal object leaves or not through the visual signal, if so, the loud sound dissipater control system is closed, if not, the size of the dispelling signal is kept, and the dispelling sound wave is continuously sent to the area where the illegal object is located until the illegal object leaves.
