s202, establishing physical connection with the second mobile terminal through the physical communication interface, and establishing communication connection with the second mobile terminal according to the physical connection.
The physical communication interface refers to a hardware interface between devices, and is used for realizing data transmission between the devices.
Specifically, when there is no 4G private network, the first terminal and the second mobile terminal may perform physical connection through a physical communication interface, and according to the physical connection, the first terminal and the second mobile terminal establish communication connection, and the first terminal identifies the second mobile terminal as a mobile terminal device. For example, on-site operators of nuclear power plants are required to perform work orders on a daily basis in accordance with testing tasks. When the 4G private network does not exist, the mobile phone of the field operator and the desktop computer for managing the work order can be physically connected through the USB interface, and then the mobile phone and the desktop computer can transmit data.
S204, a first work order downloading request generated by triggering operation on a page of the first terminal is obtained, and the first work order downloading request carries a work order identifier corresponding to a work order to be downloaded.
The first work order downloading request is a request with a downloading function and is used for searching a corresponding work order in the server. The work order identifier is an identifier for uniquely identifying the work order, and may specifically include a character string of at least one character of letters, numbers and symbols, such as a work order number. The work order is a field operation file of the periodic test of the nuclear power plant and is used for instructing a field operator to carry out the field test according to a standard flow and a standard and recording an execution result. The work order may also be referred to as an execution file. The execution file includes at least one of a test description, a test procedure, acceptance criteria, an attached form, and an attachment. The field operator can record the execution result corresponding to each procedure in the execution file, and fill out the corresponding attached table and attached file.
Specifically, the first terminal is installed with a client terminal which is tested periodically. The first terminal can display a periodic test interface through the client, and a control used for triggering the first work order downloading request is displayed in the periodic test interface. When the trigger operation acting on the control is detected, the first terminal can generate a first work order downloading request according to the work order identifier. The trigger operation may be a single-click operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, a voice operation, or the like. The first work order downloading request acquired by the first terminal carries the work order identification of the work order to be downloaded.
And S206, sending the first work order downloading request to the server so that the server obtains and returns the corresponding work order according to the work order identifier.
Specifically, after acquiring a first work order downloading request, the first terminal sends the first work order downloading request to the server. And after receiving the first work order downloading request, the server searches the work order corresponding to the work order identification from the local according to the work order identification carried by the first work order downloading request. And when the server finds the work order associated with the work order identifier, responding to the first work order downloading request and feeding back the work order to the first terminal. And the first terminal receives the work order fed back by the server.
In an embodiment, when the server receives the first work order download request, the server may search the work order identifier from the stored data according to the work order identifier carried by the first work order download request, and then obtain the work order associated with the work order identifier according to the association relationship between the work order identifier and the work order.
In one embodiment, the first work order download request includes a link address pointing to the server, and the first terminal may send the first work order download request to the server pointed to by the link address according to the link address.
In one embodiment, the server is an SAP (System Applications and Products) server for managing test data related to the periodic test, and the test data may specifically include a program file, a program file identifier of the program file, a work order (execution file), a work order identifier of the work order, an execution result of the work order, and the like. Wherein the program file is a standard file for generating an execution file.
In one embodiment, the server may authorize the second mobile terminal in advance, and assign the work order transmission right to the second mobile terminal. When the second mobile terminal meets the work order transmission right, the second mobile terminal can download the work order through the first terminal, and the work order downloading safety is improved. In addition, when the server allocates the work order transmission right to the second mobile terminal, the server can further limit the work order transmission right of the second mobile terminal, limit the second mobile terminal to only download the work orders in the designated test area, avoid the second mobile terminal from downloading wrong work orders, and further improve the efficiency of the periodic test.
And S208, sending the work order to the second mobile terminal according to the communication connection, so that the second mobile terminal downloads the work order locally according to the second work order downloading request after acquiring the second work order downloading request, and displays the work order on a page of the second mobile terminal.
The second work order downloading request is a request with a downloading function and is used for locally searching the work orders in the terminal.
Specifically, after the first terminal receives the work order returned by the server, the first terminal may transmit the work order to the second mobile terminal according to the communication connection with the second mobile terminal. The second mobile terminal is provided with an application program for periodic test. The second mobile terminal can display a test execution interface through the application program, and a control used for triggering a second work order downloading request is displayed in the test execution interface. When the trigger operation acting on the control is detected, the second mobile terminal can generate a second work order downloading request. The trigger operation may be a single-click operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, a voice operation, or the like. And the second mobile terminal searches and downloads the work order locally according to the second work order downloading request and displays the work order on a test execution interface. Furthermore, the field operator can perform a field test according to the work order displayed on the test execution interface of the second mobile terminal to obtain a corresponding execution result, and input the execution result to a corresponding position on the test execution interface. Subsequently, the second mobile terminal can also upload the work order recording the execution result to the first terminal, and the first terminal uploads the work order recording the execution result to the server for storage and management.
In one embodiment, before the second mobile terminal generates the second work order downloading request, the server may authenticate the user, and when the user passes the authentication, the user may generate the second work order downloading request through a triggering operation on a page of the second mobile terminal. Authentication refers to the verification of a user identity. The verification of the user identifier may specifically be at least one of an account and a password verification corresponding to the user identifier and a fingerprint verification corresponding to the user identifier. Specifically, the second mobile terminal includes a fingerprint recognition device, such as disposed at the position or back of the Home key. The fingerprint identification device is not limited in category, such as capacitive fingerprint collection, and the fingerprint characteristic information is obtained by identifying the texture of the fingerprint through the contact of the skin and the screen, and the fingerprint is recorded and verified. The server stores account numbers and passwords of a plurality of field operators and fingerprints of the field operators in advance. And the field operator runs the application program of the periodic test on the second mobile terminal and displays a login interface. The field operator inputs login information on the login interface, the second mobile terminal sends the login information to the server, and the server performs login verification on the login information, namely, identity verification on the user. The login information includes at least one of an account number and a password of the field operator and a fingerprint of the field operator. And when the account and the password input by the field operator are consistent with the account and the password stored by the server, the login verification is passed. And when the fingerprint input by the field operator is consistent with the fingerprint stored by the server, the login verification is passed. Or when the account and the password input by the field operator are consistent with the account and the password stored in the server, and the fingerprint input by the field operator is consistent with the fingerprint stored in the server, the login verification is passed.
Fig. 2A is a schematic diagram of a test execution interface of the second mobile terminal in an embodiment. The test execution interface includes an execution status button bar. The execution status button column includes an "not executed" button, an "executing" button, and a "completed" button. Wherein, the test which indicates that the test is not started to be executed is not executed, and the state is 0 percent; in-flight represents a trial that has begun to run, 0% < state < 100%; completed represents a completed test, with a status of 100%. When a trigger action on the "not executed" button is detected, the test execution interface may present a list of the executed files that have not been executed and a "download work order" button, as shown in FIG. 2A. The list of unexecuted execution files includes basic information of the execution files that the application has downloaded. The basic information includes a PT number, a work order number, a type, a shift, an area, a start execution time, and an execution state. And the first terminal transmits the work order to a preset position of the second mobile terminal through communication connection. When the click operation acting on the 'download work order' button is detected, the application program on the second mobile terminal reads the work order from the preset position, adds the work order into the unexecuted execution file list, and displays the basic information of the work order on the test execution interface. As shown in fig. 2B, the execution file in which the work order number is 800000145447 is an execution file newly added to the list of unexecuted execution files. The field operator can select the execution file to be executed at the current time according to the starting time and the current time corresponding to the execution file, click the execution file, enter the process execution interface, perform field operation according to the process displayed on the process execution interface, and record the execution result at the corresponding position of the process.
In one embodiment, the first terminal transmits the work order to the encrypted area of the second mobile terminal over the communication connection. The encryption area is used for encrypting and storing the work order, and is beneficial to preventing the work order from being easily tampered.
The work order downloading method comprises the steps of establishing physical connection with a second mobile terminal through a physical communication interface, and establishing communication connection with the second mobile terminal according to the physical connection; acquiring a first work order downloading request generated by triggering operation on a page of a first terminal, wherein the first work order downloading request carries a work order identifier corresponding to a work order to be downloaded; sending the first work order downloading request to a server so that the server can obtain and return a corresponding work order according to the work order identification; and sending the work order to the second mobile terminal according to the communication connection, so that the second mobile terminal downloads the work order locally according to the second work order downloading request after acquiring the second work order downloading request, and displays the work order on a page of the second mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal does not have the 4G private network, the communication connection between the first terminal and the second mobile terminal can be established through the physical communication interface, after the work order downloading request is obtained on the page of the first terminal, the work order is directly downloaded from the server and sent to the second mobile terminal, after the work order downloading request is obtained on the page of the second mobile terminal, the work order is downloaded locally on the second mobile terminal and displayed, and therefore the mobile terminal can also test the downloaded work order when the mobile terminal does not have the 4G private network, and the periodic test efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, S204 includes:
s302, a work order query request generated by a trigger operation on a page of the first terminal is obtained.
And S304, acquiring corresponding work order information according to the work order query request.
And S306, displaying the work order information on a page of the first terminal.
S308, acquiring the trigger operation of the work order to be downloaded in the work order information on the page of the first terminal.
S310, a first work order downloading request is generated according to the work order identification of the work order to be downloaded.
Specifically, a periodic test client is opened at a first terminal, a periodic test control panel is displayed, and a plurality of controls for managing a work order are displayed on the periodic test control panel and comprise a button for executing file downloading. And when the clicking operation acting on the 'execute file downloading' button is detected, entering an execute file downloading interface. The first terminal can acquire the query condition input by the user on the execution file downloading interface and generate the work order query request according to the query condition. The query condition comprises at least one of a planned factory number, a shift, a unit, a date, a work order number and a PT number. The planned plant refers to a responsible plant for a periodic test. The unit refers to a responsibility unit for periodic test. The PT number is the number of the program file corresponding to the work order. The first terminal sends the work order query request to the server and receives the work order information of each work order meeting the query conditions returned by the server according to the work order query request. The work order information includes information such as a planned factory number, a work order number, a PT number, a unit, a shift, a work order download state, and the like. The first terminal can display the received work order information of each work order on the periodic test interface. The user can select the work order information corresponding to the work order to be downloaded on the periodic test interface of the first terminal, and trigger to send a first work order downloading request to the server, wherein the first work order downloading request carries the work order identifier of the work order to be downloaded.
In the embodiment, the corresponding work order information is obtained through the work order query request, the work order information is displayed on the interface, the first work order downloading request can be triggered through the selection operation of the work order information, the operation is simple and convenient, and the efficiency is high.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the sending the first work order downloading request to the server, where the first work order downloading request carries a terminal identifier of the second mobile terminal, so that the server obtains a corresponding work order according to the work order identifier and returns the work order includes:
s402, the server obtains an authorized terminal list, wherein the authorized terminal list comprises a plurality of authorized terminal identifications.
S404, matching the terminal identification of the second mobile terminal with the authorized terminal identification in the authorized terminal list.
S406, when the matching is successful, the second mobile terminal is determined to have the work order transmission authority, and the work order is sent to the first terminal.
The terminal identifier is an identifier used for uniquely identifying the terminal, and may specifically include a character string of at least one character of letters, numbers, and symbols. The authorized terminal list is used for storing the terminal identification of the mobile terminal with the work order transmission authority. The authorized terminal identifier refers to a terminal identifier of a mobile terminal with work order transmission permission. When the mobile terminal has the work order transmission right, the mobile terminal may perform data transmission through the first terminal and the server, for example, the mobile terminal may download the work order from the server through the first terminal, and the mobile terminal may upload the work order to the server through the first terminal.
Specifically, in order to verify whether the second mobile terminal has the work order transmission right, the first terminal needs to acquire the terminal identifier of the second mobile terminal. The first terminal may send a terminal identifier acquisition request to the second mobile terminal, and the second mobile terminal uploads the terminal identifier to the first terminal according to the terminal identifier acquisition request. Or, after the first terminal and the second mobile terminal establish the communication connection, the second mobile terminal may actively upload the terminal identifier to the first terminal. When the first work order downloading request is generated according to the work order identifier of the work order to be downloaded, the acquired terminal identifier of the second mobile terminal can be carried to the first work order downloading request. And after receiving the first work order downloading request, the server locally acquires an authorized terminal list and searches an authorized terminal identifier consistent with the terminal identifier of the second mobile terminal in the authorized terminal list. When the authorized terminal identification consistent with the terminal identification of the second mobile terminal exists in the authorized terminal list, the second mobile terminal is indicated to have the work order transmission permission, the server sends the work order searched according to the work order identification in the first work order downloading request to the first terminal, and the first terminal can send the work order to the second mobile terminal through communication connection.
