Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of physical fitness testing and evaluation, in particular to a system and a method for testing and evaluating adolescent physical fitness groups based on the Internet of things.
Background
The skill fitness refers to the behavior characteristics of the human body such as agility, balance, coordination, speed, explosive force, reaction time and the like, and people with good skill fitness are usually smart, especially athletes, and exercise the ability from childhood. forming a standard pentagon by using the highest scores of all individual single test items, taking the area of the standard pentagon as a target, marking the area as a full score of 100, forming an individual comprehensive test pentagon by using the single test score of each individual single test item, calculating the area of the individual comprehensive test pentagon, and comparing the area of the individual comprehensive test pentagon with the area of the standard pentagon to obtain a hundred percent, namely the individual comprehensive test score; and
and displaying the group evaluation result on the mobile intelligent mobile terminal equipment, and respectively proposing corresponding motion suggestions according to the individual comprehensive test scores.

s300: dividing the test data of the single test item of each individual by the highest value of the test data of the single test item to obtain a hundred percent, namely the single test score of the individual in the single test item;
s400: forming a standard pentagon A by using the highest score of all individual single test items, marking the area of the standard pentagon A as a target and marking the area as a full score of 100, forming an individual comprehensive test pentagon B by using the single test score of each individual single test item, calculating the area of the individual comprehensive test pentagon B, and comparing the area of the individual comprehensive test pentagon B with the area of the standard pentagon A to obtain the percent, namely the individual comprehensive test score; and
s500: and displaying the group evaluation result on the mobile intelligent mobile terminal equipment as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, and respectively proposing corresponding motion suggestions according to the individual comprehensive test scores.

dividing the test data of the single test item of each individual by the highest value of the test data of the single test item to obtain a hundred percent, namely the single test score of the individual in the single test item;
