Optionally, a cross section of the second portion 1032 of the first support layer 103 perpendicular to the flexible substrate direction has an isosceles trapezoid shape. The second portion 1032 of the first support layer 103 has a cross section perpendicular to the flexible substrate direction in the shape of a cylinder. That is, the second portion 1032 of the first support layer 103 may be provided in various shapes, and the second portion 1032 of the first support layer 103 and the second support layer 104 have a good supporting relationship. Moreover, on the basis of not changing the overall thickness of the flexible display panel, the first support layer 103 provided in this embodiment provides a supporting force for the rounded corner of the bending region by changing the thickness of the second portion 1032 of the first support layer 103, so as to avoid the risk of the copper metal layer breaking at the bending region.
According to the flexible display panel provided by the invention, the special-shaped supporting layer is arranged on the inner side of the flexible substrate, and the special-shaped supporting layer can provide a supporting effect for a round angle formed by the flexible substrate when the flexible substrate is bent on the basis of not influencing the flexible display panel, so that the risk that metal wires in a bending area are easy to break is reduced, and the yield of product manufacturing procedures is improved.
The foregoing describes in detail a flexible display panel provided in an embodiment of the present application, and a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation of the present application, and the description of the foregoing embodiment is only used to help understanding the technical solution and the core idea of the present application; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
