The second sub-transaction data quota is specifically directed to providing a free quota for the small micro-enterprise user. That is, the second sub-transaction data amount is for the business expenses of the small micro-enterprise user.
Optionally, after determining the first sub-transaction data limit provided for the small micro enterprise user, the embodiment of the present invention may subtract the first sub-transaction data limit from the transaction data limit to obtain a difference, and determine the difference as the second sub-transaction data limit provided for the small micro enterprise user.
That is, the second sub-transaction data amount is the transaction data amount-the first sub-transaction data amount.

If the transaction data quota provided for the small micro enterprise user is determined to exceed the first upper limit quota, the problem that the small micro enterprise user cannot pay back high risk exists, and therefore the transaction data quota is provided for the small micro enterprise user as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the capability of the small micro enterprise user to pay back. The embodiment of the invention can adjust the transaction data limit exceeding the first upper limit into the first upper limit and provide the adjusted transaction data limit for the small and micro enterprise users.
In one embodiment of the invention, if the transaction data limit is determined not to exceed the first upper limit, the transaction data limit is provided for the small micro-enterprise user.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the business data limit provided for the small and micro enterprise user is determined according to the electricity utilization information returned by the power supply end, whether the business data limit exceeds a first upper limit or not can be determined, if the business data limit exceeds the first upper limit, the business data limit is adjusted to be the first upper limit, and the adjusted business data limit is provided for the small and micro enterprise user, so that the business data limit is provided for the small and micro enterprise user as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the small and micro enterprise user to have enough limit to carry out electricity fee payment and free control conditions.
Based on the above embodiment, after determining the transaction data quota provided to the small enterprise user, the embodiment of the present invention optionally further includes: determining whether the small micro enterprise user applies for other transaction requests; if so, determining the sum of the transaction data limit of the small and micro enterprise user and other transaction data limits; and if the sum value exceeds the second upper limit value, adjusting the transaction data value limit so that the sum value of the adjusted transaction data value limit and other transaction data value limits does not exceed the second upper limit value limit.
When the transaction request is an electric cloud credit request, the other transaction requests are requests except the electric cloud credit request. Such as fast credits, etc.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second upper limit can be set according to the type and the number of the transaction requests applied by the financial institution for the small micro-enterprise user. For example, if the transaction application types are cloud power credit and fast credit, the second upper limit value unit may be set to 300 ten thousand. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited to this.
Specifically, after determining the transaction data quota provided to the small enterprise user, whether the small enterprise user applies for other transaction requests is determined. If yes, determining whether the sum of the transaction data limit and other transaction data limits exceeds a second upper limit. And if the sum of the transaction data limit and other transaction data limits does not exceed the second upper limit, providing the transaction data limit for the small micro-enterprise user. If the transaction data amount exceeds the value, the small micro enterprise user has high risk of being unrepensable, so the transaction data amount is provided for the small micro enterprise user as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the capability of the small micro enterprise user to be reimbursed. The embodiment of the invention can also adjust the transaction data limit to ensure that the sum of the adjusted transaction data limit and other transaction data limits does not exceed the second upper limit, and then provide the adjusted transaction data limit for the small and micro enterprise user.
That is to say, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the small-sized enterprise user further applies for another transaction data amount, and the sum of the transaction data amount and the other transaction data amount exceeds the second upper limit amount, the transaction data amount is adjusted so that the sum of the adjusted transaction data amount and the other transaction data amount does not exceed the second upper limit amount, thereby ensuring that the small-sized enterprise user provides the transaction data amount to the small-sized enterprise user as much as possible on the basis of being able to repay the small-sized enterprise user, so that the small-sized enterprise user can have enough amount to perform the condition of electric charge payment and free control.

The transaction data quota determining device provided by the embodiment of the invention is configured in the electronic equipment. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electricity utilization information acquisition instruction is generated according to the identification information in the transaction request sent by the small and micro enterprise user, the electricity utilization information acquisition instruction is sent to the power supply end so that the power supply end returns the electricity utilization information, and then the transaction data quota provided for the small and micro enterprise user is determined according to the electricity utilization information returned by the power supply end. Therefore, the transaction data quota provided for the small and micro enterprise user is determined through the electricity utilization information which cannot be modified, so that the determined transaction data quota is more consistent with the real operation capacity of the small and micro enterprise user, and the loan risk of a financial institution can be reduced.

FIG. 7 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 700 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 700 shown in fig. 7 is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, electronic device 700 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 700 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the system memory 28 and the processing unit 16.

The electronic device 700 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 700, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 700 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. generating a power utilization information acquisition instruction according to the identification information of the small and micro enterprise user, and sending the power utilization information acquisition instruction to a power supply end for indicating the power supply end to return power utilization information corresponding to the power utilization information acquisition instruction;
and determining a transaction data limit provided for the small and micro enterprise user according to the electricity utilization information returned by the power supply terminal.

Claims (13)

1. A transaction data quota determining method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a transaction request sent by a small and micro enterprise user, wherein the transaction request carries identification information of the small and micro enterprise user;
generating a power utilization information acquisition instruction according to the identification information of the small and micro enterprise user, and sending the power utilization information acquisition instruction to a power supply end for indicating the power supply end to return power utilization information corresponding to the power utilization information acquisition instruction;
and determining a transaction data limit provided for the small and micro enterprise user according to the electricity utilization information returned by the power supply terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before determining the transaction data quota provided to the small micro enterprise user according to the electricity consumption information returned by the power supply terminal, the method further comprises:
determining the credit level of the small micro-enterprise user according to the electricity utilization information returned by the power supply terminal;
and if the credit level reaches a preset credit level, determining a transaction data limit provided for the small and micro enterprise user according to the electricity utilization information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the credit rating of the small micro-enterprise user according to the electricity utilization information returned by the power supply terminal comprises:
performing accounting on the power utilization information to obtain an accounting result;
and determining the credit level of the small micro-enterprise user according to the accounting result.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein before determining the transaction data quota provided to the small micro enterprise user according to the electricity consumption information returned by the power supply terminal, the method further comprises:
determining an industry category of the small micro enterprise user;
and determining the industry coefficient of the small and micro enterprise user according to the industry category of the small and micro enterprise user.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining transaction data quota provided to the small micro enterprise user according to the electricity consumption information returned by the power supply terminal comprises:
and determining a transaction data limit provided for the small and micro enterprise user according to the electricity utilization information and the industry coefficient of the small and micro enterprise user.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein after determining the transaction data quota provided to the small micro enterprise user according to the electricity consumption information returned by the power supply terminal, the method further comprises:
selecting two groups of electricity utilization information in adjacent time periods from the electricity utilization information, and determining the electricity utilization regulating coefficient of the small and micro enterprise users according to the two groups of electricity utilization information;
determining a first sub-transaction data limit provided for the small micro-enterprise user according to the electricity utilization information and the electricity utilization adjusting coefficient;
and determining a second sub-transaction data limit provided for the small micro-enterprise user according to the transaction data limit and the first sub-transaction data limit.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein after determining the transaction data quota provided to the small micro enterprise user according to the electricity consumption information returned by the power supply terminal, the method further comprises:
determining whether the transaction data limit exceeds a first upper limit;
if the transaction data limit exceeds the first upper limit, the transaction data limit is adjusted to be the first upper limit.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the sending the power consumption information obtaining instruction to the power supply terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving an evaluation transaction data amount returned by the power supply end, and displaying the evaluation transaction data amount;
and the evaluation transaction data limit is determined according to the electricity utilization information of the small and micro enterprise user.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the power consumption information acquisition command comprises: and in the target time period, the power utilization information returned by the power supply end is the power utilization information in the target time period.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the electricity usage information comprises at least one of: electricity usage information, electricity charge receivable information, and electricity charge toll information.
11. A transaction data amount determining apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a transaction request acquisition module, a transaction request processing module and a transaction processing module, wherein the transaction request acquisition module is used for acquiring a transaction request sent by a small micro enterprise user, and the transaction request carries identification information of the small micro enterprise user;
the acquisition request generating module is used for generating a power utilization information acquisition instruction according to the identification information of the small and micro enterprise user, sending the power utilization information acquisition instruction to a power supply end and indicating the power supply end to return power utilization information corresponding to the power utilization information acquisition instruction;
