receiving basic information of a merchant, a video of the merchant contractor in an initial negotiation field and a photo of the merchant contractor, which are uploaded after the initial negotiation between an outworker and the merchant contractor; the basic information of the merchant comprises: the name and identity card information of the merchant contractor;
verifying the basic information of the merchant;
carrying out consistency verification on the target information and corresponding information of the public security system; the target information includes: the name, the identity card information, the picture of the merchant contractor and at least one frame of image in the video;
under the condition that the target information is consistent with corresponding information of the public security system, sending preset information to be subjected to service auditing to a client of a service auditor side;
under the condition of receiving a business audit passing instruction, sending preset subscription information to a client of a merchant contractor side; under the condition that the signing link in the signing information is triggered, the client side of the merchant signatory extracts the face information of the current person to be signed;
under the condition that the current face information, the identity card information and the name are consistent with corresponding information of a public security system, the server side sends a contract agreement display instruction to a client side of a merchant contractor side; the contract agreement display instruction is used for electronic contract signing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the verifying the consistency of the target information with the corresponding information of the public security system comprises:
respectively extracting single-frame images under a plurality of preset time durations from the video to obtain multi-frame images;
and carrying out consistency verification on at least one of the name, the identity card information, the picture of the merchant contractor and the multi-frame image and corresponding information in a public security system.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the video is a video of a preset legal provision presented on-site by the merchant contractor.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein, when the current face information, the identification card information and the name are consistent with corresponding information of a public security system, after the server sends a contract agreement display instruction to the client of the merchant contractor side, the method further comprises:
and sending the installation instruction under the condition of receiving the agreement signing completion instruction.

under the condition of receiving an entry instruction of the basic information of the merchant, acquiring the entered basic information of the merchant and sending the basic information of the merchant to a server;

and under the condition of receiving the video shot by the merchant contractor in the initial negotiation field, sending the video to the server.
