Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring a member status according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the technical solution of this embodiment is suitable for a case where a member is marked with an abnormal status through member activity status information stored in a system, and the method may be executed by a member status monitoring device, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in various general-purpose computer devices, and specifically includes the following steps:
and 110, calculating the activity times of each member in each time interval according to the activity state information of each member in at least one time interval.
The activity status information is used for indicating the activity status of each member in the system, and when the activity is that the member participates in interviewing in the system, the activity status information can be information related to interviewing, such as interview times of the member.
In this embodiment, the data recording system records the activity state information of the members according to the activity states of the members, first obtains the activity state information of each member from the member data recording system, then aggregates the activity state information in a set time interval, obtains the activity state information of each member in the set time interval, and finally obtains the activity times of each member in each time interval.
Illustratively, the data recording system stores activity state information of three members including zhang, lie four and wang, the member state information includes interview times of the members, and the activity states of the members can be aggregated in the last 30 days and the last 365 days respectively, so that the interview times of the members in the last 30 days and the interview times of the members in the last 365 days are obtained.
And 120, identifying abnormal members meeting abnormal activity conditions according to the activity times of the members in each time interval, and marking abnormal states of the abnormal members.
The abnormal activity condition is used for judging whether the activity of each member is abnormal or not, the abnormal activity condition can be an activity frequency threshold value in a set time interval, and for example, when the activity frequency of a member in one month exceeds the set activity frequency threshold value, the member is considered to be in an abnormal state.
In this embodiment, after the number of activities of the member in the set time interval is obtained, according to the number of activities of the member in the set time interval, an abnormal member meeting an abnormal activity condition is identified, and an abnormal state is marked for the abnormal member.
Illustratively, the number of interviews of Zhang III of the member in nearly 30 days is acquired as 5, and the set abnormal activity condition is that the number of interviews in nearly 30 days exceeds 4, the member is determined to be an abnormal member, at the moment, Zhang III of the member meets the abnormal activity condition, namely the abnormal member is identified, abnormal state marking is carried out on Zhang III, when the broker views the member information, the abnormal state marking of the member can be seen, and the marking can prompt the broker to currently view that the member is in the abnormal state. The abnormal state marks can be distinguished according to a set time interval, for example, if the number of surface tests exceeds standard in nearly 30 days, the abnormal state marks are marked as 'monthly surface test exceeding standard', and if the number of surface tests exceeds standard in nearly 365 days, the abnormal state marks are marked as 'annual surface test exceeding standard', so that monitoring personnel can monitor according to the exceeding standard condition.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the activity times of each member in each time interval are calculated according to the activity state information of each member in at least one time interval, then the abnormal member meeting the abnormal activity condition is identified according to the activity times of each member in each time interval, and the abnormal state of each abnormal member is marked, so that the problems that the subsequent member state monitoring cannot be carried out due to the lack of a system verification link caused by manual black drawing in the prior art are solved, the abnormal state marking of the members is realized through system data, and the member state monitoring can be carried out according to the subsequent activity state information of the members.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a member status monitoring method in a second embodiment of the present invention, which is further detailed based on the above embodiment and provides specific steps after the abnormal status is marked for each abnormal member. A method for monitoring a member status according to a second embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2, which includes the following steps:
and step 210, calculating the activity times of each member in each time interval according to the activity state information of each member in at least one time interval.
And step 220, identifying abnormal members meeting abnormal activity conditions according to the activity times of the members in each time interval, and marking abnormal states of the abnormal members.
And step 230, in response to the high-risk state marking request for the target abnormal member, marking the high-risk state of the target abnormal member, and determining the target abnormal member as the high-risk member.
In this embodiment, after the member is marked as an abnormal member, the monitoring staff may initiate a high-risk marking request for a part of the abnormal members according to the activity state information or the abnormal state mark of the abnormal member, where the part of the abnormal members is a target abnormal member, and further perform high-risk marking on the part of the abnormal members according to the high-risk marking request initiated by the monitoring staff, where the abnormal member after the high-risk marking is a high-risk member. Monitoring personnel can focus on the part of high-risk members in the follow-up monitoring process, and labor cost is saved.
Illustratively, the abnormal members are divided into monthly over-standard interview members and annual over-standard interview members, wherein the annual over-standard interview members need to be monitored in a focused mode, monitoring personnel can initiate a high-risk marking request aiming at the abnormal members with the annual over-standard interview, the abnormal members with the annual over-standard interview are marked at high risk in response to the high-risk marking request initiated on the abnormal members with the annual over-standard interview, and the high-risk marked members are the high-risk members.
Optionally, after the high-risk status is marked on the target abnormal member and the target abnormal member is determined as the high-risk member, the method further includes:
and when detecting that the high-risk member meets the abnormal state clearing condition, deleting the high-risk state mark and the abnormal state mark of the high-risk member.
In this optional embodiment, after the member is marked as a high-risk member, the high-risk mark of the member is displayed on each platform of the system, the broker is prompted to notice the member mark state, when it is detected that the high-risk member meets the abnormal state clearing condition, the high-risk state mark and the abnormal state mark of the high-risk member can be deleted, specifically, the number of times of activity of the member can be directly cleared, and when the system detects that the number of times of activity of the member does not exceed the standard, the abnormal state mark of the member is cleared. The abnormal state clearing condition can be that the subsequent activity state information of the high-risk member meets a set condition, or that an abnormal state clearing application uploaded by the member is detected and passes the auditing and the like.
For example, when an abnormal member whose monthly interview exceeds the standard is marked as a high-risk member, the activity state information of the high-risk member is continuously monitored, for example, the collection amount and the subsequent interview times of the member in work are monitored, when it is detected that no new interview record appears for 60 consecutive days, and the collection amount exceeds a set threshold in work, the high-risk member is considered to meet the abnormal state clearing condition, the interview times of the high-risk member is cleared, and the high-risk state mark and the abnormal state mark of the member are cleared.
Optionally, when it is detected that the high-risk member satisfies the abnormal state clearing condition, deleting the high-risk state flag and the abnormal state flag of the high-risk member, including:
and when the audit passing information matched with the abnormal state clearing application of the high-risk member is detected, determining that the high-risk member meets the abnormal state clearing condition, and deleting the high-risk state mark and the abnormal state mark of the high-risk member.
In this optional embodiment, a method for deleting a state flag when a high-risk member meets an abnormal state clearing condition is provided, and when audit passing information matched with an abnormal state clearing application of the high-risk member is detected, the current high-risk member is considered to meet the abnormal state clearing condition, the high-risk state flag and the abnormal state flag of the high-risk member are deleted.
Optionally, when it is detected that the high-risk member satisfies the abnormal state clearing condition, deleting the high-risk state flag and the abnormal state flag of the high-risk member, including:
and when detecting that the receiving amount of the high-risk member in the set period exceeds the average receiving amount of the non-high-risk member, deleting the high-risk state mark and the abnormal state mark of the high-risk member.
In this optional embodiment, another way that the high-risk member satisfies the abnormal state clearing condition and only deletes the state flag is provided, when it is detected that the high-risk member has the withdrawal amount exceeding the average withdrawal amount of the non-high-risk member within the preset monitoring period, and the task is that the current high-risk member satisfies the abnormal state clearing condition, the high-risk state flag and the abnormal state flag of the high-risk member are deleted. Wherein, the receiving amount is the reward received by the member in normal work.
Illustratively, after the member is marked as a high-risk member, the subsequent activity state information of the high-risk member is continuously detected, when it is detected that the high-risk member does not have a new interview record in the subsequent 60 days and has stable income certification, and the collection amount exceeds the average value of the collection amounts of the normally working non-high-risk members, for example 6000 yuan, the current high-risk member is considered to meet the abnormal state clearing condition, and then the high-risk state mark and the abnormal state mark of the high-risk member are deleted.
And 240, sending a high-risk reminding notice aiming at the target abnormal member to the broker to which the target abnormal member belongs.
In this embodiment, after the target abnormal member is marked as a high-risk member, a high-risk reminding notification for the target abnormal member is also sent to the broker serving as the target abnormal member, so as to prompt the broker about the abnormal state of the current member.
For example, in order to enable a broker to intuitively know the status of a member served by the broker, after the member is marked as a high-risk member, a high-risk reminding notification is sent to the broker to which the member belongs, for example, a short message is sent or a notification "member zhang san" is sent in the system, and since the interview times are too many and the member is already marked as a high-risk member, the broker is required to communicate with the member in time to correct the wrong behavior ".
And step 250, responding to the black drawing operation of the high-risk members, and drawing the high-risk members into a blacklist.
In this embodiment, the monitoring personnel can blacken the high-risk member aiming at the information of the subsequent activity state of the high-risk member, and the blackened member no longer enjoys the system service.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention calculates the activity times of each member in each time interval according to the activity state information of each member in at least one time interval, identifies the abnormal member meeting the abnormal activity condition according to the activity times, marks the abnormal state of each abnormal member, marks the high-risk state of the target abnormal member in response to the high-risk state marking request of the target abnormal member, determines the target abnormal member as the high-risk member, sends the high-risk reminding notice aiming at the target abnormal member to the broker belonging to the target abnormal member, finally pulls the high-risk member into the blacklist in response to the black-out operation of the high-risk member, solves the problems that the prior art lacks a system verification link and cannot perform subsequent member state monitoring through manual black-out, realizes the abnormal state marking of the members through system data, and member state monitoring can be performed according to the subsequent activity state information of the members.
