Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention and the technical features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of a method for shelving articles according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for shelving articles according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps S101 to S105:
step S101: set up the wall of allocating of putting on the shelf, the wall of allocating of putting on the shelf includes: at least one first bay for storing items to be shelved to a shelf.
The size of the racking distribution wall can be designed according to the size of the physical space of the racking workstation. The upper rack distribution wall can be provided with a plurality of first grids, each first grid is used for storing articles of the same type, and each first grid is not mixed with the articles of different types, so that the articles to be placed on the upper rack can be distributed and collected. When the size of an article of a certain class is larger, one first grid opening can not store all the articles of the class, the other first grid opening can be added to store the articles of the class.
Step S102: and recording the corresponding relation between the grid mark of the first grid and the article mark of the article.
For example, a first bay a1 and a first bay a2 are provided on the upper rack distribution wall, and the first bay a1 stores articles of category B1, and the first bay a2 stores articles of category B2, and the recorded correspondence relationship can be as shown in table 1 below. It is understood that the item identification of an item may be identified by the category of the item, or by an identifier of a single item, and the identification of an item by category is merely an example.
TABLE 1
First grid opening Article identification
A1 B1
A2 B2
Step S103: and when the idle second grid exists in the shelf, determining the target item identification of the item to be stored to the idle second grid according to the strategy of putting the item on the shelf to the idle second grid.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the target item identifier may be determined according to a physical parameter of the vacant second bay. The physical parameter may be the length, the width and the height of the second vacant cell, the volume of the second vacant cell may be calculated according to the physical parameter of the second vacant cell, and then the article identifier of the article smaller than the volume in the racking distribution wall is used as the target article identifier according to the volume of the second vacant cell.
In addition, in another embodiment of the invention, the target item identification may be determined based on the degree of association between the items stored in the racking distribution wall and the second non-empty compartments in the racks. Specifically, the association degree between the items stored in the racking distribution wall and the items stored in the non-empty second bay on the shelf may be calculated, and then the item identifier of the item corresponding to the maximum association degree or the item identifier of the item greater than the association degree threshold may be used as the target item identifier.
For example, the degree of association between the items stored in the first bay a1 in the racking wall and the items stored in the second bay not vacant on the shelf is a1, the degree of association between the items stored in the first bay a2 in the racking wall and the items stored in the second bay not vacant on the shelf is a2, the degree of association between the items stored in the first bay A3 in the racking wall and the items stored in the second bay not vacant on the shelf is A3, a1< a0< a2< A3, and a0 are the threshold value of the degree of association, and since the degree of association corresponding to the first bay A3 is the greatest, the item identifier of the item stored in the first bay A3 can be used as the target item identifier, and then the item in the first bay A3 can be racked into the second bay vacant on the shelf. Since the degree of association corresponding to the first bay a2 is greater than the threshold value of the degree of association, when the target item identifier is determined according to the threshold value of the degree of association, the item identifier of the item stored in the first bay a2 may also be used as the target item identifier, and then the item in the first bay a2 is put on the shelf into the second bay which is vacant in the shelf.
Step S104: and determining a first lattice corresponding to the target article identifier according to the corresponding relation.
For example, if the target item identifier is determined to be B1, the first notch corresponding to the target item identifier may be determined to be a1 according to the correspondence stored in table 1.
Step S105: and storing the object in the first grid corresponding to the target object identification to the idle second grid.
In order to further save shelving resources such as shelves during shelving, in one embodiment of the invention, when there are at least two first compartments storing items whose association with the items stored in the non-empty second compartment is greater than the association threshold, and the volume of the items stored in the at least two first compartments is smaller than the volume of the empty second compartment, the items stored in the at least two first compartments are stored in the empty second compartment.
Still take the above-mentioned association degree between the article stored in the first bay a1 in the upper rack dividing wall and the article stored in the second bay not vacant on the shelf as a1, the association degree between the article stored in the first bay a2 in the upper rack dividing wall and the article stored in the second bay not vacant on the shelf as a2, the association degree between the article stored in the first bay A3 in the upper rack dividing wall and the article stored in the second bay not vacant on the shelf as A3, and a1< a0< a2< A3 as examples, where a0 is the threshold value of the association degree. Then the items in both the first bay a2 and the second bay A3 may be stored in the vacant second bay in the shelf when the total volume of items stored in the first bay a2 and the second bay A3 is less than the volume of the vacant second bay in the shelf.
When the association degrees of more articles stored in the first grid and the articles stored in the non-idle second grid on the shelf are all larger than the association degree threshold value, and the total volume of the articles stored in the plurality of first grids is larger than the volume of the idle first grids in the shelf, a part of first grids with the article volume smaller than the volume of the idle second grid can be selected from the plurality of first grids, and then the articles stored in the part of first grids are put on the idle second grids. For example, when the degree of association between the items stored in five first bays (first bays K1, K2, K3, K4, and K5) and the items stored in non-empty second bays on the shelf is greater than the threshold degree of association, the total volume of the items stored in the five first bays is greater than the volume of the empty second bays on the shelf, but the total volume of the items stored in the first bays K1, K2, and K3 is less than the volume of the empty second bays on the shelf, then the items stored in the first bays K1, K2, and K3 can all be stored in the empty second bays on the shelf.
In the following, taking the determination of the shelving strategy based on the association degree as an example, the method for shelving the article provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
step S201: set up the wall of allocating of putting on the shelf, the wall of allocating of putting on the shelf includes: at least one first bay for storing items to be shelved to a shelf.
Step S202: and recording the corresponding relation between the grid mark of the first grid and the article mark of the article.
Step S203: and when the shelf has an idle second grid, calculating the association degree of the items stored in the racking distribution wall and the items stored in the non-idle second grid on the shelf.
Step S204: and determining the article identifier of the article with the association degree larger than the association degree threshold value as the target article identifier of the article to be stored in the idle second grid.
Step S205: and determining a first grid corresponding to the target article identifier according to the corresponding relation, and executing the step S206 when the number of the determined first grids is less than 2, otherwise executing the step S207.
Step S206: and storing the object in the first grid corresponding to the target object identification to the idle second grid, and ending the current process.
Step S207: and judging whether the volume of the articles stored in at least two first lattices corresponding to the target article identification is smaller than that of the vacant second lattice, if so, executing the step S208, otherwise, executing the step S209.
Step S208: and storing the articles stored in the at least two first grids to the idle second grid, and ending the current process.
Step S209: and selecting a first grid with the volume of one article smaller than that of the vacant second grid from the at least two first grids, and storing the article in the selected first grid into the vacant second grid.
In addition, the articles stored on the racking distributing wall are added with background inventory, so that the articles on the racking distributing wall can be taken out and positioned, the positioned articles can not be continuously put on racks to the goods shelves, the positioned articles can be selected through the radio frequency identification handheld device, and the positioned articles can be directly taken out from the racking distributing wall, so that the workload of goods finding of people out of the warehouses can be reduced, and the racking pressure can be reduced when the racking pressure is large.
In order to further save racking resources such as automatic guided vehicles in the racking process, in one embodiment of the invention, the article racking method further comprises the following steps: and scheduling the automatic guided transporting vehicle according to the articles stored in the first grid opening corresponding to the target article identification so as to transport the articles and/or the goods shelf by using the automatic guided transporting vehicle.
In the prior art, the automated guided vehicles are generally scheduled according to the number of the scattered containers to be shelved, for example, if one container to be shelved needs to be scattered into 5, 5 automated guided vehicles need to be scheduled to transport the articles in the containers to be shelved, that is, the prior art schedules the automated guided vehicles mainly according to the articles in a single container to be shelved. In the embodiment of the invention, the automatic guided vehicle is scheduled according to the articles stored in the first slot corresponding to the target article identifier, and then the automatic guided vehicle can be used for transporting the articles stored in the first slot corresponding to the target article identifier to the shelf at one time or transporting the shelf to the shelf allocation wall, so that after the articles are allocated and aggregated, the automatic guided vehicle is scheduled according to actual requirements instead of scheduling the articles in a single container to be put on shelf. And when the articles stored in the plurality of first grids are stored in the same second grid, the same automatic guide transport vehicle can be used for transporting the articles stored in the plurality of first grids, so that the resource of the guide transport vehicle is further saved.
After all the articles in the container to be placed on the shelf are stored in the placing wall, the placing personnel can trigger the scheduling system to schedule the goods shelf with the idle second grid and the automatic guiding transport vehicle, or when all the first grids in the placing wall are full of articles, the scheduling system can also schedule the goods shelf with the idle second grid and the automatic guiding transport vehicle, so that the automatic guiding transport vehicle is utilized to transport the articles on the placing wall to the goods shelf area, or transport the goods shelf to the placing wall area, and then store the articles on the placing wall into the idle second grid in the goods shelf, so as to complete placing of the articles.
According to the method for putting the articles on the shelves, the articles in the containers to be put on the shelves are firstly stored in the shelf distributing walls, the shelf distributing walls are utilized for distributing and collecting, and then the articles are selected from the shelf distributing walls to be stored in the shelves according to the shelf putting strategy of the idle second grid on the shelves, so that the occupancy rates of the shelves and the automatic guided vehicles are reduced, and the shelf putting efficiency is improved. And the articles stored on the upper frame distribution wall can be positioned by being delivered out of the warehouse, so that the articles can be directly picked from the upper frame distribution wall through the radio frequency identification handheld device and delivered out of the warehouse, the workload of finding the articles when the articles are delivered out of the warehouse is reduced, the delivery efficiency is improved, and the pressure of the articles on the upper frame can be reduced when the pressure of the articles on the upper frame is high.
