Consistent with the embodiment shown in fig. 2, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown, the electronic device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, and the programs include instructions for performing the following steps:
acquiring meeting room reservation information, wherein the meeting room reservation information is used for reserving a meeting room;
determining a target meeting room based on the meeting room reservation information and a first Building Information Model (BIM) of a target building;
outputting information of the target meeting room;
updating the first BIM to the second BIM based on the information of the target conference room;
displaying the second BIM.
In one implementation of the present application, prior to the receiving meeting room appointment information, the program includes instructions further for:
establishing the first BIM based on meeting room usage information of the target building, the meeting room usage information including a number, a status, a number of people to accommodate, and a usage period, the status including at least one of: free, maintenance, occupied and reserved;
displaying the first BIM.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the first BIM includes a conference room model, and when a color in the first BIM is a first color, the conference room model indicates that a state of a corresponding conference room is idle; the conference room reservation information comprises a target number, a first use time period and the number of participants; in determining a target meeting room based on the meeting room appointment information and the first BIM of the target building, the program includes instructions for performing the steps of:
determining a target color of the conference room model corresponding to the target number in the first BIM in the first use period;
under the condition that the target color is the first color, determining the conference room corresponding to the target number as the target conference room;
determining the target meeting room based on at least three of the first BIM, the target color, the target number, the first usage period, and the number of participants if the target color is not a first color.
In one implementation of the present application, in determining the target meeting room based on at least three of the first BIM, the target color, the target number, the first usage period, and the number of participants, the program includes instructions for performing the following steps:
determining the number of first conference rooms in an idle state based on the first BIM, wherein the time period of the first conference room in the idle state comprises the first usage period;
if the number of the first meeting rooms is larger than zero, selecting the target meeting room from the first meeting rooms on the basis of the first BIM and the number of the participants;
determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM, if the number of the first meeting room is equal to zero.
In an implementation manner of the present application, when the color of the first BIM is the second color, the conference room model indicates that the state of the corresponding conference room is occupied, and the information of the target conference room includes a use time period; in determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM, the program includes instructions for performing the steps of:
if the target color comprises the first color and the second color, determining a second usage period in which the conference room corresponding to the target number is occupied based on the first BIM, wherein the termination time of the second usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period;
when the time difference length between the ending time of the second using time interval and the starting time of the first using time interval is smaller than a first time length, determining that the conference room corresponding to the target number is the target conference room, and determining that the using time interval included in the information of the target conference room is a third using time interval, wherein the starting time of the third using time interval is the ending time of the second using time interval, and the time length of the third using time interval is equal to the time length of the first using time interval;
and under the condition that the time difference length between the ending time of the second using time interval and the starting time of the first using time interval is greater than or equal to the second time interval, determining the target conference room based on the first BIM, the first using time interval and the number of participants, wherein the second time interval is greater than the first time interval.
In one implementation of the present application, in determining the target meeting room based on the first BIM, the first usage period, and the number of participants, the program includes instructions for performing the following steps:
determining a second conference room in an occupied state and a fourth usage period in which the second conference room is occupied in the first usage period based on the first BIM, wherein the ending time of the fourth usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period;
and selecting the target meeting room from the second meeting room based on the first BIM, the termination time of the fourth using time interval, the starting time of the first using time interval and the number of the participants.
In an implementation manner of the present application, in updating the first BIM based on the information of the target conference room, the program includes instructions for executing the following steps:
and updating the color of the conference room model corresponding to the target conference room in the first BIM type based on the use time period included in the information of the target conference room.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of this embodiment, reference may be made to the specific implementation process described in the above method embodiment, and no description is given here.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an online reservation apparatus applied to an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the online reservation apparatus includes:
an obtaining unit 401, configured to obtain meeting room reservation information, where the meeting room reservation information is used to reserve a meeting room;
a determining unit 402 for determining a target meeting room based on the meeting room reservation information and a first Building Information Model (BIM) of a target building;
an output unit 403 for outputting information of the target conference room;
an updating unit 404, configured to update the first BIM to the second BIM based on the information of the target conference room;
a display unit 405 for displaying the second BIM.
In an implementation manner of the present application, before the receiving meeting room reservation information, the determining unit 402 is further configured to execute the following steps:
establishing the first BIM based on meeting room usage information of the target building, the meeting room usage information including a number, a status, a number of people accommodated, and a usage period, the status including at least one of: free, maintenance, occupied and reserved;
the display unit 405 is further configured to execute the following steps: displaying the first BIM.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the first BIM includes a conference room model, and when a color of the first BIM is a first color, the conference room model indicates that a state of a corresponding conference room is idle; the conference room reservation information comprises a target number, a first use time period and the number of participants; in determining a target meeting room based on the meeting room reservation information and the first BIM of the target building, the determining unit 402 is configured to perform the following steps:
determining a target color of the conference room model corresponding to the target number in the first BIM in the first use period;
under the condition that the target color is the first color, determining the conference room corresponding to the target number as the target conference room;
determining the target meeting room based on at least three of the first BIM, the target color, the target number, the first usage period, and the number of participants if the target color is not a first color.
In an implementation manner of the present application, in determining the target meeting room based on at least three of the first BIM, the target color, the target number, the first usage period, and the number of participants, the determining unit 402 is configured to perform the following steps:
determining the number of first conference rooms in an idle state based on the first BIM, wherein the time period of the first conference rooms in the idle state comprises the first using period;
if the number of the first meeting rooms is larger than zero, selecting the target meeting room from the first meeting rooms based on the first BIM and the number of the participants;
determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM, if the number of the first meeting room is equal to zero.
In an implementation manner of the present application, when the color of the first BIM is the second color, the conference room model indicates that the state of the corresponding conference room is occupied, and the information of the target conference room includes a usage period; in determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM, the determining unit 402 is configured to perform the following steps:
if the target color comprises the first color and the second color, determining a second usage period in which the conference room corresponding to the target number is occupied based on the first BIM, wherein the termination time of the second usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period;
when the time difference length between the ending time of the second using time interval and the starting time of the first using time interval is smaller than a first time length, determining that the conference room corresponding to the target number is the target conference room, and determining that the using time interval included in the information of the target conference room is a third using time interval, wherein the starting time of the third using time interval is the ending time of the second using time interval, and the time length of the third using time interval is equal to the time length of the first using time interval;
and under the condition that the time difference length between the ending time of the second using time interval and the starting time of the first using time interval is greater than or equal to the second time, determining the target meeting room based on the first BIM, the first using time interval and the number of participants, wherein the second time is greater than the first time.
In an implementation manner of the present application, in determining the target meeting room based on the first BIM, the first usage period and the number of participants, the determining unit 402 is configured to execute the following steps:
determining a second conference room in an occupied state in the first usage period and a fourth usage period in which the second conference room is occupied based on the first BIM, wherein the termination time of the fourth usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period;
and selecting the target meeting room from the second meeting room based on the first BIM, the termination time of the fourth using time interval, the starting time of the first using time interval and the number of the participants.
In an implementation manner of the present application, in updating the first BIM based on the information of the target conference room, the updating unit 404 is configured to execute the following steps:
and updating the color of the conference room model corresponding to the target conference room in the first BIM type based on the use time period included in the information of the target conference room.
It should be noted that the acquiring unit 401, the determining unit 402, the outputting unit 403, and the updating unit 404 may be implemented by a processor, and the display unit 405 may be implemented by a display screen.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, where the computer program makes a computer perform some or all of the steps described in the electronic device in the above method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps described in the electronic device in the above method. The computer program product may be a software installation package.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented in hardware, or may be implemented by a processor executing software instructions. The software instructions may be comprised of corresponding software modules that may be stored in Random Access Memory (RAM), flash Memory, read Only Memory (ROM), erasable Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), registers, a hard disk, a removable disk, a compact disc Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), or any other form of storage medium known in the art. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Additionally, the ASIC may reside in an access network device, a target network device, or a core network device. Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in an access network device, a target network device, or a core network device.

Claims (5)

1. An online reservation method applied to an electronic device, the method comprising:
establishing a first BIM (building information model) based on meeting room use information of a target building; the meeting room usage information includes a number, a status, a number of people accommodated, and a usage period, the status including at least one of: free, maintained, occupied and reserved;
displaying the first BIM; the first BIM comprises a conference room model; when the color of the first BIM is a first color, the conference room model represents that the state of the corresponding conference room is idle; when the color of the first BIM is a second color, the conference room model represents that the state of the corresponding conference room is occupied;
acquiring meeting room reservation information, wherein the meeting room reservation information is used for reserving a meeting room; the meeting room reservation information comprises picture information, voice information or video information, a target number, a use time period, a first use time period and the number of participants;
determining a target meeting room based on the meeting room appointment information and the first BIM of the target building, comprising:
determining a target color of the conference room model corresponding to the target number in the first BIM in the first use period;
under the condition that the target color is a first color, determining the conference room corresponding to the target number as the target conference room;
in a case that the target color is not a first color, determining the target meeting room based on at least three of the first BIM, the target color, the target number, the first use period, and the number of participants, including: determining the number of first conference rooms in an idle state based on the first BIM, wherein the time period of the first conference room in the idle state comprises the first usage period;
if the number of the first meeting rooms is larger than zero, selecting the target meeting room from the first meeting rooms on the basis of the first BIM and the number of the participants; wherein the selecting the target meeting room from the first meeting room based on the first BIM and the number of participants comprises: determining a number of people in each of the first conference rooms based on the first BIM; determining each matching degree of each accommodating number and the number of the participants based on each accommodating number and the number of the participants to obtain M matching degrees; determining a first conference room corresponding to the highest matching degree in the M matching degrees as the target conference room; wherein the selecting the target meeting room from the first meeting room based on the first BIM and the number of participants comprises: determining the number of people accommodated in each of the first meeting rooms based on the first BIM; determining each matching degree of each accommodating number and the number of the participants based on each accommodating number and the number of the participants to obtain M matching degrees; determining a first conference room corresponding to the highest matching degree in the M matching degrees as the target conference room;
determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM if the number of the first meeting room is equal to zero; wherein the determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM comprises: if the target color comprises the first color and the second color, determining a second usage period in which the conference room corresponding to the target number is occupied based on the first BIM, wherein the termination time of the second usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period; when the time difference length between the ending time of the second using time interval and the starting time of the first using time interval is smaller than a first time length, determining that the conference room corresponding to the target number is the target conference room, and determining that the using time interval included in the information of the target conference room is a third using time interval, wherein the starting time of the third using time interval is the ending time of the second using time interval, and the time length of the third using time interval is equal to the time length of the first using time interval; determining the target conference room based on the first BIM, the first usage period, and the number of participants if a time difference between an end time of the second usage period and a start time of the first usage period is greater than or equal to a second time period, the second time period being greater than the first time period; wherein the determining the target meeting room based on the first BIM, the first usage period, and the number of participants comprises: determining a second conference room in an occupied state and a fourth usage period in which the second conference room is occupied in the first usage period based on the first BIM, wherein the ending time of the fourth usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period; selecting the target meeting room from the second meeting room based on the first BIM, the termination time of the fourth using time interval, the starting time of the first using time interval and the number of the participants;
outputting the information of the target meeting room;
updating the first BIM to a second BIM based on the information of the target conference room;
displaying the second BIM.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the updating the first BIM based on the information of the target conference room comprises:
and updating the color of the conference room model corresponding to the target conference room in the first BIM based on the use time period included in the information of the target conference room.
3. An online booking device, applied to an electronic device, the device comprising:
an acquisition unit, configured to acquire meeting room reservation information, where the meeting room reservation information is used to reserve a meeting room; the conference room reservation information comprises picture information, voice information or video information, and also comprises a target number, a use time period, a first use time period and the number of participants;
a determination unit for determining a target meeting room based on the meeting room reservation information and a building information model first BIM of a target building, comprising: determining a target color of the conference room model corresponding to the target number in the first BIM in the first use period; under the condition that the target color is a first color, determining the conference room corresponding to the target number as the target conference room; in a case that the target color is not a first color, determining the target meeting room based on at least three of the first BIM, the target color, the target number, the first use period, and the number of participants, including: determining the number of first conference rooms in an idle state based on the first BIM, wherein the time period of the first conference room in the idle state comprises the first usage period; if the number of the first meeting rooms is larger than zero, selecting the target meeting room from the first meeting rooms based on the first BIM and the number of the participants; wherein the selecting the target meeting room from the first meeting room based on the first BIM and the number of participants comprises: determining a number of people in each of the first conference rooms based on the first BIM; determining each matching degree of each accommodating number and the number of the participants based on each accommodating number and the number of the participants to obtain M matching degrees; determining a first conference room corresponding to the highest matching degree in the M matching degrees as the target conference room; determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM if the number of the first meeting room is equal to zero; wherein the determining the target meeting room based on the first usage period, the target number, the number of participants, and the first BIM comprises: if the target color comprises the first color and a second color, determining a second usage period in which the conference room corresponding to the target number is occupied based on the first BIM, wherein the termination time of the second usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period; when the time difference length between the ending time of the second using period and the starting time of the first using period is smaller than a first time length, determining that the conference room corresponding to the target number is the target conference room, and determining that the using period included in the information of the target conference room is a third using period, wherein the starting time of the third using period is the ending time of the second using period, and the time length of the third using period is equal to the time length of the first using period; determining the target conference room based on the first BIM, the first usage period, and the number of participants if a time difference between an end time of the second usage period and a start time of the first usage period is greater than or equal to a second time period, the second time period being greater than the first time period; wherein the determining the target meeting room based on the first BIM, the first usage period, and the number of participants comprises: determining a second conference room in an occupied state and a fourth usage period in which the second conference room is occupied in the first usage period based on the first BIM, wherein the ending time of the fourth usage period is later than the starting time of the first usage period; selecting the target meeting room from the second meeting room based on the first BIM, the termination time of the fourth use period, the starting time of the first use period and the number of participants; before the obtaining of the meeting room appointment information, the determining unit is further configured to establish the first BIM based on meeting room usage information of the target building; the meeting room usage information includes a number, a status, a number of people accommodated, and a usage period, the status including at least one of: free, maintained, occupied and reserved;
an output unit configured to output information of the target conference room;
an updating unit, configured to update the first BIM to a second BIM based on the information of the target conference room;
the display unit is used for displaying the first BIM and the second BIM; the first BIM comprises a conference room model; when the color of the first BIM is a first color, the conference room model indicates that the state of the corresponding conference room is idle; and when the color of the first BIM is a second color, the conference room model represents that the state of the corresponding conference room is occupied.
4. An electronic device, comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of claim 1 or 2.
5. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program is processed to perform the method according to claim 1 or 2.
