Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能杀菌冰箱,属于冰箱技术领域。包括冰箱主体、冷却室、控制器、等离子杀菌模块及除臭杀菌模块,等离子杀菌模块包括高压电源、转换模块及等离子模块,除臭杀菌模块包括环状抽风管道,抽风管道表面连通有若干集风口,抽风管道与引风机连接,引风机通过管A与除菌槽连接,除菌槽内部设有除菌剂,所处除菌槽上方通过管B与除臭滤芯连接,除臭滤芯的输出端通过送风管与分布器连接,分布器表面开设有若干通孔,引风机与控制器电连接。本发明同时具备等离子杀菌、除臭杀菌及紫外杀菌模块,杀菌效果好;除臭杀菌模块能够循环将冷却层室的空气进行杀菌除臭处理,确保整个冷却层干净无味。

技术领域
本发明属于冰箱技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种智能杀菌冰箱。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对物质生活水平的要求不断增加,尤其是对安全、舒适、便捷等方面提出了更高的要求,家电智能化已经成为一种必然的趋势。冰箱是人们生活中不可或缺的家用电器,由于在冰箱打开和存放食物时会将细菌带入冰箱内,且各种食物混合放置出产生各种异味,因此需要杀菌和除异味。但是传统的冰箱杀菌仅仅将冰箱内壁的细菌去除,而不能将整个冷却层内的空气进行循环杀菌除臭处理,杀菌效果并不理想。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种智能杀菌冰箱,能够智能定时对冰箱内空间进行杀菌处理。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种智能杀菌冰箱,包括冰箱主体、冷却室、控制器、等离子杀菌模块及除臭杀菌模块,所述冷却室及控制器均设置在冰箱主体内部,所述等离子杀菌模块及除臭杀菌模块均设置在冷却室内部,所述等离子杀菌模块包括高压电源、转换模块及等离子模块,所述除臭杀菌模块包括环状抽风管道,所述抽风管道表面连通有若干集风口,所述抽风管道与引风机连接,所述引风机通过管A与除菌槽连接,所述除菌槽内部设有除菌剂,所处除菌槽上方通过管B与除臭滤芯连接,所述除臭滤芯的输出端通过送风管与分布器连接,所述分布器表面开设有若干通孔,所述引风机与控制器电连接。
所述等离子模块由负离子电离极及正离子电离极组成,所述转换模块为继电器控制结构。
所述冷却室内部还设有照明灯及紫外灯,所述照明灯及紫外灯均与控制器电连接。
所述集风口的下端截面面积小于上端截面面积。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明同时具备等离子杀菌、除臭杀菌及紫外杀菌模块,杀菌效果好;除臭杀菌模块能够循环将冷却层室的空气进行杀菌除臭处理,确保整个冷却层干净无味。

如说明书附图图1至图3所示,一种智能杀菌冰箱,包括冰箱主体1、冷却室2、控制器3、等离子杀菌模块及除臭杀菌模块,所述冷却室2及控制器3均设置在冰箱主体1内部,所述等离子杀菌模块及除臭杀菌模块均设置在冷却室2内部,所述等离子杀菌模块包括高压电源4、转换模块5及等离子模块6,所述除臭杀菌模块包括环状抽风管道9,所述抽风管道9表面连通有若干集风口10,所述抽风管道9与引风机11连接,所述引风机11通过管A13与除菌槽12连接,所述除菌槽12内部设有除菌剂,所处除菌槽12上方通过管B14与除臭滤芯15连接,所述除臭滤芯15的输出端通过送风管16与分布器17连接,所述分布器17表面开设有若干通孔,所述引风机11与控制器3电连接。
所述等离子模块6由负离子电离极及正离子电离极组成,所述转换模块5为继电器控制结构。
所述冷却室2内部还设有照明灯7及紫外灯8,所述照明灯7及紫外灯8均与控制器3电连接,控制器控制紫外灯定时开启进行杀菌处理。
所述集风口10的下端截面面积小于上端截面面积。
本发明中抽风管道9将冷却室的空气抽送至除菌槽进行杀菌处理,经过除臭滤芯进行除臭去味,最终从分布器分散进入冷却层,抽风管道环状分布在冷却室,能够收集各个角落的空气,处理效果好。

1.一种智能杀菌冰箱,其特征在于:包括冰箱主体(1)、冷却室(2)、控制器(3)、等离子杀菌模块及除臭杀菌模块,所述冷却室(2)及控制器(3)均设置在冰箱主体(1)内部,所述等离子杀菌模块及除臭杀菌模块均设置在冷却室(2)内部,所述等离子杀菌模块包括高压电源(4)、转换模块(5)及等离子模块(6),所述除臭杀菌模块包括环状抽风管道(9),所述抽风管道(9)表面连通有若干集风口(10),所述抽风管道(9)与引风机(11)连接,所述引风机(11)通过管A(13)与除菌槽(12)连接,所述除菌槽(12)内部设有除菌剂,所处除菌槽(12)上方通过管B(14)与除臭滤芯(15)连接,所述除臭滤芯(15)的输出端通过送风管(16)与分布器(17)连接,所述分布器(17)表面开设有若干通孔,所述引风机(11)与控制器(3)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能杀菌冰箱,其特征在于:所述等离子模块(6)由负离子电离极及正离子电离极组成,所述转换模块(5)为继电器控制结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能杀菌冰箱,其特征在于:所述冷却室(2)内部还设有照明灯(7)及紫外灯(8),所述照明灯(7)及紫外灯(8)均与控制器(3)电连接。
