Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, but which can be embodied in many different forms and varied in the manner defined and covered by the claims.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a key module 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a cabinet 100 of a washing machine, and the key module 200 is mounted on a front surface of the cabinet 100. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the key module 200 includes a key holder 210, a key plate 220, and a circuit board 230, wherein the key holder 210 is embedded in an installation slot of the box 100, the circuit board 230 is provided with a touch key, and the circuit board 230 is disposed on an inner side surface of the key holder 210. The key sheet 220 is disposed on an outer side surface of the key holder 210. The inside of the case 100 is defined as an inside direction, and the outside is defined as an outside direction. A first clamping structure is arranged between the key holder 210 and the box body 100, and the key holder 210 is clamped on the box body 100 through the first clamping structure. In order to further prevent the key module 200 from falling off during vibration or transportation, as shown in fig. 3-5, the key module 200 further includes a supporting cover 300, the supporting cover 300 is fastened outside the key holder 210 and abuts against the inner side surface of the box 100, a second clamping structure is disposed between the supporting cover 300 and the key holder 210, and the key holder 210 is clamped on the box 100 through the supporting cover 300 and the second clamping structure. The key holder 210 is tensioned by the supporting function of the supporting cover 300, and forms double insurance together with the first clamping structure, so that the key module 200 is prevented from falling off from the mounting slot.
The key module 200 is simple in structure, and the first clamping structure, the supporting cover 300 and the second clamping structure are matched, so that double clamping and fixing of the key support 210 are realized, and the key module 200 can be effectively prevented from falling off from the mounting clamping groove in the vibration or transportation process; and the clamping structure is simple and convenient to assemble and operate.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, 9 and 10, the box 100 is provided with a mounting slot. The first clamping structure includes a plug portion 212, a first buckle 213 disposed on the plug portion 212, and a slot flange 110 bent inward along the mounting slot. The key support 210 is embedded into the mounting slot, and the insertion part 212 is inserted into the mounting slot and is in clamping fit with the slot flanging 110 through the first buckle 213. The periphery of the key support 210 is provided with a groove 211, and the outer side edge of the groove 211 is higher than the inner side edge of the groove 211, so that when the key support 210 is installed and embedded into the installation clamping groove of the box body 100 from the outer side, the outer side edge of the groove 211 is abutted against the box body 100, and the key module 200 is ensured not to be separated from the inner side. The outer side surface of the first buckle 213 is abutted against the slot flange 110, so that the key holder 210 is fixed. In this embodiment, the shape of the key sheet 220 is preferably a rounded rectangle, the two insertion parts 212 are disposed perpendicular to the front side of the key holder 210, and the two insertion parts 212 are disposed at the upper and lower sides respectively. The upper and lower insertion parts 212 are arranged in a staggered manner along the left and right directions, so that the clamping firmness of the insertion parts 212 can be improved. In other embodiments, the plug portion 212 may be disposed on the left and right sides or around the periphery.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the second clamping structure includes a second catch 214 disposed on the insertion part 212, and the second catch 214 is disposed on an inner side of the first catch 213, i.e., at an end away from the front end surface of the box 100. The support cover 300 is provided with an abutting portion 311 engaged with the second catch 214, and the second catch 214 abuts against the outside of the abutting portion 311. The key holder 210 is tensioned by the supporting function of the supporting cover 300, and forms double insurance together with the first clamping structure, so that the key module 200 is prevented from falling off from the mounting slot. The support cover 300 is an injection-molded integral structure, and a protruding portion 310 extending rearward is provided on the support cover 300 along a side surface thereof, and an abutting portion 311 is provided on the protruding portion 310. An opening is opened on the bottom surface of the supporting cover 300 at a position corresponding to the extension portion 310 for inserting the insertion portion 212 of the key holder 210, so that the second latch 214 of the insertion portion 212 is latched and fixed with the abutting portion 311 of the extension portion 310. The first latch 213 and the second latch 214 are both of an inverted structure, so that the key module 200 is not easy to be disengaged.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, an opening is opened on the rear side of the supporting cover 300, an upper opening and a lower opening are opened on the rear side of the supporting cover, an extending portion 310 is provided on the upper side of the upper opening and the lower side of the lower opening, the abutting portion 311 is provided on the extending portion 310, the inserting portion 212 of the key holder 210 extends out of the opening of the supporting cover 300, and the second buckle 214 is matched with the abutting portion 311 and clamped and fixed.
Further, a support post 320 is disposed in the support cover 300, as shown in fig. 5, the support post 320 abuts against the circuit board 230, and the circuit board 230 is pressed on the key holder 210, so that the circuit board 230 can be prevented from loosening and falling off. In the present embodiment, two support columns 320 are provided, and are respectively abutted against two sides of the circuit board 230.
As shown in fig. 8, a laser grain 215 is provided on an outer side surface of the key holder 210 opposite to the touch key by a laser engraving technique. And a vacuum plating layer is arranged on the laser texture 215. Through the vacuum plating technology, the metal material is organically converted by specific means such as chemistry, physics and the like under the vacuum condition, so that the metal is converted into particles, deposited or adsorbed on the surface of the key support 210, and combined with the laser grain texture 215 to form the laser grain texture 215 with metal texture. The key sheet 220 is made of transparent material, and the key sheet 220 covers the outer side surface of the key holder 210.
According to the key module 200, the laser texture 215 is arranged on the outer side surface of the key support 210, the laser texture 215 with metal texture is formed through vacuum plating, the transparent key plate 220 covers the laser texture 215, the appearance attractiveness of the metal texture of the key can be guaranteed, a user can not directly touch the laser texture 215, the cold touch of the touch is avoided, dust is prevented from permeating into the texture, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, the key sheet 220 includes a pattern portion coated with a pattern and a blank portion, and the pattern portion may be coated with various textures, patterns, marks, and the like. The side surface around the front end of the key module 200 is an inclined surface 216 that gradually expands outwards. By arranging the inclined plane 216 which gradually expands outwards on the peripheral side face of the front end of the key module 200, an inclined gap which gradually expands from inside to outside is formed between the key module 200 and the installation clamping groove, so that the gap between the key module and the installation clamping groove is favorably reduced; and the clearance between key module 200 and the installation draw-in groove is sheltered from by key module 200, is difficult for seeing the clearance from the front, increases whole pleasing to the eye effect.
The area of the front end surface of the key module 200 is larger than the area of the mounting slot. And the inclined plane 216 is arranged, so that the front end face of the key module 200 is stopped at the outer side of the installation slot, and the gap between the key module 200 and the installation slot is hidden.
The edge of the mounting clamping groove is provided with a clamping groove flanging 110 extending inwards, and the clamping groove flanging 110 is connected with the box body 100 through a transition cambered surface 111.
And the transition arc 111 is partially or entirely located at the rear side of the inclined surface 216. So that the outer end of the inclined surface 216 shields the gap between the key module 200 and the installation slot, and the gap between the closed key module 200 and the box 100 is not visible from the front of the washing machine. Preferably, the transition arc surface 111 is partially located at the rear side of the inclined surface 216, so that after the key module 200 is closed, the front end surface of the key module 200 is flush with the front end surface of the box 100 at the mounting slot; wherein the case 100 at the mounting slot is inclined upward and rearward.
In this embodiment, the slot flanges 110 have two horizontal slot flanges located on the upper and lower sides of the mounting slot and two vertical slot flanges located on the left and right sides of the mounting slot. Through setting up horizontal draw-in groove turn-ups and vertical setting, be favorable to guaranteeing the pull of button module in front and back direction to be favorable to increasing spacing and supporting effect.
The invention further comprises a washing machine, the washing machine comprises a box body 100, the front end face of the box body 100 is an integrated front plate, the front plate is provided with the installation clamping groove, the key module 200 is arranged, and the front plate is an integrated sheet metal part. The key module according to claim 1, wherein the first engaging structure includes an insertion portion, a first buckle disposed on the insertion portion, and a groove flange bent inward along the installation groove, the key holder is embedded in the installation groove, the insertion portion is inserted into the installation groove, and is engaged with the groove flange via the first buckle.
3. The key module of claim 2, wherein two of the insertion parts are respectively disposed at upper and lower sides of the key frame, and the upper and lower insertion parts are disposed in a staggered manner in a left-right direction.

5. The key module of claim 1, further comprising a circuit board disposed on an inner side of the key support; a supporting column is arranged in the supporting cover and is abutted to the circuit board.
6. The key module of claim 1, wherein the key module further comprises a keypad; the outer side face of the key support is provided with laser grain textures, the key plate is made of transparent materials, and the key plate is covered on the outer side face of the key support.
7. The key module of claim 6, wherein the laser grain is provided with a vacuum plating layer.
8. The key module of claim 7, wherein the key sheet includes pattern portions and blank portions of a coating pattern, the blank portions being opposite to the laser grain texture.
9. The washing machine comprises a box body, and is characterized in that the front end face of the box body is an integrated front plate, the front plate is provided with the installation clamping groove, and the key module according to any one of claims 1-8 is arranged.
10. The washing machine comprises a box body and is characterized in that the front end face of the box body is a front plate and a main control panel arranged above the front plate, the main control panel is provided with an installation clamping groove, and the key module set is arranged according to any one of claims 1-8.
