Abstract
The invention relates to a power battery pack balance maintenance method and a balance maintenance instrument, which are used for sampling voltages of single battery cells in a power battery pack, analyzing the charge states of the single battery cells of the power battery and the maximum voltage difference in the battery pack so as to judge the health state of the power battery pack, charging and discharging the single battery cells through an independent power supply connected to each single battery cell of the power battery pack to ensure that the charge states of all the single battery cells are consistent, and reducing the maximum voltage difference in the battery pack to be below a proper value, thereby realizing the consistency of the power battery pack, achieving the aim of balance maintenance and supporting the balance maintenance of any battery pack below 360 strings.

Background
With the development of electric automobiles, the application of power batteries is increasing, battery inconsistency caused by various factors such as the production and manufacturing process and the use conditions of the power batteries is inevitable, the most intuitive problem of the battery inconsistency is that the endurance mileage of the electric automobiles is reduced, the deeper problem is that the service life of the batteries is shortened and the safety is deteriorated, and the endurance mileage and the safety of the electric automobiles are undoubtedly fatal factors of success or failure, so the problem of the consistency of the batteries of the electric automobiles has to be emphasized.
In order to solve the consistency problem of the power battery pack of the electric automobile, I provide a method for regularly and uniformly maintaining the power battery, which can effectively solve the consistency problem of the power battery pack and is provided on the basis of research on basic characteristics of the battery.
The invention is based on the thought, provides a method for battery equalization maintenance, adopts the same number of charging power supplies as the number of single cells in a battery pack to carry out charging or discharging maintenance on the single cells, monitors the maintenance process through intelligent control, and simultaneously provides an equalization maintenance instrument for realizing the equalization maintenance method.

The invention aims to provide a balance maintenance method and a balance maintenance instrument for a power battery, which are used for carrying out balance maintenance on a battery pack consisting of a plurality of single battery cells so as to improve the consistency of the charge state of the battery pack and further ensure the endurance mileage and the safety performance of the power battery pack.

In order to realize the method, the invention provides a balance maintenance instrument for realizing the balance maintenance method of the power battery, which comprises a main control unit, a control module (T1-Tn), a power supply channel (P1-P12), a color liquid crystal touch screen (D), an audio decoding channel, a loudspeaker (Y), a microphone (M) and a CAN communication bus component (C);
each single battery cell is respectively connected with an independent power supply channel (P1-P12), and each power supply channel can be respectively started and stopped;
each 12 power supply channels form a control module (T1-Tn) which is controlled by a single chip microcomputer module in a unified way, and the single chip microcomputer module comprises 12 strings of battery pack single voltage sampling channels (S), a switch device (K1-K12) for controlling the starting and stopping of 12 power supply channels, a color liquid crystal touch screen interface, a CAN communication interface and a current output channel (B1-B12);
the main control unit comprises a main control CPU (A), a color liquid crystal touch screen interface (D), a loudspeaker (Y), an audio decoding channel and a CAN communication interface (C), wherein the CAN communication interface of the main control unit is connected with the CAN communication interfaces of all control modules through a CAN bus and CAN be connected with 32 control modules to the maximum;
each power channel is formed by connecting different numbers of independent power supplies (P1-1, P1-2 … P1-n) in parallel, so that different currents are output, and the maximum number of the independent power supplies can be connected in parallel with 32;
the main control unit realizes voice broadcast and maintenance of dynamic information through the audio decoding channel and the loudspeaker, receives user voice through the microphone, recognizes voice instructions and automatically completes user task instructions.

(2) the single battery cells are charged and discharged through the independent power supply connected to each single battery cell of the power battery pack, so that the charge states of all the single battery cells are consistent, and the maximum voltage difference in the battery pack is reduced to be below a proper value, thereby realizing the consistency of the power battery pack and achieving the aim of balanced maintenance.
