A pack forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the through hole is formed in the position where the fixed nut gear limiting plate (306) and the fixed screw rod (302) are interfered with each other, and the through hole is formed in the position where the fixed anti-rotation rod (307) is arranged on the fixed nut gear limiting plate (306).
