Claims (10)

1. A liquid stopping clip device of an infusion pump is used for controlling infusion or blocking of an infusion tube, and is characterized by comprising:
the infusion tube fixing device comprises a shell, wherein a guide groove for installing an infusion tube is formed in the shell;
a base disposed within the housing;
the liquid stopping clamp is connected in the base in a sliding mode, the sliding direction is intersected with the guide groove, the liquid stopping track comprises a liquid stopping level and a liquid passing level, the liquid stopping clamp comprises a liquid stopping hole, the infusion tube is connected in the liquid stopping hole in a penetrating mode, the liquid stopping hole end and the liquid passing hole end are arranged at the two ends of the liquid stopping hole respectively, when the liquid stopping clamp slides to the liquid stopping level, the infusion tube is located at the liquid stopping hole end, the infusion tube is blocked by the liquid stopping clamp, when the liquid stopping clamp slides to the liquid passing level, the liquid stopping clamp is clamped in the base, the infusion tube is located at the liquid passing hole end, and the infusion tube is communicated;
the elastic component is arranged in the base and used for pushing the liquid stopping clip to the liquid stopping level; and
the bin gate rotates to be connected one side of casing, the bin gate extrudees when closing the door the end liquid press from both sides break away from with joint between the base, just the bin gate keeps off end liquid press from both sides and makes it be located lead to the liquid level.
2. The infusion pump fluid stopping clip device according to claim 1, further comprising a hook and a first spring, wherein the hook is pivotally connected within the base, and the hook has a pivot path that includes an open position and a closed position,
when the clamping hook is positioned at the opening position, the clamping hook and the infusion tube are kept away;
when the clamping hook is positioned at the closed position, the clamping hook and the liquid stopping clip are matched to block the infusion of the infusion tube;
the first spring is positioned above the clamping hook, is connected between the clamping hook and the inner wall of the base and is used for driving the clamping hook to the closed position.

The infusion pump liquid stopping clip device according to claim 2, wherein a clamping block is arranged on the liquid stopping clip, a convex block is arranged on the base, when the liquid stopping clip slides to the liquid passing level, the clamping position is clamped with the convex block, the first spring presses the clamping hook, and the clamping hook presses the liquid stopping clip, so that the clamping block and the convex block are kept clamped.

The infusion pump liquid stopping clip device according to claim 3, wherein the bottom end of the door is rotatably connected with the casing, an unlocking inclined surface is arranged on the inner side surface of the door, and when the door is closed, the unlocking inclined surface presses the liquid stopping clip, so that the clamping block is separated from the convex block.

The infusion pump liquid stopping clip device according to claim 3, wherein a limiting through groove is formed in one end of the bottom of the hook, the infusion tube is limited in the limiting through groove, a handle portion is arranged at one end of the outer portion of the hook, the handle portion is used for receiving external force to enable the hook to rotate to the opening position, and rough grains are formed in the outer side face of the handle portion.

The infusion pump fluid stop clip device according to claim 3, wherein the elastic component comprises a push rod and a second spring, one end of the push rod is slidably connected to the base in a penetrating manner, the other end of the push rod is an end head, a convex step for limiting the push rod is arranged on one side of the base close to the end head, and the second spring is sleeved on the push rod and is limited between the inner wall of the base and the end head in a compressing manner;
the bottom of the clamping hook is provided with a sliding groove and an extrusion inclined plane, the end comprises a first extrusion part and a second extrusion part, two second extrusion parts are arranged on two sides of the first extrusion part, the first extrusion part and the liquid stopping clamp are arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, the first extrusion part is used for extruding the liquid stopping clamp, and the second extrusion part is used for extruding the clamping hook.

The infusion pump liquid stopping clip device according to claim 6, wherein a convex corner is arranged on the second pressing part, a limiting concave part is arranged on the pressing inclined surface, when the convex corner is in positioning contact with the limiting concave part, the hook is located at the closed position, and the liquid stopping clip is pressed by the first pressing part to slide to the liquid stopping level.

The infusion pump fluid stop clip device according to claim 7, wherein the top surface of said convex corner is provided with a concave support surface, said hook is located on said concave support surface when said tip is in contact with said convex step, and said hook is located in said open position.

The infusion pump fluid stopping clip device according to claim 6, wherein one end of the base is provided with a mounting groove for mounting the hook and the push rod, the mounting groove is internally provided with a rotating shaft for rotating connection with the hook and a first semicircular groove for sliding connection with the push rod, the base further comprises a cover plate detachably connected in the mounting groove, the cover plate is provided with a second semicircular groove matched with the first semicircular groove, and the cover plate is used for limiting the hook and the push rod in the mounting groove.
10. The infusion pump liquid stopping clip device according to claim 2, wherein a positioning post for positioning and connecting the first spring is arranged on both the top of the hook and the inner wall of the base, and the first spring is sleeved on the periphery of the positioning post.
