Background
Moxibustion is one of the major treatment methods in China for thousands of years, and is of great interest and nondefective due to its simplicity, convenience, effectiveness and cheapness. Modern science and technology proves that 'no light, no heat, no smoke and no fragrance' can be used for moxibustion. Moxibustion exerts therapeutic and health-care effects through four mechanisms.
The first is heat, moxibustion is a heat radiation reaction, and the warm characteristic is one of the most important physical characteristics of moxibustion.
Secondly, modern researches have proved that the energy spectrum generated by moxibustion during burning is infrared ray, and near infrared ray is the main component. The near infrared ray can stimulate hydrogen bonds of biological molecules in human acupuncture points to generate stimulated coherent resonance absorption effect, and the energy required by human cells is transferred through a nerve-body fluid system, so that the energy required by metabolic activity and immune function of the body cells is provided, and the activation energy can also be provided for the energy-deficient pathological cells. The moxibustion is applied to acupuncture points, has high penetration capacity of near infrared radiation, and can better transmit energy to focus through a meridian system to play a role.
Thirdly, smoke, the modern research result proves that the moxa can generate chemical substances with therapeutic effect when being burnt. The burning of moxa does not destroy the effective components of moxa but enhances it. The antioxidant substances in the combustion product of folium Artemisiae Argyi adhere to skin, and permeate into body via moxibustion heat to exert effect.
Fourthly, the moxa oil has a special moxa smell and can soothe nerves, help sleep and calm nerves; the smell has the definite functions of relieving asthma, relieving cough, eliminating phlegm and relaxing tracheal smooth muscle, and has particularly obvious effect in conditioning asthma cases.
With the improvement of living standard and health consciousness of people, the demand of traditional Chinese medicine moxa products will be rapidly improved, however, many problems exist in the use of the traditional Chinese medicine moxa products.
The artificial moxibustion has higher requirement on the professional degree of a moxibustion applicator, is inconvenient to operate, wastes time and labor, is difficult to grasp the heat degree, and is high in time and low in time. Most of the smoke rises upwards and is not fumigated to the corresponding part of the human body, and the products are not absorbed by the skin. Even in the case of a smoke exhaust system, harmful components such as PM10 in smoke are absorbed by the human body through breathing. During the burning process of the moxa product, the burning part is continuously covered by the ash to block the effect of light on human body. In order to prevent the ash from covering the fire point, the ash of the moxa stick is bounced, and the moxa ash, especially the traditional Chinese medicine particles in the moxa stick, can fall on a human body during moxibustion, so that people are often scalded.
Modern researches have shown that the effect of large-dose moxibustion is remarkable. In the law of acupuncture and moxibustion, 3 to 7 strong moxibustion is required for each point of moxa column moxibustion, or 15 to 20 minutes for each point of suspension moxibustion. However, the moxibustion therapy with large dose is time-consuming, labor-consuming, painful and not easy to be accepted by patients.
There are many moxibustion tools on the market, such as moxibustion patch, which fix the moxa stick on the human body conveniently, but the moxibustion patch burns from the top of the moxa stick, light, heat and smoke cannot be fully utilized, and harmful components such as PM10 in the smoke are inhaled by the human body. The commonly used portable moxibustion for families has slow effect, needs to be insisted for a long time, is difficult to control the temperature and is easy to scald.
There are also a lot of moxa-moxibustion boxes in the market, and the box is basically sealed directly after the moxa burns, and the cigarette is utilized fully, but the temperature is difficult to control, can only be through by the personal sensation of moxa-moxibustion adjust the temperature occasionally. When the temperature is low, the box cover is opened to release carbon monoxide generated during insufficient combustion, so that the moxa fire power is larger; when the temperature is high, the box is moved, and hot air is discharged from the lower part of the box. The moxa stick is generally burnt on the wire netting of case upper portion, and the flame is most always surrounded by ashes, and the effect of light is not given full play to. The method is not too late or too late, and the patient is scalded by high temperature, so that the environment is polluted more seriously than the artificial moxibustion.

The five-layer cylindrical traditional Chinese medicine moxa product circulating incineration device is characterized in that the heat insulation layer is arranged above the inner-layer sleeve and is positioned between the combustion cylinder cover and the top cover.
In the five-layer cylindrical traditional Chinese medicine circulating moxa product incineration device, the filter screen is positioned at the upper part of the cyclone cylinder or at the periphery of the cyclone cylinder.
The five-layer cylindrical traditional Chinese medicine circulating moxa product incineration device is characterized in that a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the upper box body of the fumigation moxibustion box along the circumference, hose joints are installed in the through holes and penetrate through the inner layer and the outer layer of the fumigation moxibustion box, the inner ends of the hose joints are communicated with the inner box of the fumigation moxibustion box, and rubber hoses are sleeved at the outer ends of the hose joints.
The five-layer cylindrical traditional Chinese medicine moxa product circulating incineration device is characterized in that an essential oil steel pipe is arranged in the middle of the fumigating and moxibustion penetrating cylinder, the inner side of the essential oil steel pipe is communicated with the fumigating and moxibustion penetrating cylinder, a dustproof net is arranged at the pipe orifice of the inner side of the essential oil steel pipe, and a cotton sliver for soaking essential oil is sleeved in the essential oil steel pipe.
The five-layer cylindrical traditional Chinese medicine moxa product circulating incineration device is characterized in that a somatosensory music vibration device is installed at the bottom of an outer layer box body of the fumigating and moxibustion box, and a silica gel pad is installed below the somatosensory music vibration device.

1. according to the device for burning the laminated cylindrical traditional Chinese medicine circulating moxa products, the cyclone cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the combustion cylinder, so that small unburnt traditional Chinese medicine particles can enter the combustion cylinder again together with the swirling airflow in the spiral pipe to be burned, and the small unburnt traditional Chinese medicine particles can be prevented from falling to the bottom of the combustion cylinder to deposit and block a human body from absorbing special infrared light generated during moxa cone combustion; meanwhile, the phenomenon that unburnt small traditional Chinese medicine particles are discharged along with hot air to cause waste and danger can be avoided.
2. The air inlet pipe can provide fresh air flow for the combustion cylinder, so that ash cannot be retained during combustion of the moxa products, the ash cannot be blocked, and beneficial infrared rays emitted by the combustion of the traditional Chinese medicine moxa products can directly reach human bodies.
3. According to the invention, the filter screen is arranged on the outer wall of the cyclone cylinder, filtered moxa smoke enters the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion penetration cylinder on the outer ring, and the clean moxa smoke further flows into the moxibustion penetration box to contact with a human body, so that the contact area is larger, and the effect is better.
4. 7. The lower part of the fumigation moxibustion cylinder is provided with the spraying device, so that on one hand, the humidity in the box can be controlled, and on the other hand, the spraying device can be added with medicines for transdermal administration treatment.
8. The temperature sensing device, the spraying device and the exhaust device are controlled by the electronic module, when the temperature in the box is higher than a set value, the exhaust fan starts to work, partial high-temperature gas is discharged, overhigh temperature is avoided, and a user cannot be scalded.
9. Example 1: the five-layer cylindrical traditional Chinese medicine moxa product circulating incineration device of the embodiment comprises a fumigating and moxibustion-permeating box 8, a fumigating and moxibustion-permeating cylinder 7, a cyclone cylinder 5, a combustion cylinder 1 and a middle-medicine cylinder 6, wherein the fumigating and moxibustion-permeating cylinder is a double-layer sleeve, five layers of structures are sequentially sleeved, so that the five layers of cylinders are called, the traditional Chinese medicine cylinder is sleeved in the combustion cylinder, the combustion cylinder is positioned in the center of the cyclone cylinder, the cyclone cylinder is sleeved in the fumigating and moxibustion-permeating cylinder, and the fumigating and moxibustion-permeating cylinder is positioned above the fumigating and moxibustion-permeating box and connected with the fumigating and moxibustion box.
As shown in fig. 4, fumigation moxibustion box 8 is a double-layer structure, and comprises an inner box 31 and an outer box 32, wherein a connecting rib is arranged between the inner box and the outer box to connect the two boxes, the bottom edge of the inner box is higher than the bottom edge of the outer box, the bottom edge of the outer box is in contact with the human body, the bottom edge of the inner box is higher than the outer box and is not in contact with the human body, and a height difference h is formed between the inner box and the outer box to form a gas discharge channel 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the fumigation moxibustion cylinder 7 has a double-layer structure, and comprises an inner layer sleeve 29 and an outer layer sleeve 30, wherein the bottom of the inner layer sleeve 29 is fixedly connected with the upper end of an inner layer box body 31 of the fumigation moxibustion box, and the bottom of the outer layer sleeve 30 is fixedly connected with the upper end of an outer layer box body 32 of the fumigation moxibustion box; a connecting rib 34 is arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve to connect the two sleeves, and a gas discharge channel 10 is formed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve; when the fumigation moxibustion cylinder and the fumigation moxibustion box are connected together, the gas discharge channel of the fumigation moxibustion cylinder and the fumigation moxibustion box is communicated up and down, so that redundant moxa smoke in the fumigation moxibustion box is discharged from the gas discharge channel, the gas is convenient to renew and circulate, an activated carbon ring 11 is arranged at the upper end outlet of the gas discharge channel, and the activated carbon ring is clamped between the inner sleeve 29 and the outer sleeve 30. The upper end of the inner sleeve is provided with a top cover, the top cover is hinged with the side wall of the inner sleeve to enable the top cover to be capable of being upwards turned, the other side of the top cover can be clamped on the side wall of the inner sleeve, the middle of the top cover is provided with a press button, the press button can pop up the top cover to be turned, and the top cover and the inner sleeve are clamped by manually pressing the top cover. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 3, the combustion cylinder 1 comprises a combustion cylinder cover 1-1, a combustion cylinder body 1-3 and a bottom ventilation net 1-4, wherein the combustion cylinder cover is positioned in the combustion cylinder body and is integrally connected with the combustion cylinder body, a certain gap is formed between the combustion cylinder cover and the upper edge of the combustion cylinder body to serve as a traditional Chinese medicine steam discharge area, and a traditional Chinese medicine liquid steam outlet 25 is arranged on the cylinder wall of the traditional Chinese medicine steam discharge area; the heat insulation layer is arranged above the traditional Chinese medicine steam discharge area and separates traditional Chinese medicine steam from the top cover, so that influence of hot traditional Chinese medicine steam on the electronic module is avoided. As shown in figure 5, the traditional Chinese medicine cartridge comprises a cartridge 6-1, a fixed clamping block and a limiting seat 36, wherein the limiting seat is fixedly installed at the bottom of the cartridge, a through screw hole 2-1 is formed in the center of the fixed clamping block 2, threads are formed in the outer wall of the upper end of the cartridge to enable the fixed clamping block to be connected with the upper end of the cartridge, the fixed clamping block is clamped in a limiting clamping groove in a cover of the combustion cartridge, a hollow traditional Chinese medicine moxa column 35 is sleeved on a cartridge body between the fixed clamping block and the limiting seat, and a fireproof sponge 6-2 for soaking extracted menstruation formula traditional Chinese medicine liquid is arranged in the cartridge, for example, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid can be liquid prepared from folium artemisiae argyi, cassia twig, rhizoma galangae, jojobstears, dalbergia wood, rhizoma cyperi, radix angelicae dahuricae, dried orange peel, radix salviae miltiorrhizae and radix aconiti, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation and gradual coldness when moxibustion is carried out. The side wall of the upper end of the combustion cylinder body 1-3 is provided with a plurality of round air outlets 40, an air inlet cover 27 is arranged below the bottom ventilation net, and the air inlet cover is communicated with the outside of the combustion cylinder body through an air inlet pipe 12.
The Chinese medicinal liquid in the middle cartridge is distilled out by high temperature generated by burning the moxa column, and the Chinese medicinal liquid is discharged into the fumigation moxibustion box through a Chinese medicinal liquid steam discharge port and mixed with the moxa smoke in the fumigation moxibustion box, so that the effect of medicinal components is exerted more fully by using heat.
A cyclone 5 is sleeved outside the combustion cylinder and is integrally connected with the combustion cylinder 1, the cyclone is in a conical structure, 4-8 air outlets 40 are formed in the side wall of the upper part of the combustion cylinder, a connecting pipe is sleeved at each air outlet and is a spiral pipe 13, the upper end of each connecting pipe is tangent to the wall of the combustion cylinder, and the outlet end 41 of each connecting pipe is tangent to the side wall of the upper section of the cyclone; the upper part of the cyclone 5 is provided with a filter screen 26 which is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the cyclone or arranged on the periphery of the cyclone and contacted with the cyclone; the lower part of the combustion cylinder is provided with a return opening 42 which is communicated with the bottom of the cyclone cylinder. After unburnt traditional Chinese medicine particles enter the spiral tube 13 along with hot air, the particles circle and descend to the bottom of the cyclone tube 5, and enter the combustion tube again for combustion through the backflow port 42 on the side wall of the lower part of the combustion tube, so that the beneficial purposes of fumigation and moxibustion are fully exerted, and meanwhile, the difference of combustion characteristics caused by the problems of different herbaceous wood textures, the difference of particle size and mass, the asynchronism of ignition speed, the length of combustion duration and the like after various traditional Chinese medicines are crushed is solved, and each traditional Chinese medicine can be fully combusted; the moxa smoke is discharged from a filter screen on the outer side of the upper part of the cyclone cylinder, and the filtered clean smoke enters the fumigation moxibustion penetration cylinder 7, so that the moxa smoke in contact with a human body is ensured to be pure and healthier.
Fluidized air is provided for the burning moxa column through the air inlet cover 27, so that unburnt traditional Chinese medicine particles enter the cyclone cylinder 5, ash retention generated by moxa column burning can be effectively avoided, ash blocking is avoided, beneficial infrared rays and hot air generated by burning traditional Chinese medicine moxa products directly reach a human body, and the light effect and the heat effect of moxibustion are exerted to the maximum; the bottoms of the combustion cylinder 1 and the fumigation moxibustion penetration cylinder 7 are both of a net structure, and moxa smoke generated by the combustion of the moxa column enters the fumigation moxibustion penetration box 8 to contact with a human body, so that the smoke effect of moxibustion can be effectively exerted.
The inner wall of the inner layer box body 31 of the fumigation moxibustion box is provided with a graphene heating film 21 with the constant temperature of 43 ℃, and the inner wall of the inner layer box body of the fumigation moxibustion box is provided with an air inlet fan temperature sensing device, a heat dissipation fan temperature sensing device, a graphene heating film temperature sensing device and a spraying device humidity measuring device.
