Before starting moxibustion, the distance between the moxibustion tool body 1 and a target point to be moxibustion is adjusted through the fixing seat, so that the sliding distance of the moxibustion part 4 is not more than the maximum sliding distance H of the moxibustion part 4.
When the initial detection distance is less than the preset initial distance, the moxibustion part 4 is controlled to stop acting and an alarm device is triggered to alarm; as described above, when the sliding distance of the moxibustion unit 4 is too small, the adjustment error increases. When the difference between the initial detection distance and the preset moxibustion distance is greater than the maximum sliding distance of the moxibustion part 4, the moxibustion part 4 is controlled to move by the maximum sliding distance and trigger the alarm device to give an alarm to remind an operator that the current moxibustion part 4 is located at the maximum sliding distance and does not reach the preset moxibustion distance, and the overall height of the moxibustion tool body 1 relative to the human body is required to be adjusted.
When the moxibustion part 4 moves to the position with the preset moxibustion distance, the moxibustion part 4 is controlled to stop moving for a first preset time and then returns to the initial position; repeating the above actions until the treatment time is reached, wherein the time required for reciprocating once can be set as required to adjust the moxibustion frequency, such as increasing the moxibustion frequency in a manner of increasing the moxibustion treatment part 4 advancing speed or shortening the first preset time. Preferably, the first preset time is 4 seconds, and can be preset in the system according to different tolerance of the human body. The minimum safe distance is smaller than the preset moxibustion distance, and the preset moxibustion distance is smaller than the preset initial distance.
Further, the master control device further comprises:
the moxibustion time timing module is used for judging whether the current moxibustion time is equal to the preset moxibustion time or not after the distance judging module controls the moxibustion part 4 to stop acting for the first preset time and then return to the initial position, and if not, the distance judging module is controlled to start;
the distance judgment module is used for controlling the moxibustion part 4 to move towards the direction close to the target point to be moxibustion, and controlling the moxibustion part 4 to stop moving for a first preset time and then return to the initial position when the moxibustion part 4 moves to the preset moxibustion distance. Thus, the above-described moxibustion is repeated, in which the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means 6 is varied in a fluctuating manner, the temperature of the skin surface of the human body is increased when the moxibustion part 4 is moved to a predetermined distance for moxibustion, and the temperature of the skin surface of the human body is decreased when the moxibustion part 4 is returned to the initial position, thereby repeating the bird pecking.
In one embodiment, in the above-mentioned line moxibustion process, the temperature determination module is used for determining whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is greater than the preset line moxibustion temperature for a second preset time, and the preset line moxibustion temperature is less than the maximum safe temperature; if so, controlling the sliding distance of the moxibustion part 4 to reduce the preset compensation distance and clearing the second preset time for timing again. The sliding distance of the moxibustion part 4 is controlled to reduce the preset compensation distance so as to increase the distance between the moxibustion part 4 and the target point to be moxibustion, reduce the temperature, and continuously judge whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is greater than the preset line moxibustion temperature and lasts for a second preset time, if so, the steps are repeated until the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is not greater than the preset line moxibustion temperature and lasts for the second preset time, namely, the current temperature is in a normal fluctuation range.
Further, the preset compensation distance calculating module is used for triggering the temperature judging module to start when the sum of the preset compensation distances is larger than the maximum compensation value;
the temperature judgment module is used for judging whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is larger than the preset line moxibustion temperature and lasts for a second preset time, and if so, the action frequency of the moxibustion part 4 is slowed down. Thus, it is arranged to achieve the cooling by slowing down the operation frequency of the moxibustion part 4 when the effective cooling cannot be performed by reducing the preset compensation distance, such as by reducing the travel speed of the moxibustion part 4 or increasing the stay time of the moxibustion part 4 at the initial position.
In other embodiments, the compensation times of the preset compensation distance may be counted, and when the compensation times of the preset compensation distance is greater than the preset compensation times, the temperature determination module is triggered to start the execution of the above steps.
In another embodiment, the temperature determining module is further configured to:
and judging whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is lower than the preset moxibustion temperature and lasts for a second preset time, if so, determining that the current moxibustion temperature is too low, controlling the sliding distance of the moxibustion part 4 to increase the preset compensation distance, and resetting the second preset time for timing again. Wherein, the second preset time can be set to 3 minutes and can be set according to requirements.
Likewise, the preset compensation distance calculation module is further configured to:
when the sum of the preset compensation distances is equal to the maximum compensation value, triggering a temperature judgment module to start;
the temperature judging module is used for judging whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is lower than the preset moxibustion temperature and lasts for a second preset time, if so, the action frequency of the moxibustion part 4 is increased to increase the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion, and the specific steps can be opposite to the step of reducing the target point to be moxibustion.
In one embodiment, the moxibustion device body 1 further comprises:
a reset detection device 2 connected with the main control device and used for sending a reset signal to the main control device when the moxibustion part 4 returns to the initial position;
the main control device controls the step number of the driving motor connected with the moxibustion part 4 to be reset according to the reset signal of the reset detection device 2.
The reset detection device 2 is preferably disposed on the inner wall of the mounting body, the reset detection device 2 may be a proximity switch, a pressure sensor or other type of sensor, which is exemplified by the proximity switch, when the moxibustion part 4 returns to the initial position, correspondingly, the transmission assembly connected to the moxibustion part 4 returns to the initial position, the reset action of the transmission assembly can be detected by the proximity switch, and the proximity switch sends a reset signal to the main control device to control the number of steps of the driving motor connected to the moxibustion part 4 to be reset, and the driving motor is connected to the transmission assembly. Therefore, the preset moxibustion distance from the sparrow pecking moxibustion to the human body every time is the same, and the accumulated error caused by the step loss of the stepping motor is eliminated. In one embodiment, the proximity switch is disposed opposite the slider in the lead screw slider configuration.
Furthermore, the main control device also comprises a reset signal receiving and judging module;
the distance judgment module is also used for controlling the moxibustion part 4 to return to the initial position by the preset homing distance when the current moxibustion time is equal to the preset moxibustion time, wherein the preset homing distance is the sum of the sliding distance of the moxibustion part 4 and a fixed value, and triggering the reset signal receiving module to start;
the reset signal receiving and judging module is used for judging whether a reset signal of the reset detection device 2 is received or not according to the starting signal of the distance judging module, and carrying out fault alarm when the reset signal of the reset detection device 2 is not received.
Generally, the preset homing distance is equal to the sliding distance H +2cm of the moxibustion part 4, wherein the fixed value can be set according to the system requirement, which is a system preset value. During operation, the moxibustion part 4 can touch the proximity switch to realize homing by moving the sliding distance to the initial position under normal conditions, the motor stops rotating at the moment, the sliding distance is reset to clear accumulated errors of the calculated position each time, and when the moxibustion part 4 moves the preset homing distance and the reset signal receiving and judging module still does not receive the reset signal, the machine is controlled to stop working and carry out fault alarm by considering that the proximity switch has faults or the motor and a transmission part have faults.
Based on the above system embodiments, the present invention further provides a moxibustion implement moxibustion control method, which is one-to-one corresponding to the above system embodiments and applied to a controller, the method comprising:
acquiring the distance between a moxibustion part 4 which is provided with an installation groove for installing a moxibustion stick and can move towards or away from a target point to be moxibustion and the target point to be moxibustion;
and judging whether the detection distance between the moxibustion part 4 and the target point to be moxibustion is smaller than or equal to the minimum safe distance, if so, triggering an alarm device to alarm and control the moxibustion part 4 to move towards the direction far away from the target point to be moxibustion.
The invention also provides a moxibustion tool, which comprises the moxibustion tool moxibustion execution control system in any embodiment.
In one embodiment, in order to prevent the distance detection device 7 from failing to measure the distance and scald when the distance between the moxibustion part 4 and the target point to be treated is less than the minimum safe distance, the moxibustion device body 1 further comprises:
a motion detection device 5 connected with the main control device and arranged at the front end of the moxibustion part 4, so that when the motion detection device 5 is contacted with the target point to be moxibustion, the main control device controls the moxibustion part 4 to move towards the direction far away from the target point to be moxibustion.
Wherein, the motion detection device 5 can be set as a pressure sensor to send a pressure signal to the main control device to perform corresponding operation in time when the moxibustion part 4 contacts with the skin of the human body during moving down.
Alternatively, the motion detection device 5 includes:
a limiting rod with a preset length is fixedly connected with the moxibustion part 4, and the preset length is less than the minimum safety distance;
the microswitch is arranged at the front end of the limiting rod and is connected with the main control device. Thereby, when the microswitch is contacted with the human body, the moxibustion part 4 is controlled by the control circuit to move towards the direction far away from the target point for moxibustion, preferably to return to the initial position, and forms double protection with the distance detection device 7. The microswitch is connected with a wire in a normally closed mode and is opened after touching a human body.
In the specific embodiment, the device further comprises a touch screen, a touch key and a power supply which are arranged on the mounting shell;
the touch screen is connected with the main control device and used for setting and displaying parameters;
the touch key comprises a power switch, and a time knob and a temperature knob which are used for setting the moxibustion time and temperature respectively. Wherein, the master control device is a singlechip.
The touch screen displays parameters such as the current human body surface temperature, the real-time detection distance, the treatment time and the like, when a user clicks a touch screen button, the single chip microcomputer receives a touch key signal, updates corresponding parameter information by combining with a current interface, and refreshes the updated parameters on the display screen. The display screen can be an OLED screen or an LCD screen. The power supply is preferably a lithium battery, and in other embodiments, a power interface connected to the mains supply may also be provided, which is not described herein again.
The specific operation flow comprises the following steps:
after the system is started, related hardware devices (such as a display screen, related pins of a singlechip, a system clock, a timer, a serial port and other peripherals) start to be initialized. After initialization is finished, the display screen enters a main interface of the sparrow-pecking moxibustion system, and parameters such as treatment time, current human body surface temperature, distance between human bodies and the like are displayed;
all the key-clicking operations can be scanned and processed by the singlechip, if a starting key is clicked, the singlechip scans the level change on the corresponding IO port, and the singlechip changes the corresponding system parameters or the running state according to the scanned key;
the control system continuously detects the distance and the surface temperature value of the human body through the laser ranging sensor and the infrared temperature measuring sensor below the moxibustion treatment head during the treatment period;
when the temperature reaches a preset value, the sparrow moxibustion is periodically performed at the current height and frequency, if the temperature is too low, the sparrow moxibustion frequency is automatically accelerated by changing the sparrow moxibustion distance and not reaching the current height and frequency;
in order to prevent the motor or the transmission device from being uncontrolled or the sensor from being failed to cause damage to human bodies, a microswitch is physically connected to the lowest part of the device, and the machine is provided with an emergency stop switch.

The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A moxibustion instrument moxibustion control system comprises a fixed seat and a moxibustion instrument body which can move in the fixed seat along the vertical direction, and is characterized in that the moxibustion instrument body comprises:
a moxibustion part which is provided with an installation groove for installing a moxibustion stick and can move towards or away from a target point to be moxibustion;
distance detection means for detecting a distance between the moxibustion part and a target point for moxibustion;
and the main control device is connected with the distance detection device and used for triggering the alarm device to alarm and controlling the moxibustion part to move towards the direction far away from the target point to be moxibustion when the detection distance between the moxibustion part and the target point to be moxibustion is smaller than or equal to the minimum safe distance.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the moxibustion device body further comprises:
the temperature detection device is connected with the main control device and is used for detecting the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion treated;
and when the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is greater than or equal to the highest safe temperature, the main control device triggers the alarm device to alarm and controls the moxibustion part to move towards the direction far away from the target point to be moxibustion.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the main control device further comprises:
the temperature judging module is used for triggering the distance judging module to start when the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is lower than the highest safe temperature;
the distance judgment module is used for judging according to an initial detection distance between the acquired moxibustion part and a target point to be moxibustion treated when the moxibustion part is at an initial position and a preset initial distance, and controlling the moxibustion part to move towards the direction close to the target point to be moxibustion treated when the initial detection distance is greater than or equal to the preset initial distance; when the moxibustion part moves to the preset moxibustion distance, the moxibustion part is controlled to stop acting for a first preset time and then returns to the initial position;
the minimum safe distance is smaller than the preset moxibustion distance and smaller than the preset initial distance.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the main control device further comprises:
the moxibustion time timing module is used for judging whether the current moxibustion time is equal to the preset moxibustion time or not after the distance judgment module controls the moxibustion part to stop acting for the first preset time and then returns to the initial position, and if not, the distance judgment module is controlled to start;
the distance judgment module is used for controlling the moxibustion part to move towards the direction close to the target point for moxibustion treatment, and controlling the moxibustion part to stop moving for a first preset time and then return to the initial position when the moxibustion part moves to the preset moxibustion distance.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the main control device further comprises:
the temperature judging module is used for judging whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion treated is greater than a preset line moxibustion temperature and lasts for a second preset time, and the preset line moxibustion temperature is less than the highest safety temperature;
and if so, controlling the sliding distance of the moxibustion part to reduce a preset compensation distance and resetting the second preset time for timing again.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the main control device further comprises:
the preset compensation distance calculation module is used for triggering the temperature judgment module to start when the sum of the preset compensation distances is larger than a maximum compensation value;
the temperature judgment module is used for judging whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion treated is larger than the preset line moxibustion temperature and lasts for a second preset time, and if yes, the action frequency of the moxibustion part is slowed down.
7. The system of claim 4, wherein the temperature determination module is further configured to:
judging whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion is lower than the preset moxibustion temperature and lasting for the second preset time,
and if so, controlling the sliding distance of the moxibustion part to increase the preset compensation distance and resetting the second preset time for timing again.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the pre-determined compensation distance calculating module is further configured to:
when the sum of the preset compensation distances is equal to a maximum compensation value, triggering the temperature judgment module to start;
the temperature judging module is used for judging whether the temperature of the target point to be moxibustion treated is lower than the preset line moxibustion temperature and lasts for a second preset time, and if yes, the action frequency of the moxibustion part is accelerated.
9. The system of claim 4, wherein the moxibustion device body further comprises:
a reset detection device connected with the main control device and used for sending a reset signal to the main control device when the moxibustion part returns to the initial position;
the main control device controls the step number of the driving motor connected with the moxibustion part to be reset according to the reset signal of the reset detection device.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the main control device further comprises a reset signal receiving and determining module;
the distance judgment module is also used for controlling the moxibustion part to return to the initial position by a preset homing distance when the current moxibustion time is equal to the preset moxibustion time, wherein the preset homing distance is the sum of the sliding distance of the moxibustion part and a fixed value, and triggering the reset signal receiving module to start;
the reset signal receiving and judging module is used for judging whether a reset signal of the reset detection device is received or not according to the starting signal of the distance judging module, and carrying out fault alarm when the reset signal of the reset detection device is not received.
