本发明涉及一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤以及具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法。在处理聚丙烯无纺布时使用摩擦起毛,并使用硫酸改进其亲水性;进一步的利用甲壳素可以溶于硫酸、乙醇可以阻止甲壳素分解、多数活性添加剂又可以溶于乙醇的特点,将其制备成甲壳素处理试剂;在进一步处理时使用去离子水溶解乙醇和硫酸,并不影响已经附着在无纺布内的甲壳素和活性添加剂;提高了无纺布的抑菌效果。在制作纸尿裤时在最外侧设置检测层,与传统的仅能够检测水不同,检测层设置可以检测葡萄糖、酮体、尿酸等的试剂,适合卧床不便进行体检的老年人使用。此外在吸水层设置了通孔,即有利于进行尿液的检测,又有利于抑菌和提高舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸尿裤领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤以及具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法。
背景技术
甲壳素属于纳米健康新材料,配合天然壳聚糖、活性添加剂,容易溶解于冷、温水中,是安全性很高的保湿、美肤、抗菌整理剂,对天然、合成纤维和混纺织物等均有良好的抗菌性,具有抗菌、防臭、止痒作用。
其抗菌原理是分子中的正电子和微生物中的磷酯体的唾液酸结合,限制微生物的生命活动,而其抗菌基团穿入微生物的细胞,抑制 DNA 转录为 RNA,从而阻止细胞分裂。这是一种健康的抗菌方法,不影响天然的生态平衡。
申请号201910348445.1公开了一种具有抗菌性能的高吸水性树脂微球,其利用吸水微球进行抗菌,但是其仅能够对吸水后的部分进行抗菌,这一部分和人体并不直接接触,直接接触的位置反而没有抗菌的效果,这就使得抗菌的实际效果还具有提升的空间。
申请号201310645396.0公开了一种用于纸尿裤的无纺布专用整理剂及其制备方法,按重量百分数计配比如下:海洋生物除菌剂15.0-25.0%;海藻多糖5.0-10.0%;甲壳素1.0-2.0%;棕榈类阳离子酯基季铵盐20-30.0%;余量为纯净水;其仅仅公开的整理剂,但是由于无纺布的亲水性比较差,直接使用整理剂处理其需要添加亲水成分。而亲水成分在进行后续的干燥处理时容易将有效成分流失。
申请号201811540324.9公开一种用于纸尿裤智能报警,其使用电路进行液体的检测,在检测到有液体后可以进行报警,但是其检测功能较为单一,并且检测用的部件成本较高,不适合一般家庭的使用。
发明内容
针对上述内容,为解决上述问题,首先提供一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法,将含有甲壳素和活性添加剂涂覆到无纺布制作而成;包括如下步骤:
步骤一、无纺布预处理,将聚丙烯无纺布摊平成单层,然后将两片单层无纺布堆叠并施加一定的压力,之后使两片无纺布相反移动,从而使得无纺布接触面产生摩擦;将相反移动后的无纺布在硫酸溶液中加热浸泡12-24小时进行亲水性处理后晾干;
步骤二、将一定含量的甲壳素、活性添加剂、硫酸、乙醇、去离子水混合得到甲壳素处理试剂;
步骤三、将聚丙烯无纺布摊平成单片,浸泡在甲壳素处理试剂中一定时间后取出干燥;
步骤四、将处理后的聚丙烯无纺布至于去离子水中常温静置浸泡30min后取出,之后重复在去离子水中浸泡3次,每次30min,去除硫酸和乙醇;
步骤五、对步骤四中的最后一次浸泡后的去离子水进行取样pH检测,如果pH≤5.5则重复进行步骤四的浸泡处理,直到pH>5.5。
进一步的,步骤一中的施加的压强为13-21 g/cm2,硫酸溶液的浓度为1-3g/L,温度为50-70℃。
进一步的,步骤二中的各个成分的比例为甲壳素:活性添加剂:硫酸:乙醇:去离子水为1-3:1-3:15-20:50:50。
进一步的,步骤二中的活性添加剂为:α-红没药醇、Deolite、Dragocalm中的一种或多种。

前腰贴部和后腰贴部分别设置于主体部的两端;前腰贴部设置有透气部,透气部由透气网布制作而成;后腰贴部设置有弹性部和粘贴部,弹性部设置在后腰贴的中间,粘贴部设置在后腰贴部两端,使得穿戴时后腰贴部的粘贴部可以粘贴在前腰贴部的透气部上,实现固定;粘贴部为魔术贴;
主体部由抗菌无纺布层、第一固定层、吸水材料层、第二固定层、检测层、防水层按照顺序叠加而成;抗菌无纺布层设置在内侧,使用时和皮肤接触,防水层设置在外侧;
抗菌无纺布层设置有挡水条,挡水条设置在抗菌无纺布的靠近边缘处,用于在吸水时防止水从无纺布的侧边漏出;抗菌无纺布层的两侧边缘还设置有碎边,防止使用时的摩擦刺激皮肤;
第一固定层和第二固定层由纤维网制成,用于将吸水材料进行成型固定,第一固定层一侧接触抗菌无纺布层,另一侧接触吸水材料层;第二固定层一侧接触吸水材料另一侧接触检测层;
吸水材料层由吸水树脂制作而成,且吸水材料层设置有多个连通第一固定层和第二固定层的通孔,使得水可以从第一固定层向第二固定层流动并到达检测层;
第二固定层的另一侧设置检测层,检测层由吸水材料制成,且内设置有比色试剂;
防水层设置在检测层的外侧,且防水层的中央设置有由透明材料制成观察孔,使得比色试剂的颜色可以从观察孔内观察到。

本发明的有益效果为:
一方面在处理聚丙烯无纺布时使用摩擦起毛,并使用硫酸改进其亲水性;进一步的利用甲壳素可以溶于硫酸、乙醇可以阻止甲壳素分解、多数活性添加剂又可以溶于乙醇的特点,将其制备成甲壳素处理试剂;在进一步处理时使用去离子水溶解乙醇和硫酸,并不影响已经附着在无纺布内的甲壳素和活性添加剂;如此提高了无纺布的抑菌效果,且试剂环保、基本无废液排出,并可以在进行检测后经过处理多次重复利用。
另一方面在制作纸尿裤时在最外侧设置检测层,与传统的仅能够检测水不同,检测层设置可以检测葡萄糖、酮体、尿酸等的试剂,可以非常方便的观察到颜色变化从而对健康状态进行一个判断;适合卧床不便进行体检的老年人使用,尤其是具有糖尿病或者痛风的老年人。此外在吸水层设置了通孔,使得尿液流出时不会被靠近皮肤一侧的吸水材料马上吸收,即有利于进行尿液的检测,另一方面在检测一侧进行检测后再被吸水层吸收,吸收位置具有皮肤相对较远,有利于抑菌和提高舒适性。

具体实施方式
本发明的优点、特征以及达成所述目的的方法通过附图及后续的详细说明将会明确。
实施例1:一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法,将含有甲壳素和活性添加剂涂覆到无纺布制作而成;包括如下步骤:
步骤一、无纺布预处理,将聚丙烯无纺布摊平成单层,然后将两片单层无纺布堆叠并施加一定的压力,之后使两片无纺布相反移动,从而使得无纺布接触面产生摩擦;将相反移动后的无纺布在硫酸溶液中加热浸泡12-24小时进行亲水性处理后晾干;
步骤二、将一定含量的甲壳素、活性添加剂、硫酸、乙醇、去离子水混合得到甲壳素处理试剂;
步骤三、将聚丙烯无纺布摊平成单片,浸泡在甲壳素处理试剂中一定时间后取出干燥;
步骤四、将处理后的聚丙烯无纺布至于去离子水中常温静置浸泡30min后取出,之后重复在去离子水中浸泡3次,每次30min,去除硫酸和乙醇;
步骤五、对步骤四中的最后一次浸泡后的去离子水进行取样pH检测,如果pH≤5.5则重复进行步骤四的浸泡处理,直到pH>5.5。
进一步的,步骤一中的施加的压强为13-21 g/cm2,硫酸溶液的浓度为1-3g/L,温度为50-70℃。
进一步的,步骤二中的各个成分的比例为甲壳素:活性添加剂:硫酸:乙醇:去离子水为1-3:1-3:15-20:50:50。
进一步的,步骤二中的活性添加剂为:α-红没药醇、Deolite、Dragocalm中的一种或多种。
进一步的,步骤三中在浸泡时使用超声波进行振荡,并控制浸泡的温度不大于40度。
实施例2:
本实施例使用直接浸渍甲壳素整理剂的方式进行无纺布的制作,也可以得到抑菌无纺布,但是使用的效果不如实施例1更好。
无纺布预处理,将聚丙烯无纺布摊平成单层,然后将两片单层无纺布堆叠并施加一定的压力,之后使两片无纺布相反移动,从而使得无纺布接触面产生摩擦;将相反移动后的无纺布在硫酸溶液中加热浸泡12-24小时进行亲水性处理后晾干;
甲壳素整理剂使用的方法采用浸渍工艺,用量通常为 3~6%(o.w.f)。首先在浸渍槽内加入清水,再加入甲壳素整理剂搅拌均匀。将无纺布浸渍整理液(浴比 1:10,50~60℃,30~40min),脱水、烘干。甲壳素整理剂为SAL6680。
实施例3:结合图1-3,另一方面提供一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤,使用前述制作的具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布制作而成的,包括前腰贴部(1)、后腰贴部(2)、主体部(3);
前腰贴部(1)和后腰贴部(2)分别设置于主体部(3)的两端;前腰贴部(1)设置有透气部(11),透气部(11)由透气网布制作而成;后腰贴部(2)设置有弹性部(21)和粘贴部(22),弹性部(21)设置在后腰贴的中间,粘贴部(22)设置在后腰贴部(2)两端,使得穿戴时后腰贴部(2)的粘贴部(22)可以粘贴在前腰贴部(1)的透气部上,实现固定;粘贴部(22)为魔术贴;
主体部(3)由抗菌无纺布层(31)、第一固定层(32)、吸水材料层(33)、第二固定层(34)、检测层(35)、防水层(36)按照顺序叠加而成;抗菌无纺布层(31)设置在内侧,使用时和皮肤接触,防水层(36)设置在外侧;
抗菌无纺布层(31)设置有挡水条(37),挡水条(37)设置在抗菌无纺布的靠近边缘处,用于在吸水时防止水从无纺布的侧边漏出;抗菌无纺布层(31)的两侧边缘还设置有碎边(38),防止使用时的摩擦刺激皮肤;
第一固定层(32)和第二固定层(34)由纤维网制成,用于将吸水材料进行成型固定,第一固定层(32)一侧接触抗菌无纺布层(31),另一侧接触吸水材料层(33);第二固定层(34)一侧接触吸水材料另一侧接触检测层(35);
吸水材料层(33)由吸水树脂制作而成,且吸水材料层(33)设置有多个连通第一固定层(32)和第二固定层(34)的通孔(39),使得水可以从第一固定层(32)向第二固定层(34)流动并到达检测层(35);
第二固定层(34)的另一侧设置检测层(35),检测层(35)由吸水材料制成,且内设置有比色试剂;
防水层(36)设置在检测层(35)的外侧,且防水层(36)的中央设置有由透明材料制成观察孔(40),使得比色试剂的颜色可以从观察孔内观察到。
进一步的,比色试剂为纳米金葡萄糖检测试剂。
进一步的,比色试剂为纳米金尿酸检测试剂。
进一步的,比色试剂为酮体检测试剂。
或者进一步的,检测层(35)设有分区,分别用于检测葡萄糖、尿酸和酮体。
其中纳米金葡萄糖检测试剂的原理为
金纳米粒子(GNPs)吸附固定葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)。葡萄糖在GOD的催化下发生氧化反应生成H2O2,生成的H2O2在HRP的催化作用下与TBHBA发生颜色反应。
纳米金尿酸检测试剂的原理为:
纳米金在水中会被三聚氰胺诱导聚集,产生颜色变化,尿液中的尿酸与三聚氰胺反应后,抑制三聚氰胺诱导的金纳米粒子聚集,从而达到检测尿酸的目的。随着尿液中尿酸浓度的增加,溶液颜色由蓝变红。
酮体检测试剂的为现有的尿酮检测试纸中相同的试剂,或直接将检测层的一部分内放入尿酮检测试纸,只要从观察窗内可以看到指示线即可。
以上所述,仅为本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法,将含有甲壳素和活性添加剂涂覆到无纺布制作而成;其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤一、无纺布预处理,将聚丙烯无纺布摊平成单层,然后将两片单层无纺布堆叠并施加一定的压力,之后使两片无纺布相反移动,从而使得无纺布接触面产生摩擦;将相反移动后的无纺布在硫酸溶液中加热浸泡12-24小时进行亲水性处理后晾干;
步骤二、将一定含量的甲壳素、活性添加剂、硫酸、乙醇、去离子水混合得到甲壳素处理试剂;
步骤三、将聚丙烯无纺布摊平成单片,浸泡在甲壳素处理试剂中一定时间后取出干燥;
步骤四、将处理后的聚丙烯无纺布至于去离子水中常温静置浸泡30min后取出,之后重复在去离子水中浸泡3次,每次30min,去除硫酸和乙醇;
步骤五、对步骤四中的最后一次浸泡后的去离子水进行取样pH检测,如果pH≤5.5则重复进行步骤四的浸泡处理,直到pH>5.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于:
步骤一中的施加的压强为13-21 g/cm2,硫酸溶液的浓度为1-3g/L,温度为50-70℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于:
步骤二中的各个成分的比例为甲壳素:活性添加剂:硫酸:乙醇:去离子水为1-3:1-3:15-20:50:50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于:
步骤二中的活性添加剂为:α-红没药醇、Deolite、Dragocalm中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于:
步骤三中在浸泡时使用超声波进行振荡,并控制浸泡的温度不大于40度。
6.一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤,其特征在于:使用权利要求1-5任一项的制作的具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤用无纺布制作而成的,包括前腰贴部(1)、后腰贴部(2)、主体部(3);
前腰贴部(1)和后腰贴部(2)分别设置于主体部(3)的两端;前腰贴部(1)设置有透气部(11),透气部(11)由透气网布制作而成;后腰贴部(2)设置有弹性部(21)和粘贴部(22),弹性部(21)设置在后腰贴的中间,粘贴部(22)设置在后腰贴部(2)两端,使得穿戴时后腰贴部(2)的粘贴部(22)可以粘贴在前腰贴部(1)的透气部上,实现固定;粘贴部(22)为魔术贴;
主体部(3)由抗菌无纺布层(31)、第一固定层(32)、吸水材料层(33)、第二固定层(34)、检测层(35)、防水层(36)按照顺序叠加而成;抗菌无纺布层(31)设置在内侧,使用时和皮肤接触,防水层(36)设置在外侧;
抗菌无纺布层(31)设置有挡水条(37),挡水条(37)设置在抗菌无纺布的靠近边缘处,用于在吸水时防止水从无纺布的侧边漏出;抗菌无纺布层(31)的两侧边缘还设置有碎边(38),防止使用时的摩擦刺激皮肤;
第一固定层(32)和第二固定层(34)由纤维网制成,用于将吸水材料进行成型固定,第一固定层(32)一侧接触抗菌无纺布层(31),另一侧接触吸水材料层(33);第二固定层(34)一侧接触吸水材料另一侧接触检测层(35);
吸水材料层(33)由吸水树脂制作而成,且吸水材料层(33)设置有多个连通第一固定层(32)和第二固定层(34)的通孔(39),使得水可以从第一固定层(32)向第二固定层(34)流动并到达检测层(35);
第二固定层(34)的另一侧设置检测层(35),检测层(35)由吸水材料制成,且内设置有比色试剂;
防水层(36)设置在检测层(35)的外侧,且防水层(36)的中央设置有由透明材料制成观察孔(40),使得比色试剂的颜色可以从观察孔内观察到。
7.根据权利要求6所述的纸尿裤,其特征在于比色试剂为纳米金葡萄糖检测试剂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的纸尿裤,其特征在于比色试剂为纳米金尿酸检测试剂。
9.根据权利要求6所述的纸尿裤,其特征在于比色试剂为酮体检测试剂。
10.根据权利要求6所述的纸尿裤,其特征在于检测层(35)设有分区,分别用于检测葡萄糖、尿酸和酮体。
