Here, the rotation of the second mating module 322, which rotates synchronously with the driving shaft 311, causes the second mating module 322 to engage with or disengage from the top contact with the first mating module 321, and the driving shaft 311 can vibrate back and forth along its longitudinal direction in cooperation with the deformation or return motion of the elastic member 323.
Specifically, the first mating module 321 and the second mating module 322 have mating corrugated teeth d on their mating end surfaces, respectively.
The elastic component 323 comprises a positioning portion e located in the cavity q and fixed on the driving shaft 311, and a spring h sleeved on the periphery of the driving shaft 311 and having two end portions respectively abutting against the positioning portion e and the driving seat 320.
In addition, in order to facilitate the machining of the components, in this example, the first mating block 321 and the driving seat 320, and the second mating block 322 and the driving gear b are integrally formed, respectively.
In summary, the present embodiment has the following advantages:
1. the brush head synchronously makes linear reciprocating vibration in the rotating process and is matched with a plurality of groups of brush hair monomers which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, so that the tooth surface and the tooth gaps of the teeth can be cleaned at 360 degrees without dead angles, dirt on the tooth surface and the tooth gaps can be better brushed out, and the cleaning effect of the teeth is greatly improved;
2. under the transmission of the multi-stage reduction gears, the requirement of the rotating speed of the brush head can be met, the transmission is stable, and the required installation space is small, so that the whole electric toothbrush is small in size and convenient to carry;
3. under the meshing of matched corrugated teeth or the separation of the corrugated teeth, and the deformation or the reset motion of the spring are matched, so that the driving shaft can vibrate in a reciprocating mode along the length direction of the driving shaft, and further the driving shaft and the driving shaft rotate synchronously.
The present invention has been described in detail in order to enable those skilled in the art to understand the invention and to practice it, and it is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
