The whole cleaning process is completed by machinery without manual participation, the cleaning efficiency can be effectively improved, and the operation sanitation can be favorably ensured.

Claims (11)

1. A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a target object (100), characterized by comprising:
a washing tank (1), wherein the washing tank (1) is used for containing washing liquid;
a cleaning device (2), the cleaning device (2) comprising a carrier part (21) for carrying the target object (100), at least part of the cleaning device (2) being movably arranged to immerse at least part of the carrier part (21) in cleaning liquid within the cleaning basin (1) or to bring the carrier part (21) out of contact with cleaning liquid within the cleaning basin (1);
a first conveying device (3) for conveying the target object (100) to be cleaned from a loading position (200) onto the carrier (21);
and the second conveying device (4) is used for conveying the cleaned target object (100) to a blanking position (300) from the bearing part (21).
2. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an auxiliary conveyor device arranged on the carrier part (21) for conveying the target objects located on the carrier part (21) onto the second conveyor device (4).
3. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the first conveyor (3), the second conveyor (4) and the auxiliary conveyor are all of a conveyor line structure.
4. A washing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the washing device (2) comprises a rotating stand (22), the rotating stand (22) being rotatably arranged around a first predetermined axis, the carrying section (21) being suspended on the rotating stand (22), the carrying section (21) being rotatably arranged around a second predetermined axis relative to the rotating stand (22); wherein the first predetermined axis is parallel to the second predetermined axis.
5. A washing apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the carrier (21) is plural, the plural carriers (21) being evenly distributed about the first predetermined axis.
6. A washing apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the first conveyor (3) and/or the second conveyor (4) are movably arranged with respect to the washing device (2) to have an abutting state abutting the carrier (21) and a disengaged state disengaging the carrier (21).
7. A cleaning device according to claim 6, characterized in that the first conveyor (3) and/or the second conveyor (4) has a plug-in end (41), which plug-in end (41) is inserted below the carrier (21) to support the carrier (21) when the first conveyor (3) and/or the second conveyor (4) are in the docked state.
8. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 6, comprising:
the two linear driving mechanisms (5), the two linear driving mechanisms (5) are respectively connected with the first conveying device (3) and the second conveying device (4) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the two linear driving mechanisms (5) drive the first conveying device (3) and the second conveying device (4) to move correspondingly;
the two linear guide mechanisms (6) are respectively connected with the first conveying device (3) and the second conveying device (4) in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and therefore the movement of the first conveying device (3) and the movement of the second conveying device (4) are guided through the two linear guide mechanisms (6).

The washing apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the linear driving mechanism (5) comprises a rack (51), a first motor (52), and a first gear (53), wherein the rack (51) is mounted on the first conveyor (3) or the second conveyor (4), the first gear (53) is engaged with the rack (51), and the first gear (53) is connected with an output shaft of the first motor (52) to drive the rack (51) to move when the first motor (52) rotates the first gear (53);
the linear guide mechanism (6) comprises a slide rail (61) and a slide block (62), the slide block (62) is slidably mounted on the slide rail (61), and the slide block (62) is connected with the first conveying device (3) or the second conveying device (4).

A cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the cleaning device comprises a rinsing device (400), the rinsing device (400) being arranged above the cleaning tank (1) for rinsing the target object (100) on the carrier part (21) by means of the rinsing device (400) after the carrier part (21) has been brought out of contact with the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank (1).
11. The cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises ultrasonic generation means for emitting ultrasonic waves into the cleaning tank (1); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the cleaning apparatus includes a spoiler (7), the spoiler (7) having a liquid ejection hole to eject a cleaning liquid toward the target object (100) through the liquid ejection hole.
