Claims (10)

1. An aerosol-forming device, comprising:
a heating tube for accommodating the aerosol-forming substrate;
the heating device is sleeved outside the heating tube;
the heating device is parallel to the heating tube, the height of the heating device in the direction is smaller than that of the heating tube, and the heating device and the heating tube move relatively to heat the heating tube so that the heating tube heats the aerosol-forming substrate.

An aerosol-forming device according to claim 1, wherein the heating tube is a circular hollow metal tube, the heating device comprises a heating coil and a coil support, the heating coil is a metal helical coil, the coil support is cylindrical and is sleeved outside the heating tube, and the heating coil is sleeved outside the coil support.

An aerosol-forming device according to claim 2, wherein the coil holder comprises a first end portion and a second end portion opposite the first end portion, the first and second end portions each being formed with a flange projecting away from an outer surface of the coil holder for retaining the heating coil, at least one of the flanges of the first and second end portions being connected to the drive means.
4. An aerosol-forming device according to claim 3, wherein the material of the coil support is a magnetically permeable material.

An aerosol-forming device according to claim 1, further comprising a drive device, the drive device being connected to the heating device, the drive device being configured to drive the heating device to move linearly along the heating tube, the drive device comprising a motor, a screw, a guide rod, a drive member, and a screw sleeve;
the driving end of the motor is connected with the screw, the motor drives the screw to rotate, the guide rod and the screw are arranged in parallel and are spaced at a certain distance, one end of the driving piece is sleeved on the screw and is in threaded fit, the other end of the driving piece is fixedly connected with the heating device, the middle of the driving piece is arranged on the guide rod in a sliding mode, the screw sleeve surrounds the screw and the guide rod, and one side of the screw sleeve is provided with a strip-shaped notch for connecting the heating device with the driving piece;
a device is arranged between the motor and the screw rod, and the speed reducer is used for reducing the rotating speed of the screw rod.

An aerosol-forming device according to claim 5, further comprising a power supply and a master control device, wherein the heating device, the driving device and the master control device are respectively connected to the power supply, the power supply is configured to provide power to the heating device for heating, and the power supply is configured to provide power to the driving device for driving the heating device;
the main control device is respectively connected with the heating device and the driving device, and is used for controlling the driving device to drive the heating device to move and controlling the heating device to start heating or stop heating.

8. An aerosol-forming device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the heating tube is positioned within the housing at a height that is an integer multiple of the height of the heating device in the direction of the height of the heating tube;
the heating tube comprises a plurality of heating sections with the same height, the height of each heating section is equal to the height of the heating device in the height direction of the heating tube, the main control device controls the driving device to drive the heating device to move along the height direction of the heating tube, and the moving distance of each time is equal to the height of the heating device in the height direction of the heating tube;
the main control device controls the heating device to heat each heating section for the same time length.

The aerosol-forming device of claim 1, further comprising a housing, the housing being configured to receive the heat pipe and the heating device, the housing including an upper cover, a lower cover, and a sidewall sleeve, one end of the sidewall sleeve being provided with the upper cover, the other end of the sidewall sleeve being provided with the lower cover, the upper cover being formed with a socket, the heat pipe being disposed inside the sidewall sleeve, and a first end of the heat pipe extending from the socket to outside the sidewall sleeve, the lower cover being formed with an air hole communicating with the heat pipe, the air hole being connected to a second end of the heat pipe, the lower cover having a hollow tubular connecting portion on an inner surface thereof, the hollow tubular connecting portion being inserted into or sleeved on the second end of the heat pipe.

The aerosol forming device of claim 9, wherein a side of the sidewall sleeve is provided with a serrated clamping groove, the serrated clamping groove comprises a plurality of clamping openings at equal intervals, the heating tube comprises a plurality of heating sections with equal length, the heating device is provided with a clamping piece at a side corresponding to the serrated clamping groove, a lower end of the heating device is connected with one end of an elastic piece, the other end of the elastic piece is abutted against the lower cover, and the clamping piece extends from the serrated clamping groove to the outside of the sidewall sleeve and can be respectively clamped into the plurality of clamping openings of the serrated clamping groove, so that the heating device is respectively and correspondingly arranged at the periphery of the plurality of heating sections of the heating tube.
