Compared with the prior art, the household dumpling wrapper making machine provided by the invention utilizes the handle to shake the driving wheel, and finally converts the relative reciprocating motion of the dividing cutter disc and the dumpling agent push disc and the reciprocating rolling and self-rotation around the shaft of the wrapper pressing roller through the driving mechanism, so that a dough column is divided and rolled to make dumpling wrappers, the making efficiency is high, the operation is simple and convenient, and the time and the labor are saved; the dumpling wrappers prepared by the mechanical cutting method are uniform in size and rolling force, the thickness of the prepared dumpling wrappers is uniform, and finally the prepared dumplings are attractive; in addition, the household dumpling wrapper making machine has low manufacturing cost, and can reduce the initial investment of manufacturers and consumers.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the household dumpling wrapper making machine of the present invention comprises a box 27, a supporting plate 10, a power mechanism, a flour column dividing mechanism, a dumpling agent pushing mechanism, a wrapper pressing mechanism and a dumpling wrapper collecting mechanism.
The box body 27 is a hollow cuboid or cubic structure.
The supporting plate 10 is horizontally arranged in the box body 27, and the left end and the right end of the supporting plate 10 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner surfaces of the box plates on the left side and the right side of the box body 27.

The flour column dividing mechanism comprises a flour column conveying pipe 5, a dividing cutter head 4, a dividing cutter head sliding groove support 7, a dividing cutter head sliding groove 11, a dividing cutter head sliding block 17, a dividing cutter head supporting rod 40, a dividing cutter head connecting rod 41 and a dividing cutter head pull rod 42; the flour column conveying pipe 5 vertically penetrates through the top cover 6 of the box body 27 and is fixedly connected with the top cover 6 and used for containing the flour columns 15 and guiding and conveying the flour columns 15; the dividing cutter head sliding groove support 7 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the supporting plate 10, a dividing cutter head sliding groove 11 in the horizontal direction is arranged on the dividing cutter head sliding groove support 7, the dividing cutter head sliding groove 11 is a through groove, one end, close to a rear box plate of the box body 27, of the dividing cutter head sliding block 17 is arranged in the dividing cutter head sliding groove 11, the dividing cutter head sliding block 17 is matched with the dividing cutter head sliding groove 11 to form sliding connection, and the extension line of the dividing cutter head sliding block 17 is perpendicular to the extension line of the dividing cutter head sliding groove 11; the dividing cutter head support rod 40 is vertically arranged on the end face of the dividing cutter head slide block 17 facing the rear box plate of the box body 27, the dividing cutter head pull rod 42 is vertically arranged on the edge of the end face of the fourth transmission wheel 8 facing away from the rear box plate of the box body 27, two ends of the dividing cutter head connecting rod 41 are respectively connected with the dividing cutter head support rod 40 and the dividing cutter head pull rod 42, the dividing cutter head connecting rod 41 rotates relative to the dividing cutter head slide block 17 and the fourth transmission wheel 8, and the extension line of the dividing cutter head connecting rod 41 is parallel to the rear box plate of the box body 27 and is not intersected with the supporting plate 10; one end of the dividing cutter head slide block 17, which is back to a rear box plate of the box body 27, is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged dividing cutter head 4, the edge of one side of the dividing cutter head 4, which faces the second transmission shaft 45, is a cutting edge, and the length of the cutting edge is equal to or greater than the inner diameter of the flour column conveying pipe 5, and is used for dividing the flour column 15 into dumplings 18; the distance between the lower end surface of the flour column conveying pipe 5 and the upper surface of the supporting plate 10 is equal to or larger than the distance between the upper surface of the dividing cutter disc 4 and the upper surface of the supporting plate 10.
The dumpling agent pushing mechanism comprises a dumpling agent pushing plate 13, a dumpling agent pushing plate supporting rod 12, a dumpling agent pushing plate connecting rod 14 and a dumpling agent pushing plate pull rod 16; the dumpling agent push disc 13 is in a semicircular ring shape, the inner circle diameter of the dumpling agent push disc 13 is equal to or larger than the inner diameter of the flour column conveying pipe 5 (namely, the inner circle diameter of the dumpling agent push disc 13 is equal to or larger than the outer diameter of a dumpling agent 18 obtained after the flour column 15 is divided), the dumpling agent push disc 13 is vertically arranged, a semicircular opening of the dumpling agent push disc 13 faces away from the second transmission shaft 45, the lower surface of the dumpling agent push disc 13 is in sliding connection with the upper surface of the supporting plate 10, and the height of the dumpling agent push disc 13 is equal to or smaller than the distance between the lower surface of the dividing cutter disc 4 and the upper surface of the supporting plate 10; dumpling agent pushing tray supporting rod 12 and dumpling agent pushing tray 13 are fixedly connected along a tangent line at the center of the outer circle, dumpling agent pushing tray pull rod 16 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the edge of the end face of a front box plate of a first driving wheel 29 back to box 27, two ends of a dumpling agent pushing tray connecting rod 14 are respectively connected with dumpling agent pushing tray supporting rod 12 and dumpling agent pushing tray pull rod 16 in a rotating mode, and the extension line of the dumpling agent pushing tray connecting rod 14 is parallel to the front box plate of the box 27 and is not intersected with supporting plate 10.
The leather pressing mechanism comprises a leather pressing rotary disc 26, a leather pressing rotary disc bracket 36, a leather pressing central disc 22, a leather pressing roller 25, a leather pressing roller rotating shaft 20, a leather pressing roller connecting rod 21, a leather pressing roller pull rod 19 and a leather shoveling scraper 24; the leather pressing turntable bracket 36 is a cylinder vertically and fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate of the box body 27, the leather pressing central disc 22 is a cylindrical protrusion integrally formed on the upper end surface of the leather pressing turntable bracket 36, the leather pressing central disc 22 is coaxial with the leather pressing turntable bracket 36, and the diameter of the leather pressing central disc 22 is smaller than that of the leather pressing turntable bracket 36; the wrapper pressing turntable 26 is annular and is arranged on the upper end face of the wrapper pressing turntable bracket 36, the inner circular surface of the wrapper pressing turntable 26 is matched with the outer circumferential surface of the wrapper pressing central disc 22, the height of the wrapper pressing turntable 26 is smaller than that of the wrapper pressing central disc 22, and the height difference is equal to the thickness of dumpling wrappers; the leather pressing rotary disc 26 penetrates through the supporting plate 10, the upper end face of the leather pressing rotary disc 26 is flush with the upper surface of the supporting plate 10, and the leather pressing rotary disc 26 rotates by taking the leather pressing central disc 22 as a circle center; the upper end surface of the wrapper pressing rotary disc 26 is uniformly provided with vertical through holes 33 along the circumferential direction, and the diameter of each through hole 33 is equal to or larger than that of dumpling wrappers; a hole cover 35 is arranged at the top of the through hole 33, the upper surface of the hole cover 35 is flush with the upper end surface of the wrapper pressing turntable 26, the edge of one side of the hole cover 35 is hinged with the inner wall of the corresponding through hole 33, and a reed is arranged at the hinged part and used for opening and resetting the hole cover 35 towards the inside of the through hole 33 under the action of the gravity of the dumpling wrappers; the edge of the upper end face of the skin pressing turntable 26 is also provided with inclined skin pressing turntable external teeth 23 (namely, teeth parts formed on the edge of the upper end face of the skin pressing turntable 26), and the skin pressing turntable external teeth 23 are mutually meshed with the fifth transmission gear teeth 3; the leather pressing roller 25 is coaxially sleeved on the leather pressing roller rotating shaft 20, the leather pressing roller 25 rotates by taking the leather pressing roller rotating shaft 20 as an axis, the leather pressing roller 25 is horizontally placed on the upper end face of the leather pressing central disc 22, the leather pressing roller pull rod 19 is vertically arranged on the edge of the end face of the fifth transmission wheel 1, which is opposite to the rear box board of the box body 27, two ends of the leather pressing roller connecting rod 21 are respectively connected with one end, facing the fifth transmission wheel 1, of the leather pressing roller rotating shaft 20 and the leather pressing roller pull rod 19, the leather pressing roller connecting rod 21 rotates relative to the leather pressing roller 25 and the fifth transmission wheel 1, and the extension line of the leather pressing roller connecting rod 21 is parallel to the rear box board of the box body 27; the leather pressing roller 25 rolls repeatedly between the leather pressing central disc 22 and the leather pressing rotary disc 26; the shovel skin scraper 24 is handle of a knife and blade body structure, the vertical fixed mounting of shovel skin scraper 24 is at the lower surface of top cap 6 of box 27, and the handle of a knife and the top cap 6 fixed connection of shovel skin scraper 24, and the blade of shovel skin scraper 24 is parallel with preceding, the rear side boxboard of box 27, and the lower extreme edge of the blade of shovel skin scraper 24 and the up end laminating of pressing skin carousel 26 one side of pressing skin gyro wheel 25 moving direction dorsad do not compress tightly for the dumpling skin that will press on the skin carousel 26 to press is scraped down and is pushed to corresponding handhole door 35 department.
The dumpling wrapper collecting mechanism comprises a dumpling wrapper falling hole 34 and a dumpling wrapper slide way 37; the peeling hole 34 is a cylindrical hole which is vertically arranged at the part of the peeling turntable bracket 36 close to the peeling scraper 24 and does not penetrate through the hole, the diameter of the peeling hole 34 is equal to or larger than that of the through hole 33, and the blade of the peeling scraper 24 is tangent to the edge of the peeling hole 34; one end of the dumpling wrapper slide way 37 is communicated with the bottom end of the dumpling wrapper falling hole 34, the other end of the dumpling wrapper slide way is communicated with a dumpling wrapper outlet 47 at the bottom of the front side box plate of the box body 27, and the distance between the dumpling wrapper outlet 47 and the bottom plate of the box body 27 is smaller than the distance between the bottom end of the dumpling wrapper falling hole 34 and the bottom plate of the box body 27.
The diameters of the first driving wheel 29 and the fourth driving wheel 8 are equal, the diameters of the second driving wheel 28 and the third driving wheel 46 are equal, the lengths of the dividing cutter head connecting rod 41 and the dumpling agent push disc connecting rod 14 are equal, and the dumpling agent push disc pull rod 16 and the dividing cutter head pull rod 42 are staggered by 180 degrees (namely, the moving directions of the dumpling agent push disc pull rod 16 and the dividing cutter head pull rod 42 are always opposite) so that the dumpling agent push disc 13 and the dividing cutter head 4 can move in a reciprocating manner relatively; the horizontal distance between the circle center of the first transmission shaft 30 and the circle center of the third transmission shaft 9 is equal to the sum of the length of the dumpling agent pushing disc connecting rod 14 and the diameter of the fourth transmission wheel 8; the length of the dividing cutter head 4 along the direction parallel to the front box plate and the rear box plate of the box body 27 is equal to or less than the difference between the diameter of the fourth driving wheel 8 and the inner circle radius of the surface column conveying pipe 5; the distance between the end face of the rear box plate of the fifth driving wheel 1, which is back to the box body 27, and the farthest end face of the skin pressing roller 25 is equal to or less than the excircle diameter of the skin pressing rotary table 26, the length of the skin pressing roller connecting rod 21 is equal to the radius of the fifth driving wheel 1, the horizontal distance between the circle center of the skin pressing central disc 22 and the circle center of the flour column conveying pipe 5 is equal to the sum of the excircle radius of the skin pressing rotary table 26 and the diameter of the first driving wheel 29, and then 2 times of the inner diameter of the flour column conveying pipe 5 is subtracted, so that the dumpling 18 can be pushed to the skin pressing rotary table 26; the diameter of the outer circle of the leather-pressing turntable 26 is 2 times of the diameter of the fifth driving wheel 1, and the horizontal distance between the first driving wheel 29 and the end face, opposite to the fifth driving wheel 1, of the fifth driving wheel is equal to the diameter of the outer circle of the leather-pressing turntable 26.
When the household dumpling wrapper making machine of the invention acts:
putting the flour dough post 15 into the flour dough post conveying pipe 5, anticlockwise rotating the handle 32 to drive the first driving wheel 29 to anticlockwise rotate, driving the second driving wheel 28 to anticlockwise rotate through the first driving belt 31 by the first driving wheel 29, driving the third driving wheel 46 to anticlockwise rotate through the second driving shaft 45 by the second driving wheel 28, driving the fourth driving wheel 8 to anticlockwise rotate through the third driving belt 44 by the third driving wheel 46, driving the fifth driving wheel 1 to anticlockwise rotate through the fourth driving wheel 8 by the third driving belt 43, and driving the leather pressing rotary table 26 to clockwise rotate through the cooperation of the fifth driving gear teeth 3 and the outer teeth 23 of the leather pressing rotary table by the fifth driving wheel 1;

One end of the third transmission shaft 9 is fixedly connected with the rear box plate of the box body 27, and the other end of the third transmission shaft 9 is rotatably connected with the center of the fourth transmission wheel 8, so that the fourth transmission wheel 8 rotates relative to the rear box plate of the box body 27; one end of the fourth transmission shaft 2 is fixedly connected with the rear box plate of the box body 27, and the other end of the fourth transmission shaft 2 is rotatably connected with the circle center of the fifth transmission wheel 1, so that the fifth transmission wheel 1 rotates relative to the rear box plate of the box body 27.

The leather-pressing roller pull rod 19 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the edge of the end face of the rear box plate of the fifth transmission wheel 1, which is opposite to the box body 27, one end of the leather-pressing roller connecting rod 21 is fixedly connected with one end of the leather-pressing roller rotating shaft 20, which faces the fifth transmission wheel 1, and the other end of the leather-pressing roller connecting rod 21 is rotatably connected with the leather-pressing roller pull rod 19, so that the leather-pressing roller connecting rod 21 rotates relative to the leather-pressing roller 25 and the fifth transmission wheel 1.

This example is a further explanation of the household dumpling wrapper making machine of the present invention on the basis of any one of examples 1 to 3.

The distance between the lower end face of the surface column conveying pipe 5 and the upper surface of the supporting plate 10 is equal to the distance between the upper surface of the dividing cutter disc 4 and the upper surface of the supporting plate 10, and the length of the cutting edge of the dividing cutter disc 4 is equal to the inner diameter of the surface column conveying pipe 5.
The dividing cutter head 4 is a stainless steel thin plate.

1. A household dumpling wrapper making machine is characterized in that: comprises a box body (27), a supporting plate (10), a power mechanism, a flour column dividing mechanism, a dumpling agent pushing mechanism, a dumpling wrapper pressing mechanism and a dumpling wrapper collecting mechanism;
the box body (27) is of a hollow cuboid or cubic structure;
the supporting plate (10) is horizontally arranged in the box body (27), and the left end and the right end of the supporting plate (10) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner surfaces of the left side box plate and the right side box plate of the box body (27);
the power mechanism comprises a handle (32), a handle connecting rod (39), a first transmission shaft (30), a second transmission shaft (45), a third transmission shaft (9), a fourth transmission shaft (2), a first transmission wheel (29), a second transmission wheel (28), a third transmission wheel (46), a fourth transmission wheel (8), a fifth transmission wheel (1), a first transmission belt (31), a second transmission belt (44) and a third transmission belt (43), wherein the first transmission shaft (30), the second transmission shaft (45), the third transmission shaft (9) and the fourth transmission shaft (2) are all horizontally arranged, the axes of the first transmission shaft (29), the second transmission wheel (28), the third transmission wheel (46), the fourth transmission wheel (8) and the fifth transmission wheel (1) are all arranged in a box body (27); the first transmission shaft (30) penetrates through the front box plate of the box body (27) and is rotatably connected with the front box plate of the box body (27); one end of the handle connecting rod (39) is fixedly connected with one end of the first transmission shaft (30) which is positioned outside the box body (27), the handle connecting rod (39) is perpendicular to and intersected with the first transmission shaft (30), the other end of the handle connecting rod (39) is fixedly connected with the handle (32), and the handle connecting rod (39) is perpendicular to and intersected with the handle (32); the circle center of the first driving wheel (29) is fixedly connected with one end of the first driving shaft (30) positioned in the box body (27); the second transmission shaft (45) penetrates through the circle centers of the second transmission wheel (28) and the third transmission wheel (46) respectively and is fixedly connected with the second transmission wheel (28) and the third transmission wheel (46), and two ends of the second transmission shaft (45) are rotatably connected with the box plates on the front side and the rear side of the box body (27) respectively; the second driving wheel (28) is close to a front box plate of the box body (27), and a first driving belt (31) is sleeved on the circumferential outer surface of the second driving wheel (28) and the circumferential outer surface of the first driving wheel (29); the third driving wheel (46) is close to the rear box plate of the box body (27); one end of the third transmission shaft (9) is connected with a rear box plate of the box body (27), the other end of the third transmission shaft (9) is connected with the circle center of a fourth transmission wheel (8), and the fourth transmission wheel (8) rotates relative to the rear box plate of the box body (27); a second transmission belt (44) is sleeved on the circumferential outer surface of the fourth transmission wheel (8) and the circumferential outer surface of the third transmission wheel (46); one end of the fourth transmission shaft (2) is connected with a rear box plate of the box body (27), the other end of the fourth transmission shaft (2) is connected with the circle center of a fifth transmission wheel (1), and the fifth transmission wheel (1) rotates relative to the rear box plate of the box body (27); a third transmission belt (43) is sleeved on the circumferential outer surface of the fifth transmission wheel (1) and the circumferential outer surface of the fourth transmission wheel (8); a fifth transmission gear tooth (3) is formed on the side surface along the circumferential direction of the fifth transmission wheel (1), and the fifth transmission gear tooth (3) is positioned on the fifth transmission wheel (1) on one side of the third transmission belt (43) close to the inner part of the box body (27);

the flour column conveying pipe (5) vertically penetrates through the top cover (6) of the box body (27), is fixedly connected with the top cover (6), and is used for containing the flour column (15) and guiding and conveying the flour column (15);
