Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic shelf labels, and particularly relates to an ESL automatic roaming management method.
Background
The RF communication principle determines that an Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) needs to establish a binding relationship with a base station when updating, and the system can normally work only if a correct binding relationship is established. However, in actual use scenarios, due to the relationship between users, these correct binding relationships are destroyed, which requires a way to automatically maintain these relationships.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an ESL automatic roaming management method, which comprises the following steps:
s1, establishing communication connection between base stations;
s2, when any base station finds that at least one ESL label in the coverage area of the base station is not in the coverage area, broadcasting the ID of the reported ESL label to the rest base stations;
s3, after receiving the loss report information, the rest base stations sequentially start searching until finding the loss report ESL label, then publish the searching result to the base stations of the whole network, and enter the step S4; if the lost ESL label cannot be found by all the rest base stations, the ESL label is fed back to the lost base station, and the lost base station sends alarm information;
and S4, after receiving the search result, the reported base station updates the state of the base station, completes one-time automatic roaming, simultaneously needs to broadcast the search result to other base stations, and synchronously updates the state of the base station by the rest base stations.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, in step S1, a star network is formed between the base stations, and the base stations transmit data to each other freely without transferring in an upper layer service system.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the communication between the base stations is based on the RF433M communication protocol, and only one base station transmits signals at the same time to avoid signal interference.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the establishing of the communication connection between the base stations in step S1 specifically includes the following steps: establishing communication connection between base stations in the same local area network; or the base station under the wide area network establishes communication connection through the transfer of the server.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, in step S2, if the base station finds that at least one ESL label in its coverage area is not in the coverage area within the continuous preset time, it broadcasts an ID reporting the ESL label to the remaining base stations.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the remaining base stations in step S4 start searching in sequence after receiving the loss report information until finding the loss report ESL label, and then publish the search result to the base stations in the whole network, which specifically includes the following steps: and when the first base station does not find the reported ESL label, the next base station starts searching until finding the reported ESL, and then a searching result is published to the base stations in the whole network.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, after receiving the search result, the base station that reported in step S4 updates its own status, which specifically includes the following steps: after the reported base station receives the search result, the reported base station removes the reported ESL label and establishes a new mapping relation between the base station and the ESL label;
the remaining base stations in step S4 also update their own states, which specifically includes the following steps: and finding the base station with the reported lost ESL label from the rest base stations, adding the reported lost ESL label, and establishing a new mapping relation between the base station and the ESL label.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the invention, when the ESL label in the coverage area of the base station can not be found, the loss report is broadcast to the rest base stations, and when other base stations find the lost ESL label, the whole network base station updates the state of the base station, thereby avoiding the communication error of the ESL label caused by the misbinding of the ESL label to the base station or the misbinding of the ESL label and the base station.
Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided for the purpose of illustration and description, and is in no way intended to limit the invention.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, in one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an ESL automatic roaming management method, including:
s1, communication connection is established between base stations in the same local area network;
s2, when any base station finds that one ESL label in the coverage area of the base station is not in the coverage area, broadcasting the ID of the reported ESL label to the rest base stations;
s3, after receiving the loss report information, the rest base stations sequentially start searching until finding the loss report ESL label, then publish the searching result to the base stations of the whole network, and enter the step S4; if the reported ESL label cannot be found by all the rest base stations, the ESL label is fed back to the reported base station, and the reported base station sends alarm information;
and S4, after receiving the search result, the reported base station updates the state of the base station to complete one-time automatic roaming, and meanwhile, the search result needs to be broadcasted to other base stations, and the rest base stations synchronously update the state of the base station.
Specifically, in step S1, a star network is formed between the base stations, and the base stations transmit data to each other freely without transferring in an upper layer service system and without manual intervention.
Specifically, the communication between the base stations is based on the RF433M communication protocol, and only one base station transmits signals at the same time to avoid signal interference.
In order to further optimize the implementation effect of the present invention, in another embodiment of the present invention, based on the foregoing, a communication connection is established between the base stations in different local area networks in step S1 through a server.
By adopting the preferred scheme, communication connection is established between base stations of different local area networks, so that the application range is improved, and the method is more convenient.
In order to further optimize the implementation effect of the present invention, in another embodiment of the present invention, based on the foregoing, in step S2, if the base station finds that at least one ESL label in its coverage area is not in the coverage area within a continuous preset time, the base station broadcasts the ID of the reported ESL label to the remaining base stations.
By adopting the preferred scheme, the ESL label with communication failure is found under the constraint of the preset time threshold, and the accuracy is improved.
In order to further optimize the implementation effect of the present invention, in another embodiment of the present invention, based on the foregoing, the remaining base stations in step S4 start to search in sequence after receiving the loss report information until finding the loss report ESL label, and then publish the search result to the base stations in the whole network, which specifically includes the following steps: and when the first base station does not find the reported and lost ESL label, the next base station starts searching until finding the reported and lost ESL, and then publishes a searching result to the whole network base station.
After receiving the search result, the bs reported in step S4 updates its own status, which specifically includes the following steps: after the reported base station receives the search result, the reported base station removes the reported ESL label and establishes a new mapping relation between the base station and the ESL label;
in step S4, the remaining base stations also update their own states, which specifically includes the following steps: and finding the base station with the reported lost ESL label from the rest base stations, adding the reported lost ESL label, and establishing a new mapping relation between the base station and the ESL label.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
