In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 7, the clamping structure 25 includes a connection post 251 and a clamping protrusion 252, wherein the connection post 251 is connected to the outer wall of the mounting shell 2; the clamping protrusion 252 is convexly arranged at one end of the connecting column 251 far away from the mounting shell 2; in the closed position, the connecting column 251 is movably inserted into the communicating hole 14, and the locking protrusion 252 is locked with the neck-wearing upper shell 11 and the inner wall of the neck-wearing lower shell 12, so that the mounting shell 2 is connected with the neck-wearing shell 1; in the open position, the connecting post 251 is disengaged from the communication hole 14 to disengage the mounting shell 2 from the neck wear shell 1.
It can be understood that, by arranging the clamping structure 25 as the connecting column 251 and the clamping protrusion 252, while the connecting column 251 is facilitated to connect the clamping protrusion 252 and the mounting shell 2, the connecting column 251 and the communication hole 14 can be used for realizing movable connection, that is, the mounting shell 2 can rotate in the accommodating space 1 a. The clamping protrusion 252 is used for clamping with the inner wall of the neck wearing shell 1, so as to prevent the mounting shell 2 from separating from the neck wearing shell 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 7, the mounting shell 2 includes a mounting upper shell 21 and a mounting lower shell 22, wherein the mounting lower shell 22 is rotatably connected to the mounting upper shell 21 to open or close the bearing cavity 24, and the clamping structure 25 is disposed on the mounting upper shell 21 and/or the mounting lower shell 22.
In the present embodiment, the lower mounting shell 22 and the upper mounting shell 21 are rotatably connected through the rotating structure 3. As will be appreciated, the mounting upper shell 21 is rotated relative to the mounting lower shell 22 by the rotating structure 3 and has a closed position and an open-close position; in the closed position, the upper mounting shell 21 and the lower mounting shell 22 are arranged in parallel, and close the bearing cavity 24; in the opening and closing position, the mounting upper shell 21 and the mounting lower shell 22 form an included angle, and the bearing cavity 24 is opened.
It will be appreciated that at least one of the upper mounting shell 21 and the lower mounting shell 22 has a recessed structure, and when the upper mounting shell 21 and the lower mounting shell 22 are covered with each other, the upper mounting shell 21 and the lower mounting shell 22 enclose a bearing cavity 24, so as to facilitate placement and installation of the TWS headset and/or accessory.
In order to improve the connection stability of the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22, the positions of the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 far away from the rotating structure 3 are provided with structures such as a buckle structure, an inserting structure, a screw structure or a pin, so that the detachable connection of the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 is realized, the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 are ensured to be closed, the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 are not opened randomly, and the TWS earphone and/or accessories and other objects are not limited.
In the present embodiment, the clamping structure 25 is disposed on the lower mounting shell 22 and/or the upper mounting shell 21, and is located at an end of the lower mounting shell 22 and/or the upper mounting shell 21 away from the rotating structure 3. It can be understood that, the installation upper shell 21 and the installation lower shell 22 have similar structural outlines, the installation upper shell 21 has a first groove, the installation lower shell 22 has a second groove, and when the installation upper shell 21 is connected with the installation lower shell 22, the notch of the first groove is opposite to the notch of the second groove, and encloses to form the bearing cavity 24.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the mounting housing 2 further includes a bearing plate 23 disposed in the bearing cavity 24, the bearing plate 23 is provided with a bearing slot 231, and the bearing slot 231 is used for accommodating and limiting the TWS headset or accessory.
It can be understood that, by providing the bearing plate 23, the bearing slot 231 of the bearing plate 23 is facilitated to realize the limit installation of the TWS headset and/or the accessory, and meanwhile, the TWS headset and/or the accessory is prevented from shaking in the bearing cavity 24 and being damaged.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the mounting upper shell 21 is provided with a first clamping portion 253, and the mounting lower shell 22 is provided with a second clamping portion 254; in the closed position, the first clamping portion 253 abuts against the second clamping portion 254, and forms the clamping structure 25.
It can be understood that, by providing the clamping structure 25 as a two-part structure and separately provided on the mounting upper case 21 and the mounting lower case 22, that is, the clamping structure 25 is composed of the first clamping portion 253 and the second clamping portion 254, such that the mounting upper case 21 and the mounting lower case 22 are clamped in the communication hole 14 by the first clamping portion 253 and the second clamping portion 254 at the same time when in the closed position.
In this embodiment, the first clamping portion 253 of the clamping structure 25 includes a connection column 251 and a clamping protrusion 252, and the second clamping portion 254 includes a connection column 251 and a clamping protrusion 252, that is, when the mounting upper shell 21 rotates to the closed position relative to the mounting lower shell 22 through the rotating structure 3, the connection column 251 of the first clamping portion 253 is directly abutted to the connection column 251 of the second clamping portion 254, and the clamping protrusion 252 of the first clamping portion 253 is directly abutted to the clamping protrusion 252 of the second clamping portion 254. When the joint structure 25 joint of installation shell 2 was worn in the intercommunicating pore 14 of shell 1 in the neck, first joint portion 253 and second joint portion 254 joint simultaneously in intercommunicating pore 14, and the intercommunicating pore 14 that shell 1 was worn to the usable neck at this moment realizes locking closure to installation shell 21 and installation inferior valve 22 of installation shell 2.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the rotating structure 3 includes a first connecting portion 31, a second connecting portion 32, and an elastic fastening portion 33, wherein the first connecting portion 31 is connected to the upper neck wear shell 11, and the first connecting portion 31 is provided with a first engaging groove 311; the second connecting part 32 is connected with the lower neck wear shell 12 and is rotatably connected with the first connecting part 31, and the second connecting part 32 is provided with a second clamping groove 321; one end of the elastic buckling part 33 is clamped with the first clamping groove 311, and the other end of the elastic buckling part 33 is clamped with the second clamping groove 321.
It can be understood that, while the rotation structure 3 can enable the neck wearing upper shell 11 and the neck wearing lower shell 12 of the neck wearing shell 1 to realize the rotation connection, the neck wearing upper shell 11 and the neck wearing lower shell 12 can be locked at the closed position and the neck wearing upper shell 11 and the neck wearing lower shell 12 can be locked at the open position, that is, after the first connecting portion 31 of the rotation structure 3 rotates 90 degrees relative to the second connecting portion 32, the elastic buckling portion 33 can enable the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 to be locked at the 90-degree position.
Of course, in other embodiments, the upper neck wear shell 11 and the lower neck wear shell 12 of the neck wear shell 1 can also be rotatably connected through a shaft hole structure, a hinge structure or other rotating structures, which is not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the mounting upper case 21 and the mounting lower case 22 of the mounting case 2 are connected to the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 of the rotating structure 3, respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, the upper mounting shell 21 and the lower mounting shell 22 of the mounting shell 2 may also be rotatably connected through a shaft hole structure, a hinge structure or other rotating structures, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, the neck wearing upper shell 11 and the neck wearing lower shell 12 of the neck wearing shell 1 are rotatably connected at one side and locked at the other side through a magnetic structure or a clamping structure, which is not limited herein. One end of the mounting upper shell 21 and one end of the mounting lower shell 22 of the mounting shell 2 are rotatably connected, and the other end of the mounting shell is locked through a magnetic structure or a clamping structure, which is not limited herein.
The packaging structure 100 of the invention is provided with the plurality of mounting shells 2, so that the plurality of mounting shells 2 can be used for placing and mounting the TWS earphones and accessories, and the packaging structure 100 can be carried portably according to different use scenes.
The invention further provides an earphone structure, which comprises a packaging structure 100, a neck wear and a TWS earphone, the specific structure of the packaging structure 100 refers to the foregoing embodiments, and the earphone structure adopts all technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments, so that the earphone structure at least has all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, the neck gear is removably received within the arcuate cavity 13 of the packaging structure 100; the TWS headset is removably attached to the neck wear, and the TWS headset is removably received within the load-bearing cavity 24 of the packaging structure 100.
Of course, in other embodiments, the earphone structure further includes an accessory, and the accessory is detachably received in the other carrying cavity 24 of the packaging structure 100, which is not limited herein.

Claims (10)

1. A packaging structure for placement of neck wear, TWS headphones and accessories, the packaging structure comprising:
the neck wearing shell is of an arc structure and encloses to form an accommodating space, the neck wearing shell is provided with an arc cavity and at least one communicating hole, the communicating hole is communicated with the arc cavity and the accommodating space, and the arc cavity is used for accommodating the neck wearing shell; and
the mounting shell is provided with a bearing cavity which is used for containing a TWS earphone or an accessory, and the mounting shell is provided with a clamping structure which is clamped in the communicating hole so that the mounting shell can be movably contained in the containing space.
2. The packaging structure of claim 1, wherein the neck wear shell comprises:
the upper shell is worn on the neck, and the upper shell is of a U-shaped structure; and
the neck wearing lower shell is of a U-shaped structure and is rotatably connected with the neck wearing upper shell through a rotating structure so as to open or close the arc-shaped cavity, and the communication hole is formed in the neck wearing lower shell and/or the neck wearing upper shell;
wherein the neck wear upper shell has a closed position and an open position;
in the closed position, the upper neck wearing shell and the lower neck wearing shell are arranged in parallel, the arc-shaped cavity is closed, and the upper neck wearing shell and the lower neck wearing shell are matched to form the accommodating space;
the opening position, the neck is worn the epitheca and is become the contained angle setting with the neck is worn the inferior valve, and opens the arc chamber.
3. The packaging structure of claim 2, wherein the upper neck wear shell is provided with a first notch and the lower neck wear shell is provided with a second notch;
in the closed position, the first notch and the second notch enclose the communication hole.
4. The packaging structure of claim 3, wherein the snap-fit structure comprises:
the connecting column is connected with the outer wall of the mounting shell; and
the clamping protrusion is arranged at one end, far away from the mounting shell, of the connecting column;
in the closed position, the connecting column can movably penetrate through the communicating hole, and the clamping protrusions are clamped with the inner walls of the neck wearing upper shell and the neck wearing lower shell so as to enable the mounting shell to be connected with the neck wearing shell;
in the open position, the attachment post disengages the communication aperture to disengage the mounting shell from the neck wear shell.
5. The packaging structure of claim 1, wherein the mounting shell comprises:
installing an upper shell;
the mounting lower shell is rotatably connected with the mounting upper shell so as to open or close the bearing cavity, and the clamping structure is arranged on the mounting upper shell and/or the mounting lower shell;
wherein the mounting upper shell has a closed position and an open-close position;
in the closed position, the mounting upper shell and the mounting lower shell are arranged in parallel and close the bearing cavity;
and the opening and closing position is formed by arranging the upper mounting shell and the lower mounting shell at an included angle, and the bearing cavity is opened.
6. The packaging structure of claim 5, wherein the mounting housing further comprises a carrier plate disposed within the carrier cavity, the carrier plate having a carrier slot for receiving and retaining a TWS headset or accessory.
7. The packaging structure according to claim 5, wherein the mounting upper case is provided with a first catching portion, and the mounting lower case is provided with a second catching portion;
and in the closing position, the first clamping part is abutted against the second clamping part to form the clamping structure.
8. The packaging structure of any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the rotating structure comprises:
the first connecting part is connected with the upper neck wearing shell and provided with a first clamping groove;
the second connecting part is connected with the neck lower shell and is rotatably connected with the first connecting part, and a second clamping groove is formed in the second connecting part; and
the elastic buckling part is clamped with the first clamping groove at one end and the second clamping groove at the other end.
9. The packaging structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the packaging structure further comprises two mounting shells, the neck wearing shell is provided with two communication holes, each mounting shell is connected with the neck wearing shell through a clamping fit of the clamping structure and the communication hole, so that the two mounting shells can be movably accommodated in the accommodating space.
10. An earphone structure, comprising:
the packaging structure of any one of claims 1 to 9;
a neck wear removably received within the arcuate cavity of the packaging structure; and
a TWS earpiece removably connected to the neck wear, the TWS earpiece removably received within the load-bearing cavity of the packaging structure.
