The following is a detailed description of the wearable device in view of the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a video call method of a wearable device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The wearable device depicted in fig. 1 includes a camera body that can be popped up, and the camera body includes a front camera and a rear camera. The video call method of the wearable device described in fig. 1 is suitable for wearable devices such as smart watches and smart bracelets. As shown in fig. 1, the video call method of the wearable device may include the following steps.
101. When the video call request is received, whether the user sending the video call request is a designated user pre-stored in the wearable device is detected.
In the embodiment of the invention, the wearable device comprises a camera main body capable of popping up, wherein the camera main body comprises a front camera and a rear camera; the pop-up angle of the camera body is adjusted, so that the front camera or the rear camera on the camera body can flexibly face the scenery to be shot.
As an optional implementation manner, when receiving the video call request, detecting whether the user sending the video call request is a specific user pre-stored in the wearable device may be implemented by: when a user starts the wearable device for the first time, identity authentication information of a designated user needs to be stored in the wearable device in advance, wherein the designated user usually refers to a parent of a child or other guardian, and the identity authentication information may be face information, fingerprint information or voiceprint information of the designated user. When a user initiates a video call request to the wearable device, the device used by the user collects identity authentication information of the user and sends the identity authentication information to the wearable device, so that the wearable device detects whether the user sending the video call request is a pre-stored designated user of the wearable device according to the received identity authentication information when receiving the video call request, and if so, the wearable device goes to step 102; and if not, waiting for the user wearing the wearable equipment to process the video call request. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can intelligently verify the identity of the user sending the video call request.
102. And controlling the camera main body to pop up to a first target angle, and detecting whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoots to obtain a face image of the user at the first target angle.
In the embodiment of the invention, after detecting that the user sending the video call request is a pre-stored designated user of the wearable device in step 101, the camera main body is controlled to pop up to a first target angle to shoot a face image of the user wearing the wearable device, wherein the first target angle is any angle within a preset angle threshold range.
As an optional implementation manner, controlling the camera body to pop up to the first target angle, and detecting whether the front camera and/or the rear camera takes the face image of the user at the first target angle, may be implemented by: the wearable device controls the camera body to pop up to the edge position of the range of the preset angle threshold, whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoot a user face image matched with the user face features is detected, and if yes, the step 103 is turned to; if not, controlling the camera main body to rotate by a preset angle within a preset angle threshold range, and detecting whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoot to obtain a user face image matched with the user face characteristics; if the front camera and/or the rear camera cannot shoot the face image of the user within the preset angle threshold range, it is determined that the user of the wearable device is not within the effective shooting range, and then the process goes to step 104. Therefore, the camera main body is controlled to pop up and the first target angle of the face image of the user is found and shot in the preset angle threshold range, so that the video call process can obtain a good user visual angle, and the appointed user can still dial the video call under the condition that the user does not notice the video call request.
103. And responding to the video call request to carry out video call.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the front camera and/or the rear camera has been rotated to the position where the face image of the user is captured in step 102, a condition for responding to the video call request is provided, and the wearable device responds to the video call request to perform the video call.
As an alternative embodiment, after the wearable device performs a video call in response to the video call request, the wearable device may draw the attention of the user by emitting vibration, lighting effect, ring tone, and the like, considering that the user may not notice that the wearable device worn by the user is performing the video call or that the user wears the wearable device on the wrist at the moment.
Further optionally, assuming that a user of the wearable device does not notice that the user is performing a video call during a call process, or the user is walking, the camera that is capturing the face image of the user may lose the view angle of the face of the user again, so that after the front camera and/or the rear camera captures the face image of the user, the wearable device will monitor whether the face image of the user is in an effective capture area in the camera capture view, and when the face image of the user deviates from the effective capture area, the wearable device controls the camera body to rotate according to the deviation direction and the deviation distance of the face image of the user, so that the face image captured by the front camera and/or the rear camera is in the effective capture area, thereby ensuring the quality of the video image during the video call process.
104. And controlling the camera main body to rotate to a second target angle, and responding to the video call request to carry out video call.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the front camera and/or the rear camera cannot shoot the face image of the user, the fact that the user may not wear the wearable device or the user is outside the effective shooting area of the wearable device is indicated, therefore, the camera body can be rotated to the second target angle, when the camera body is at the second target angle, the front camera and/or the rear camera shoots the scene image, and therefore, the user can still know the current state of the user of the wearable device according to the scene image under the condition that the user cannot observe the face image of the user of the wearable device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the wearable device comprises the camera main body which can be popped up, the camera main body comprises the front camera and the rear camera, and when the video call request is received, whether the user sending the video call request is a pre-stored designated user of the wearable device is detected; if yes, controlling the camera main body to pop up to a first target angle, and detecting whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoots to obtain a user face image or not under the first target angle; if the video call request is shot, responding to the video call request to carry out video call; and if the camera is not shot, controlling the camera body to rotate to a second target angle, and responding to the video call request to carry out video call. By implementing the embodiment of the invention, when the parent is taken as the appointed user of the child, after the video call request is sent to the wearable device worn by the child, the wearable device detects the identity of the parent, and directly starts the video call after the identity of the parent is confirmed, so that the intelligent degree of the wearable device is higher; wearable equipment will control the camera main part and rotate after confirming the head of a family identity to make leading camera and/or the shooting of rearmounted camera on it obtain user's face image or current environment image, the head of a family can in time learn children's current state, makes the head of a family more relieved.
Example two
201. When the video call request is received, whether the user sending the video call request is a designated user pre-stored in the wearable device is detected.
202. And controlling the camera main body to pop up to a first target angle, and detecting whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoots to obtain a face image of the user at the first target angle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first target angle is any angle within a preset angle threshold range. It can be understood that, before adjusting the camera body and responding to the video call request, it is necessary to determine whether to directly respond to the video call according to the actual situation of the wearable device user, so as to avoid adverse effects in the scenes such as class.
As an optional implementation manner, before controlling the camera main body to pop up to the first target angle, detecting whether the current learning schedule is in the after-class time or not; the learning timetable is used for recording learning time and after-class time preset by a user; and if so, executing the step of controlling the camera main body to pop up to the first target angle. Specifically, the user enters the course arrangement of the user into the learning timetable of the wearable device, so that the wearable device can inquire in the learning timetable according to the current time when receiving the video call request, and then judges whether the user is in the learning time or the after-class time, and only when the user is in the after-class time, the wearable device controls the camera main body to pop up, so that the influence on the learning of the user due to the automatic response of the video call request is avoided.
203. And responding to the video call request to carry out video call.
204. And controlling the camera main body to rotate to a second target angle, and responding to the video call request to carry out video call.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the camera body is at the second target angle, the front camera and/or the rear camera shoots a scene image.
205. Detecting a scene corresponding to the scene image, and triggering a function corresponding to the scene in the video call process.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user of the wearable device can be in different scenes, and the user can not simply respond to the video call request for different scenes.
As an optional implementation manner, after the camera main body is controlled to rotate to the second target angle and a video call is performed in response to the video call request, an identification feature included in the scene image is detected, and a scene corresponding to the scene image is judged according to the identification feature; if the scene corresponding to the scene image is an outdoor scene, recording strange face images appearing in the scene image; and setting the strange face image with the occurrence frequency reaching the preset occurrence frequency as an alarm image, and outputting the alarm image to the specified user. Specifically, the wearable device detects identification features included in a scene image, such as a blackboard in a classroom, a podium in the classroom, an outdoor billboard and the like, recognizes contour features of the object or character information included in the object as the identification features, so that the scene where the wearable device is located is judged according to the identification features, such as trees and the billboard are recognized in the scene image and characters of a people square on the billboard, the wearable device is judged to be located in the outdoor scene, the wearable device records strange face images in the captured scene image and records the occurrence frequency of each strange face image, when the strange face images with the occurrence frequency reaching a preset occurrence frequency exist, strangers corresponding to the strange face images can be considered to be located near a user of the wearable device for a long time, and setting the strange face image as an alarm image, and sending the alarm image to a device used by a specified user of the wearable device so as to warn the specified user to attend suspicious people nearby the user of the wearable device.
Further optionally, after the strange face image with the occurrence frequency reaching the preset occurrence frequency is set as an alarm image and before the alarm image is output to the designated user, the current position and the current time of the wearable device are obtained, and the current time, the current position and the alarm image are uploaded to a server to serve as an alarm record; detecting whether the alarm image is matched with a face image of any criminal; and if the alarm information is matched with the alarm image, controlling the wearable device to output alarm information comprising the alarm image so as to prompt the user wearing the wearable device to pay attention to personal safety. Specifically, after detecting the alarm image existing nearby, the wearable device further acquires the current time and the current position, uploads the current time, the current position and the alarm image to the server as an alarm record, and detects whether the alarm image matches a face image of any criminal according to criminal information published on the internet, so that criminals who wander around the user can be timely monitored, and the image and the criminal information of the criminal are output to warn the user of the wearable device to pay attention to the safety of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the wearable device automatically responds to the video call request, the wearable device can also be in a scene such as a library or a classroom, and at the moment, if the audio of the video call is output, other people nearby will be affected.
As an optional implementation manner, if the scene corresponding to the scene image is a learning scene, the call voice of the specified user is not output in the video call process; recording the conversation voice of the specified user, and identifying the text information corresponding to the conversation voice of the specified user; and outputting the text information on a screen of the wearable device for video call. Specifically, when it is detected that the wearable device is in a learning scene such as a library or a classroom, in order to not affect the learning of other people nearby, the wearable device does not output the call voice of the designated user in the video call process, but outputs the text information on a screen on which the wearable device performs the video call in a manner of recording and recognizing the text information corresponding to the call voice of the designated user, so that the video call is performed without affecting other people.
As another optional implementation manner, after the call voice of the specified user is shielded, the wearable device pushes prompt information to the specified user to inform the specified user that the wearable device is worn in a learning scene currently, and it may be inappropriate to continue the video call, so that the specified user can select whether to continue the video call according to the actual situation, and the interaction process is more humanized.
Therefore, by implementing the embodiment of the invention, the wearable device can automatically respond to the video call request only in the class break time of the user, and the response process is more humanized; in addition, a stranger monitoring function and a voice shielding function are triggered by detecting the current scene, so that the video call process is more humanized and complete in function.

As an optional implementation manner, when receiving the video call request, the user detecting unit 301 detects whether the user sending the video call request is a specific user pre-stored in the wearable device, and may be implemented by: when a user starts the wearable device for the first time, identity authentication information of a designated user needs to be stored in the wearable device in advance, wherein the designated user usually refers to a parent of a child or other guardian, and the identity authentication information may be face information, fingerprint information or voiceprint information of the designated user. When a user initiates a video call request to the wearable device, the device used by the user acquires the authentication information of the user and sends the authentication information to the user detection unit 301, so that the user detection unit 301 detects whether the user sending the video call request is a pre-stored designated user of the wearable device according to the received authentication information when receiving the video call request, and if so, triggers the first control unit 302; and if not, waiting for the user wearing the wearable equipment to process the video call request. Therefore, by implementing the embodiment of the present invention, the user detection unit 301 can intelligently verify the identity of the user who sends the video call request.
As an optional implementation manner, the first control unit 302 controls the camera body to pop up to the first target angle, and detects whether the front camera and/or the rear camera takes the face image of the user at the first target angle, which may be implemented as follows: the first control unit 302 controls the camera body to pop up to the edge position of the range of the preset angle threshold, and detects whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoots to obtain a user face image matched with the user face feature, if so, the response unit 303 is triggered; if not, the first control unit 302 controls the camera main body to rotate by a preset angle within a preset angle threshold range, and detects whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoot to obtain a user face image matched with the user face characteristics again; if the front camera and/or the rear camera cannot shoot the face image of the user within the preset angle threshold range, it is determined that the user of the wearable device is not within the effective shooting range, and at this time, the second control unit 304 is triggered. As can be seen, the first control unit 302 controls the camera body to pop up and searches for the first target angle of the face image of the user within the preset angle threshold range, so that the video call process can obtain a good user angle, and the designated user can still dial the video call when the user does not notice the video call request.
As an alternative embodiment, after the response unit 303 makes a video call in response to the video call request, the response unit 303 may draw the attention of the user by emitting a vibration, a light effect, a ring tone, and the like, considering that the user may not notice that the wearable device worn by the user is making a video call or that the user wears the wearable device on the wrist at this time, and therefore it is necessary to remind the user.
Further optionally, assuming that the user of the wearable device has not noticed that he is engaged in a video call during the call, or the user is walking, the camera that is taking an image of the user's face may again lose the view of the user's face, and, therefore, after the front camera and/or the rear camera captures the face image of the user, the first control unit 302 will also monitor whether the face image of the user is in the effective capture area in the camera capture field of view, when the face image of the user deviates from the effective shooting area, the first control unit 302 controls the camera body to rotate according to the deviation direction and the deviation distance of the face image of the user, the front camera and/or the rear camera can shoot the face image of the user in the effective shooting area, so that the quality of the video image in the video call process is ensured.
As can be seen, in the embodiment of the present invention, when a video call request is received, the user detection unit 301 detects whether a user sending the video call request is a designated user pre-stored in the wearable device; if yes, the first control unit 302 controls the camera body to pop up to a first target angle, and detects whether the front camera and/or the rear camera shoots to obtain a user face image at the first target angle; if the video call request is shot, the response unit 303 responds to the video call request to carry out video call; if the camera is not shot, the second control unit 304 controls the camera body to rotate to the second target angle, and the response unit 303 responds to the video call request to carry out the video call. It can be seen that, when the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, when a parent is a designated user of a child, after sending a video call request to a wearable device worn by the child, the user detection unit 301 detects the identity of the parent, and the response unit 303 directly starts a video call after confirming the identity of the parent, so that the intelligent degree of the wearable device is higher; after the identity of the parent is confirmed, the first control unit 302 knows that the second control unit 304 controls the camera body to rotate, so that the front camera and/or the rear camera on the camera body shoot to obtain a face image or a current environment image of the user, and the parent can timely know the current state of the child, so that the parent is more relieved.
