Abstract

Background

With the advance of national internet bandwidth household gigabit rate, the popularization of mobile terminal 4G and the arrival of 5G, the video contact center has started to gradually enter enterprises as an innovative application, and when a client performs audio and video communication with an agent at an APP terminal or a WEB terminal, the agent needs to push some certificate information or contract terms for the client to sign and confirm or play some guidance videos for the client to watch due to business needs. When pushing the data, another set of communication mode is often needed, so that the whole call flow is complex and redundant, and meanwhile, development and maintenance of IT personnel are not convenient.
