The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, the meaning of a plurality of means is one or more, the meaning of a plurality of means is two or more, and larger, smaller, larger, etc. are understood as excluding the number, and larger, smaller, inner, etc. are understood as including the number. If the first and second are described for the purpose of distinguishing technical features, they are not to be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated or implicitly indicating the precedence of the technical features indicated.
The noun explains:
SIP protocol: SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is a multimedia communication Protocol established by IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force).
SDP: session Description Protocol, a Session Description format Protocol.
DTMF dialing: double Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) is a coding technique that uses two specific single Tone combined signals to represent a digital signal to perform its function.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: the server receives the call request, acquires the calling party information and the called party information (hereinafter, called party information) in the call request, and determines the media service level according to the calling party information and the called party information; and determining a corresponding working mode according to the media service level, selecting one of a media agent or a media bypass, and performing corresponding processing on the media stream data in the conversation process.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, an SIP server receives a call request, acquires calling and called information, acquires calling and called account information according to the calling and called information, acquires service customization data of a calling party account and a called party account from a database, and determines whether at least one of the calling and called parties customizes a media service, if at least one of the parties customizes the media service, the media service level is a necessary proxy, the SIP server will operate in a media proxy mode for the call, and a final effect diagram refers to fig. 4, that is, after a call connection is established between phone terminals 100, media stream data and signaling in the call process are transmitted through an SIP server 200. The method for judging whether the media service is customized according to the service customization data comprises the following steps: through table lookup or rule matching, it is determined whether a customized service includes a call service that must be completed through a media proxy, for example: DMTF dialing, recording service, voice recognition, and the like. If both parties do not customize the media service, the media service level is an unnecessary agent, in some embodiments of the present invention, the SIP server 200 only transmits the signaling generated in the call process for the call that will work in the media bypass mode, the media stream data generated in the call process does not pass through the SIP server 200, and the point-to-point transmission between the phone terminals is directly realized, and the final effect is shown in fig. 5. In other embodiments of the present invention, further comprising: some media proxy switches are set in the SIP server 200 in advance according to the types of call services, and the media service classes of the call services are unnecessary proxies, that is, media proxy may be performed or proxy may not be performed. The SIP server finds that at least one party of the calling party and the called party customizes a call service with a media service level as an unnecessary proxy, and if a corresponding media proxy switch is turned on, the SIP server processes the call in a media proxy mode; otherwise, the call is processed in a media bypassing way.
Referring to fig. 3, in the second embodiment of the present invention, an SIP server receives a call request, acquires calling and called information, acquires calling and called account information according to the calling and called information, acquires service customization data of a calling party account and a called party account from a database, and determines whether at least one of the calling and called parties customizes a media service, if at least one of the parties customizes the media service, the media service level is a necessary proxy, and the SIP server will operate in a media proxy mode for the call; otherwise, further judging whether the call services which are customized and opened by the calling party and the called party comprise the call services of which the preset proxy switch state is open, if so, processing the call in a media proxy mode by the SIP server. In this embodiment of the present invention, it is also determined whether to restrict media proxies within the same lan, i.e., whether the corresponding default proxy switch state is off. If the calling party is closed, IP information of the calling party and the called party is extracted from the calling party and the called party information acquired from the call request, IP classification is determined, and whether the calling party and the called party are in the same local area network or not is judged. If the two terminals are in the same local area network, the SIP server does not need a media proxy, and the final effect is as shown in fig. 5, that is, the SIP server only transmits signaling, and media stream data is directly transmitted between the phone terminals 100. If the calling and called telephone IP are in the same LAN but the corresponding preset proxy switch is already turned on, obviously, the SIP server will process the call in the media proxy mode. It should be understood that, in some embodiments of the present invention, it may also be possible to first determine whether the calling IP and the called IP are in the same lan, and then determine the state of the corresponding preset switch.
In the embodiment of the invention, the media service level of the calling and called communication services of the same local area network can be regarded as the unnecessary agent, so that the corresponding preset agent switch can be uniformly managed with the preset agent switches of the communication services of which the other media service levels are the unnecessary agents. In some embodiments of the invention, an interactive interface is provided, and an agent condition is preset by checking or not, so that the SIP server is controlled to perform dynamic media processing aiming at a single call; in other embodiments of the present invention, an editing interface is provided to directly preset proxy conditions and control the SIP server to perform dynamic media processing. The SIP server receives the call request, acquires service customization data according to the calling and called information, judges whether at least one of the calling and called parties customizes the media service, and performs media proxy on the call process if any party customizes the media service; otherwise, according to the preset proxy condition (which can be expressed as a configuration script or a switch form, etc.), judging the corresponding condition, if the condition is met, processing the call in a media proxy mode; otherwise, the media is processed in a media bypass mode. Taking the same local area network IP as an example, if the corresponding preset proxy switch state is off (or the preset condition includes that media proxy is restricted to be used in the same local area), the SIP server needs to check whether the calling and called IPs are in the same local area network, and if the calling and called IPs are in the same local area network, the media detours.
When the SIP server determines that the call is processed in a media proxy mode, the SDP information of a calling party and a called party is modified firstly, so that media stream data flows through the SIP server, and the media stream data is forwarded to the calling party and the called party through the SIP server at the moment, and reference is made to fig. 4; if the media bypass is used, only the called party is called directly without modifying the SDP information, and finally the media stream data is transmitted directly between the calling and called parties, as shown in fig. 5.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
