Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In a conventional conferencing system, participants typically save conference content by: 1. the content written in the white board of the meeting room is stored by the participants in a photographing mode; 2. for content shared in a conference (for example, screen-shot content, etc.), a content sharer typically sends the shared content by email, IM (Instant Messaging), etc.; 3. the contents such as information of participants and information of a meeting room in a meeting are usually stored by manual recording.
The above modes are carried out by means of tools other than a conference system, and the defects are as follows: 1. low stability, since by other means the effect on the saved content (e.g. photographing resolution, whether to focus, etc.) is difficult to control; 2. the controllability is poor, and whether the screen projection content is changed or not, and whether the records of participant information, meeting room information and the like are accurate or not are difficult to control; 3. the use cost is high, such as photographing records, the participants need to switch the equipment (such as a mobile phone and a notebook computer) from the conference mode to other modes, and the sending and sharing cost is high after the photographing records; 4. the environment requirement is high, and high requirements are provided for light rays in a meeting room, whether a white board reflects light or not, whether personnel are in disorder or not and the like; 5. the real-time performance is poor, the traditional storage mode needs to use a relatively long time to carry out storage work, and the content cannot be stored in real time.
In view of the above, the present disclosure provides a new conference content saving and acquiring scheme. The method mainly uses the biological characteristic information (such as facial makeup, voiceprint, fingerprint, palm print, iris and the like) capable of identifying the participants as a certificate for verification when meeting content is acquired. Specifically, when the conference content is stored, the conference content is stored in association with the biometric information of the participants, and when the conference content needs to be acquired, whether the acquisition of the conference content is permitted is determined by comparing whether the biometric information of the current participant is consistent with the biometric information stored in association with the conference content.
Thus, the present disclosure may be such that: 1. the conference content is stored into a full-automatic behavior without manual participation of any participant; 2. the conference content storage and acquisition can be completely executed in the conference system, the conference participants do not need to switch equipment, the conference content can be stored and restored by 100 percent, and no content loss exists; 3. the biological characteristic information of any participant who participates in the conference can be used as a certificate during verification, and the participant does not need to perform additional conference content sharing operation; 4. the whole process can be assisted without any other equipment, and the use cost is low; 5. the biological characteristic information is used for storing and acquiring, and the method is simple and quick and has low time cost.
Details related to the conference content saving and acquiring scheme of the present disclosure are further described below.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow chart of a conference content saving and acquiring method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Wherein the method shown in fig. 1 may be performed by a conferencing system. The conference system can be used for realizing a single-point conference and can also be used for realizing a multi-point conference.
As shown in fig. 1, during the conference, steps S110 and S120 may be performed to save the conference content. After the conference is interrupted or ended, the flow of step S130 to step S150 may be performed in response to the conference content acquisition request to acquire the conference content.
Conference content saving process
In step S110, first biometric information capable of identifying the first participant is acquired.
The first participant in the present disclosure refers to a person participating in a conference, and specifically may be a person participating in the conference all the time, a person participating in the conference midway, or a person who leaves the conference midway after a period of time.
The first biometric information refers to information that can be used to identify the first participant. The first biometric information may refer to information that can identify the first participant in a physiological feature dimension, for example, the first biometric information may be, but is not limited to, facial phase, voiceprint, fingerprint, palm print, iris, and other physiological feature information inherent to a human body that can be used to authenticate the identity of the human.
As an example, a sensor may be utilized to collect first biometric information of a first participant. The sensor may include, but is not limited to, an image sensor, a sound sensor, a fingerprint sensor, a palm print sensor, an iris sensor, and the like. For example, in the process of a conference, the biometric information of the participants can be collected in real time by using the sensor, so that the biometric information of all the participants can be obtained when the conference is finished.
In step S120, the meeting content is saved in association with at least a portion of the first biometric information of the first participant.
Meeting content referred to in this disclosure may include, but is not limited to, content displayed on an electronic whiteboard, content and comments shared by participants (e.g., content shared by participants on a projector, speech content posted by participants, etc.), participant information, meeting information, and so on. The participant information may include, but is not limited to, names, positions, locations, and the like, and the meeting information may include, but is not limited to, meeting time, meeting locations, and the like, and information related to meeting attributes.
The conference content may be saved to the cloud (e.g., may be saved to a server) in association with at least a portion of the first biometric information of the first participant, or the conference content may be saved locally (e.g., may be saved to a local conferencing device) in association with at least a portion of the first biometric information of the first participant. The present disclosure is not limited to a specific storage manner of the meeting content and the first biometric information.
As an example, the conference content may be saved in association with the first biometric information in response to the first biometric information being saved (i.e., recorded, retrieved). For example, the biological feature information of the newly added participants can be captured and recorded continuously during the conference, and the conference content can be saved and updated at any time after the biological feature information of any participant is recorded. For another example, the biometric information of the newly added participant may be captured and recorded continuously during the conference, and when the conference is finished, the conference content may be stored in association with the biometric information of all the recorded participants.
The first biological characteristic information which can be used for identifying the first participant is stored in association with the conference content, so that the biological characteristic information of any participant who participates in the conference can be used as a certificate for verification in the follow-up acquisition of the conference content, and the conference content can be automatically stored without the participant performing additional operation.
Meeting content acquisition process
When the conference needs to be restored at another time and/or space after the conference is interrupted due to changes in external conditions such as time, space, and participants, a conference content obtaining request (i.e., a conference restoring request) may be initiated by the participants, and in response to the conference content obtaining request, steps S130 to S150 may be performed to determine whether to obtain the conference content, i.e., whether to restore the saved conference. In addition, after the meeting is ended, in the case that the participant needs to organize a new meeting to convey the meeting content to other people (i.e. new participants), the original participant may initiate a meeting content acquisition request, and in response to receiving the meeting content acquisition request, steps S130 to S150 may be performed to determine whether to acquire the meeting content.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S130, second biometric information capable of identifying a second participant is acquired.
The second participant in the present disclosure may refer to a participant who participates in the conference when the conference is resumed after the conference is interrupted, or refer to a participant who participates in the conference when the original participant (i.e., the first participant mentioned above) organizes a new conference after the conference is finished.
The second biometric information refers to information that can be used to identify the second participant. The second biometric information may refer to information that is capable of identifying the second participant in a physiological feature dimension, for example, the second biometric information may be, but is not limited to, facial features, voiceprints, fingerprints, palm prints, irises, and other physiological feature information that is inherent to a human body and can be used to authenticate the identity of the human.
As an example, a sensor may be utilized to collect second biometric information of a second participant. The sensor may include, but is not limited to, an image sensor, a sound sensor, a fingerprint sensor, a palm print sensor, an iris sensor, and the like.
In step S140, the second biometric information of at least part of the second participant is compared with the first biometric information associated with the meeting content desired to be obtained.
In step S150, it is determined whether to acquire the conference content according to the comparison result.
As described above, the first biometric information can identify a first participant, the second biometric information can identify a second participant, the first participant refers to a participant who participates in the conference during the conference, the second participant refers to a participant who resumes the conference after the conference is interrupted, or refers to a participant who participates in the conference when a new conference is organized by an original participant (i.e., the first participant mentioned above) after the conference is finished.
Thus, by comparing at least part of the second biometric information of the second participant with the first biometric information associated with the desired conference content, it can be determined whether there is a first participant that is the same as the second participant.
As an example, the conference content may be acquired in the case where there is a first participant who is the same as the second participant, or may be acquired in the case where there is a number of first participants who are the same as the second participant that is greater than a predetermined threshold (i.e., a second predetermined threshold mentioned below). The obtaining of the conference content, that is, the obtaining of the conference content is allowed, may be obtaining the conference content from a cloud or obtaining the conference content from a local place.
In other words, the conference content may be acquired in the case where there is first biometric information that is the same as or has a degree of similarity greater than a first predetermined threshold with respect to second biometric information, or may also be acquired in the case where the number of second biometric information that is the same as or has a degree of similarity greater than a first predetermined threshold with respect to first biometric information is greater than a second predetermined threshold.
Therefore, when meeting content needs to be acquired, the biological characteristic information of the current participant is compared with the biological characteristic information associated with the pre-stored meeting content, and whether the meeting content can be acquired can be determined according to the comparison result. Therefore, after the conference is interrupted and the conference needs to be recovered, the conference content acquisition method can be used for recovering the previous conference content at different time or place, and the conference can be ensured to continue.
It should be noted that the acquired conference content may be a part of the conference content or may be all of the conference content. For example, when obtaining the conference content after the conference break, the conference content within a predetermined time period (e.g., the last ten minutes) before the conference break may be obtained.
After the meeting content is acquired, the acquired meeting content may be output. Here, the acquired conference content may be output as it is, or the acquired conference content may be processed and the processed conference content may be output. For example, after the conference content is acquired, new conference content may be added thereto, or the acquired conference content may be modified, or a part of the conference content may be selected in a targeted manner.
Application example
The following describes an exemplary procedure of saving and restoring a conference in conjunction with a specific application example. In the following description, biometric information is used as a face, and it should be understood that biometric information of a participant may be captured by a corresponding detection device with respect to biometric information such as a fingerprint, a palm print, a voice print, and an iris.
1. Conference saving process
Fig. 2A shows a conference save flow diagram.
Referring to fig. 2A, when a participant enters a conference room, a camera may be used to capture a face of the participant, perform face detection, and record face information. Conference content can be saved and updated at any time after any face information (such as but not limited to participant a, participant B, etc.) is recorded. The face information of the newly added participant can be continuously captured and recorded in the conference process, so that the conference content packet can be stored and bound with the face information recorded in all conferences when the conference is finished, namely, the conference content is stored in association with all the recorded face information.
As an example, content generated in a meeting may be automatically saved to the meeting content repository in real-time. The conference content library may be located in a memory of the device itself or in a cloud server. The face information of the newly added participants can be continuously captured and recorded in the conference process, and the face information recorded in the conference can be stored in a conference content library in a manner of being associated with the conference content when the conference is finished.
2. Conference recovery procedure
Fig. 2B shows a conference resumption flow diagram.
Referring to fig. 2B, when the conference needs to continue in another time and/or space after interruption, face detection may be performed again, face information may be captured, and the captured face information may be compared with stored face information (which may be face information of any stored participant). As an example, when a meeting needs to be restored, all saved meeting content may be presented first, and in response to a user selecting meeting content to be restored, face information may be captured and compared with face information associated with the selected meeting content.
The saved conference can be restored under the condition that any one piece of face information is successfully compared, and the saved conference can be restored under the condition that the number of the successfully compared face information is larger than a preset threshold value. For example, if the face information of any person is successfully matched with the face information in the conference content library, the conference content associated with the face information is called from the conference content library, and the conference content is restored to the conference device in the current conference room.
