Abstract
A circuit breaker device with fault recording performance comprises a second shell, a third shell, a circuit breaker main body and a double-layer current collector; the second shell and the third shell are buckled to form a first hollow shell, and the circuit breaker main body and a double-layer current collector beside the circuit breaker main body are arranged in the space in the first hollow shell; the double-layer current collector is used for carrying out fault recording on the breaker main body. The defect that the breaker does not have the fault recording function in the prior art is effectively overcome by combining other structures.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of circuit breakers, and particularly relates to a circuit breaker device with fault recording performance.
Background
A low-voltage circuit breaker (once called an automatic switch) is a switching device which can not only connect and disconnect normal load current and overload current, but also connect and disconnect short-circuit current. The low-voltage circuit breaker has certain protection functions such as overload, short circuit, leakage protection and the like besides the function of starting control in the circuit. It can be used to distribute electric energy, protect power supply circuit and motor, and can automatically cut off circuit when they have serious overload or short circuit and under-voltage faults, and its function is equivalent to the combination of fuse switch and over-and under-heat relay. Moreover, after the fault current is cut off, parts do not need to be changed generally, and the method is widely applied.
In recent years, more and more circuit breakers with an electric energy metering function and circuit breakers with a remote control function appear to replace the traditional circuit breakers, and although the functions are more and more, the reliability is reduced. With the increasing expansion of the scale of power grids, an intelligent circuit breaker with complete functions of fault diagnosis, post-accident data analysis, protection and the like is urgently needed, and the intelligent circuit breaker plays an important role in safe and reliable operation of a power system.
And the fault recording is a scheduling end network fault diagnosis system based on fault recording information. The fault recorder is used for a power system, can automatically and accurately record the change conditions of various electrical quantities in the processes before and after a fault when the system has the fault, and has important functions of analyzing and comparing the electrical quantities, analyzing and processing the fault, judging whether protection acts correctly or not and improving the safe operation level of the power system.
At present, the circuit breaker does not have a fault recording function.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the circuit breaker apparatus with fault recording capability includes a second housing 4, a third housing 7, a circuit breaker main body 5, and a double-layer current collector 6;
the second shell 4 and the third shell 7 are buckled to form a first hollow shell, and the circuit breaker main body 5 and a double-layer current collector 6 beside the circuit breaker main body 5 are arranged in the space in the first hollow shell; the breaker main body 5 is fixedly connected in the space in the first hollow shell in a threaded connection mode. The double-layer current collector 6 is used for carrying out fault recording on the breaker main body 5. The second casing 4 and the third casing 7 may be fastened together by screwing bolts. The Rogowski coil 6-2 adopts a rigid Rogowski coil. The rigid Rogowski coil adopts a circuit board drawing mode, is suitable for measuring alternating current in a wider frequency range, has no special requirements on conductors and sizes, has quicker instant response capability, and is particularly suitable for occasions needing wide-frequency and large-current measurement similar to the fault recording function of the invention. The circuit breaker device with the fault recording performance further comprises a first shell 1, an electric operating mechanism 3 and a circuit board 2; the first shell 1 and the second shell 4 are buckled to form a second hollow shell; the circuit board 2 and the electric operating mechanism 3 are arranged in the space in the hollow shell II. The circuit board 2 can be a single chip microcomputer. The Rogowski coil is a hollow annular coil and comprises a coil and a framework, the framework is flexible and rigid, the flexible framework is called as a flexible Rogowski coil, the rigid framework is called as a rigid Rogowski coil, a drawing circuit board belongs to rigid materials, and the Rogowski coil is manufactured in a drawing circuit board mode, namely a lead is drawn on the circuit board according to a certain rule.

The working principle of the electric operating mechanism is as follows: the electric operating mechanism is driven by a micro motor 3-1, the micro motor 3-1 drives a cross worm 3-2 to rotate, the cross worm 3-2 drives a double-layer reduction gear I3-3 to rotate, the double-layer reduction gear I3-3 drives a double-layer reduction gear II 3-4 to rotate, the double-layer reduction gear II 3-4 drives a double-layer reduction gear III 3-5 to rotate, the double-layer reduction gear III 3-5 drives a special-shaped convex gear 3-6 to rotate, the special-shaped convex gear 3-6 pushes a handle to link with a push rod 3-7 to push the handle to rotate clockwise to realize electric switching-on operation, or the special-shaped convex gear 3-6 pushes the handle to link with the push rod 3-7 to push a tripping lever 3-8 to realize electric switching-off operation.
The cross worm is arranged on the micro motor 3-1 and can synchronously rotate forwards and backwards along with the micro motor 3-1 as shown in figure 5. The lower figure is a cross-worm with structure not mounted on the micro-motor 3-1.
As shown in fig. 6, the protruding part of the protruding gear 3-6 can be used to push the handle to rotate in conjunction with the push rod 3-7, so as to drive the handle to close the switch, and the protruding part of the protruding gear 3-6 can be used to push the trip lever 3-8 to trigger the switch. The lower drawing shows the structure of the special-shaped gear when the special-shaped gear is not installed.
The handle linkage push rod is synchronous with the action of the handle as shown in figures 7 and 8, the handle linkage push rod rotates clockwise, the handle also rotates clockwise, the handle linkage push rod rotates anticlockwise, and the handle also rotates anticlockwise. The lower drawing shows the structure of the handle linked push rod when not installed.
The tripping lever is shown in fig. 9, the counterclockwise rotation of the convex part in the special-shaped gear 3-6 with the convex is used for pushing the tripping lever 3-8 to trigger the brake opening. Fig. 9 is a structure of the uninstalled trip levers 3 to 8.
The connection relation of all parts of the disconnecting breaker main body 5 is shown in fig. 3, an incoming wiring terminal 5-1, a short-circuit release 5-3, a contact 5-5, a bimetallic strip 5-6 and an outgoing wiring terminal 5-9 are sequentially connected in series, and a connecting line between the bimetallic strip 5-6 and the outgoing wiring terminal 5-9 needs to penetrate through the double-layer current collector 6. The handles 5-7 can control the on/off of the contact, and the state indicating frame indicates the on/off state of the contact.
The double-metal adjusting screw is shown in fig. 10, and has the function of adjusting the angle and the bending degree of the bimetallic strip 5-6. The structure is shown in fig. 10.
The breaker main body 5 comprises an incoming wiring terminal 5-1, an arc extinguish chamber 5-2, a short circuit release 5-3, a double-metal adjusting screw 5-4, a contact 5-5, a bimetallic strip 5-6, a handle 5-7, a state indicating frame 5-8 and an outgoing wiring terminal 5-9. The double-layer current collector 6 and the micro motor are both connected to the circuit board 2. Therefore, the double-layer current collector 6 can transmit collected signals to the circuit board 2, and in addition, the circuit board 2 can also operate the micro motor to operate.
