The intelligent lamp pole based highway traffic early warning device comprehensively applies advanced information technology, data communication technology, electronic control technology, computer processing and other technologies to a highway traffic transportation system, acquires, transmits and processes traffic information through the intelligent lamp pole, analyzes, coordinates and processes various traffic conditions through the intelligent lamp pole area control device by means of various scientific and technological means and equipment, and establishes a real-time, accurate and efficient automatic highway traffic monitoring system, thereby providing a real-time traffic accident prevention, monitoring, transmission and processing scheme for drivers and traffic supervision departments.

By the method, dangerous driving behaviors can be found timely and effectively, the intelligent lamp pole area control device can issue instructions to the intelligent lamp pole along the illegal vehicle in time, the driver is reminded of the driving behaviors, image evidences are stored timely, and the beneficial effects of preventing traffic accidents and/or providing effective evidences for traffic management departments are achieved. Through the technical scheme, a large amount of useless video information is not required to be stored, and the storage space of the intelligent lamp pole carrying and intelligent lamp pole area control device server is saved.

if the intelligent lamp post is within the range, judging that the intelligent lamp post meets the traffic regulation, and transmitting data to the intelligent lamp post regional control device through the data interaction unit;
if not, calling the front image of the vehicle; the intelligent lamp post area control device comprises a data interaction unit, a control unit and a control unit, wherein the data interaction unit is used for transmitting abnormal data to the intelligent lamp post area control device;
judging whether the vehicle is positioned in the emergency stop lane; if not, the vehicle is not positioned in the emergency parking lane, the step is carried out, violation is judged, and the intelligent lamp post transmits abnormal data to the intelligent lamp post area control device through the data interaction unit;

if the times are higher than the times of the highest lane change which can be carried out on the highway section, judging that the traffic regulation is not met;
if the times are lower than the times of the highest lane change of the highway section, calling a front image of the vehicle before the vehicle is pressed and an image of a left lane and a right lane adjacent to the vehicle; the front image of the vehicle and the images of the left and right adjacent lanes during the vehicle line pressing running are obtained; the front image of the vehicle after the vehicle is pressed and driven and the images of the left and right adjacent lanes are displayed;
recognizing front images of vehicles before, during and after line pressing driving of the vehicles and images of left and right adjacent lanes, judging whether other vehicles and the vehicles run in parallel front and back or not in the images, if not, avoiding illegal overtaking behaviors, and not transmitting abnormal data to the intelligent lamp pole area control device through the data interaction unit of the intelligent lamp pole;
if yes, judging whether the numerical value of the minimum distance between the other vehicles and the front and back of the vehicle is more than the minimum distance value which is acceptable for overtaking and is regulated by traffic regulations or not;
if not, judging that the vehicle has illegal overtaking behaviors if the vehicle is not more than the minimum distance value accepted by overtaking specified by the traffic regulation, and carrying out the step of transmitting abnormal data to the intelligent lamp post regional control device after the data interaction unit of the intelligent lamp post is coded;
if the vehicle overtaking distance is larger than the minimum distance value accepted by overtaking specified by the traffic regulation, judging that the vehicle does not have illegal overtaking behavior, and transmitting abnormal data to the intelligent lamp post regional control device without the data interaction unit of the intelligent lamp post;
comparing the vehicle sound with standard data, and judging whether the vehicle sound is smaller than the highest reasonable volume of the highway section covered by the intelligent lamp post; the maximum reasonable volume is obtained from the intelligent lamp pole area control device through the data interaction unit;
if the volume is less than the maximum reasonable volume, judging that data are not transmitted to the intelligent lamp pole area control device through the data interaction unit;
if not, acquiring images of the fronts of all suspected vehicles covered in the highway section through the intelligent lamp pole, and carrying out the next step, wherein the images are larger than the highest reasonable volume;
the intelligent lamp pole area control device encodes the front images of all suspected vehicles covered in the highway section by the intelligent lamp poles and transmits the front images to the intelligent lamp poles along the front;
each intelligent lamp pole in the front along the way collects the front images of the vehicles in all lanes with the vehicle sound and transmits the front images to the first intelligent lamp pole area control device for receiving the front images of all suspected vehicles through the data interaction unit for identification;
the first intelligent lamp pole area control device which receives the front images of all suspected vehicles identifies the front images of all vehicles in all lanes collected by all intelligent lamp poles in the front along with the front images of all suspected vehicles in real time;
identifying only a single vehicle, and simultaneously displaying the front images of all suspected vehicles in abnormal data and the front images of the vehicles in all lanes collected by all intelligent lamp posts along the front, and judging that the single vehicle is dangerous driving and a suspected violent vehicle;
the first intelligent lamp post regional control device receiving the abnormal data transmits the abnormal data to the intelligent lamp post regional control device along the front direction through data interaction unit coding;
the vehicle dynamic information is acquired through the intelligent lamp pole; comparing and analyzing the vehicle dynamic information and the standard data at least once in the coverage area of each intelligent lamp post;
the vehicle essential information is transmitted between the intelligent lamp post regional control devices through which the vehicle passes, and is issued to any intelligent lamp post in the region through any intelligent lamp post regional control device, and the intelligent lamp posts along the vehicle do not collect the vehicle essential information any more;
judging whether abnormal data exist or not according to the comparison analysis result;
coding the abnormal data, intercepting and coding the data without abnormality;
the intelligent lamp post area control device is used for carrying out data interaction with the intelligent lamp post area control device, storing abnormal data according to codes, respectively informing a traffic police department to carry out accident handling according to the types of the abnormal data, and instructing a driver to correct errors as soon as possible through vehicle-mounted equipment or a driver mobile terminal so as to avoid danger;
and the intelligent lamp post area control device respectively informs the highway maintenance department, the emergency rescue department and the fire fighting department to carry out accident handling according to the abnormal data types.

The intelligent lamp pole-based highway traffic warning method according to claim 1, wherein the highway information comprises highway information data which can be input and highway information data necessary for the intelligent lamp pole; the highway information data which can be input comprises meteorological information; the necessary highway information data of wisdom lamp pole includes: image information of a road surface, image information of a guardrail and image information of a green belt; gather highway information, include: obtaining highway information data which can be input and collecting necessary highway information data of the intelligent lamp pole; the intelligent lamp post is used for collecting the necessary highway information data of the intelligent lamp post;
the method for obtaining the highway information data capable of being input comprises the following steps:
judging whether the intelligent lamp pole needs to be started to collect the inputtable highway information data or not by the intelligent lamp pole area control device;
if not, the obtained highway information data capable of being input is sent to the intelligent lamp pole from the intelligent lamp pole area control device through the intelligent lamp pole data interaction unit instead of being collected by the intelligent lamp pole;
if yes, the intelligent lamp pole collects the inputtable highway information data.

The intelligent lamp pole-based highway traffic early warning method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of comparing and analyzing the classified road information with the standard data comprises the step of comparing and analyzing the classified necessary road information data of the intelligent lamp pole with the standard data, and the specific steps comprise:
comparing the meteorological information, the highway pavement image information, the guardrail image information and the green belt image information collected by the intelligent lamp post with corresponding standard data respectively, and judging whether the difference between the meteorological information, the highway pavement image information, the guardrail image information and the green belt image information is greater than a set threshold value or not;
if the difference is larger than the set threshold value, judging that abnormal data exists, and intercepting and coding the image; the intelligent lamp post control method comprises the following steps that data interaction is carried out on an intelligent lamp post regional control device through an intelligent lamp post data interaction unit, and abnormal data are transmitted;
if not, judging that abnormal data does not exist if the difference is smaller than a set threshold value;
and after the abnormal data are transmitted, the intelligent lamp pole area control device stores the abnormal data according to the codes and respectively informs a responsible department of treatment according to the types of the abnormal data.

An intelligent lamp pole controller, which is applied to a highway traffic early warning device based on an intelligent lamp pole and is used for implementing the highway traffic early warning method based on the intelligent lamp pole according to any one of claims 1 to 3, and is characterized in that the intelligent lamp pole controller is used for controlling the intelligent lamp pole and is managed and controlled by an intelligent lamp pole area control device; wisdom lamp pole controller includes: the system comprises an acquisition unit, a data interaction unit and an analysis unit;

the data interaction unit is used for encoding the data with abnormality, intercepting and encoding the data without abnormality, and performing data interaction with the intelligent lamp pole area control device.

the image module is used for acquiring vehicle information and road information; the vehicle information includes: vehicle essential information and vehicle dynamic information; the vehicle essential information comprises license plate information, vehicle height information, vehicle length information, a vehicle front image and a vehicle back image; the vehicle dynamic information comprises vehicle speed and a vehicle driving lane; the vehicle information is the vehicle information in the coverage area of each intelligent lamp post covered by the vehicle; the highway information comprises highway information data which can be input and necessary highway information data of the intelligent lamp pole; the highway information data which can be input comprises meteorological information; the necessary highway information data of wisdom lamp pole includes: image information of a road surface, image information of a guardrail and image information of a green belt;
the sound module is used for collecting vehicle sound information in the vehicle dynamic information;
the weather module is used for collecting weather information or using weather information which can be input into the highway information data;
the analysis unit includes: a judging module and a standard module;
the judgment module is used for comparing and analyzing the vehicle essential information and the standard data; the system is also used for comparing and analyzing the classified vehicle dynamic information with the standard data; the system is also used for comparing and analyzing the classified road information with standard data;
the standard module is used for storing and processing standard data which are sent by the intelligent lamp post area control device and are used for being judged by the judgment module;
the data interaction unit comprises: the system comprises an encoding module, a routing module, a sending module and a receiving module;
the encoding module is used for encoding the data with the abnormality, intercepting and encoding the data without the abnormality so as to carry out routing and storage correctly;
the routing module is used for transmitting instructions and data information among the intelligent lamp pole area control device, the intelligent lamp pole and/or the vehicle-mounted equipment or the mobile terminal;
the sending module is used for sending the coded abnormal data and/or the coded abnormal data to the intelligent lamp pole area control device and sending the instruction and data information sent by the intelligent lamp pole area control device to other intelligent lamp poles and/or vehicle-mounted equipment and/or mobile terminals;
the receiving module is used for receiving the instruction and the data information sent by the intelligent lamp pole area control device and/or other intelligent lamp poles.

the analysis unit is used for comparing and analyzing the collected information and the set information, and the set information comprises input standard data; the intelligent lamp post area control device is used for receiving the abnormal data and identifying the front images of the vehicles in all lanes collected by the intelligent lamp posts in the front along the road in real time with the front image of each vehicle in the front images of all suspected vehicles; identifying only a single vehicle, and simultaneously judging that the single vehicle is dangerous driving and a suspected violent vehicle in front images of all suspected vehicles in abnormal data and front images of vehicles in all lanes collected by all intelligent lamp posts along the front; judging whether the intelligent lamp pole needs to be started to collect and input highway information data or not;
the setting module is used for setting standard data of the intelligent lamp pole, time and/or length of information acquisition, the intelligent lamp pole covered by the intelligent lamp pole area control device and a highway section covered by the intelligent lamp pole; the standard data set by the setting module comprises vehicle speed, classified vehicle dynamic information, license plate information, road information, vehicle driving lanes and vehicle sound;
the storage module is used for storing the abnormal data according to the codes after transmitting the abnormal data to the intelligent lamp pole regional control device; the intelligent lamp post area control device is used for storing instructions, data information and image information transmitted among the intelligent lamp post area control device, the intelligent lamp post and/or vehicle-mounted equipment or the mobile terminal.
7. The intelligent lamp pole zone control device as claimed in claim 6, applied to a highway traffic early warning device based on an intelligent lamp pole, wherein the processing unit comprises: the system comprises an image module, a sound module and a weather module;

the coding module is used for recoding the abnormal data with the codes sent by the intelligent lamp pole and the intercepted abnormal data with the codes so as to correctly perform routing and storage between the intelligent lamp pole area control devices; the intelligent lamp post area control device is also used for coding data information so as to be correctly routed to the intelligent lamp post of the highway section covered by the intelligent lamp post area control device;
the routing module is used for transmitting instructions and data information among the intelligent lamp pole area control device, the intelligent lamp pole and/or the vehicle-mounted equipment or the mobile terminal;
the sending module is used for sending the coded abnormal data to other intelligent lamp pole area control devices for coding and the coded abnormal data; the intelligent lamp post control device is also used for sending the instruction and the data information sent by other intelligent lamp post area control devices to the intelligent lamp post of the highway section covered by the intelligent lamp post area control device and/or the vehicle-mounted equipment or the mobile terminal passing through the section;
