The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
In order to make the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application better understood and make the above objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more comprehensible, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flowchart of a dangerous goods positioning method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the dangerous goods positioning method may be applied to a device with a dangerous goods positioning function (referred to as a dangerous goods positioning device herein) in a Video monitoring system, and may include, but is not limited to, a Video monitoring front-end device (such as an IPC (Internet protocol camera)) or a Video monitoring back-end device (such as an NVR (Network Video Recorder)), and as shown in fig. 1, the dangerous goods positioning method may include the following steps:
and S100, acquiring a monitoring picture of the monitoring area, and identifying dangerous goods in the monitoring picture.
In the embodiment of the application, the dangerous goods positioning device may obtain a monitoring picture of a monitoring area through a video monitoring front-end device (hereinafter, IPC is taken as an example), and identify goods appearing in the monitoring picture to determine whether dangerous goods exist.
For example, the hazardous article locating device may model the article present in the monitoring screen and match the model of the hazardous article stored in advance to determine whether the hazardous article is present in the monitoring screen.
For another example, a database of dangerous goods may be established, and the dangerous goods may be determined by image segmentation and similarity comparison.
For another example, a neural network is trained from an existing image of the dangerous goods, and then the trained neural network is used to identify the dangerous goods.
And step S120, when the dangerous goods are identified, positioning the dangerous goods and the first target object related to the dangerous goods, and sending the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object to a specified terminal.
In this embodiment of the application, when the dangerous goods positioning device identifies that a dangerous goods exists in the monitoring screen, the dangerous goods positioning device may associate the dangerous goods with an object appearing in the monitoring screen to determine an object associated with the dangerous goods (referred to as a first target object herein, which may also be referred to as a holder of the dangerous goods).
The first target object associated with the dangerous goods is the object carrying the dangerous goods.
In the embodiment of the application, after the dangerous goods positioning device determines the first target object associated with the dangerous goods, the dangerous goods and the first target object can be positioned, and the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object are sent to a designated terminal, such as an alarm processing terminal, and further, an alarm processing person (such as a security guard, a patrol officer, a dart, etc.) can track the dangerous goods and the first target object according to the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object received by the alarm processing terminal, so that dangerous behaviors which may occur can be prevented in time.
In one example, the position information of the dangerous goods can be determined based on the position information of the monitoring front-end device monitoring the dangerous goods and the information such as the angle of view of the dangerous goods, or the corresponding scene position can be determined according to the matching of the background images, so that the position information of the dangerous goods can be determined.
As can be seen, in the method flow shown in fig. 1, by identifying the dangerous goods in the monitoring screen of the monitoring area, when the dangerous goods are found, the dangerous goods and the first target object associated with the dangerous goods are located, and the position information of the dangerous goods and the first target object is sent to the designated terminal, and the alarm processing personnel performs corresponding processing according to the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object, so that the coverage range of finding the dangerous goods is expanded, and the efficiency and accuracy of finding the dangerous goods are improved.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the alarm processing person to more accurately find the holder of the dangerous goods, when the positioning device for the dangerous goods sends the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object to the alarm processing terminal, the positioning device for the dangerous goods may also send the information of the first target object, such as the image information and the identification information of the first target object, to the alarm processing terminal, so that the alarm processing person may more accurately find the first target object according to the image information and the identification information of the first target object.
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, when a dangerous object is identified, the dangerous object locating method may further include:
acquiring image information and identity identification information of a first target object;
and sending the image information and the identity identification information of the first target object to an alarm processing terminal.
In this embodiment, when the dangerous goods positioning device identifies that a dangerous goods exists in the monitoring picture and determines the first target object, the dangerous goods positioning device may query the information of the first target object in the data center according to the face snapshot image of the first target object.
The information of the first target object may include, but is not limited to, identification information (e.g., identification card information) of the first target object, image information (e.g., a certificate photo), and the like.
In this embodiment, after the image information and the identification information of the first target object are queried by the hazardous article positioning device, the acquired image information and the acquired identification information of the first target object may be sent to the alarm processing terminal, so that after the alarm processing personnel finds the first target object according to the position information of the first target object, the identity of the first target object may be verified according to the image information and the identification information of the first target object.
Further, in the embodiment of the invention, considering that most dangerous behaviors belong to impulsive behaviors, if warning reminding can be given in time, the dangerous behaviors can be prevented to a certain extent.
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, when a dangerous object is identified, the dangerous object locating method may further include:
acquiring communication identification information of a first target object;
and carrying out alarm reminding on the first target object according to the communication identification information of the first target object.
In this embodiment, the data center may further store communication identification information, such as a telephone number, and after the dangerous goods positioning device determines the first target object, the data center may search for the matched communication identification information according to the face image of the first target object, and perform an alarm prompt to the first target object according to the communication identification information of the first target object, for example, perform a telephone call or/and a short message alarm prompt to the first target object.
Further, in the embodiments of the present application, it is contemplated that the dangers of different types of hazardous materials may vary greatly, for example, stick sticks are less dangerous than gun explosives and stick sticks are more dangerous; similarly, the risk of carrying a hazardous material by different types of objects may vary greatly, e.g., an object with excessive risk may be relatively more dangerous than an object without excessive risk, and an object with less risk may be relatively less dangerous.
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, when a dangerous object is identified, the dangerous object locating method may further include:
determining a danger coefficient and/or danger information of the first target object;
and sending the danger coefficient and/or the danger information of the first target object to an alarm processing terminal.
In this embodiment, after the dangerous goods are identified in the monitoring picture by the dangerous goods positioning device and the first target object is determined, the danger coefficient and/or the danger information of the first target object may be determined.
For example, the danger coefficients of different types of dangerous goods or/and the danger coefficients of different types of objects may be preconfigured, after the dangerous goods are identified in the monitoring screen by the dangerous goods positioning device and the first target object is determined, the type of the dangerous goods or/and the type of the first target object (if there is a dangerous behavior record or there is no dangerous behavior record) may also be determined, and the danger coefficients of the preconfigured different types of dangerous goods or/and the danger coefficients of the different types of objects are queried according to the type of the dangerous goods or/and the type of the first target object to determine the danger coefficient of the first target object.
The danger coefficient of the dangerous goods can be determined according to the use information or/and the function information of the dangerous goods.
For example, for hazardous materials such as firearms (e.g., pistols, submachine guns, etc.), the risk factor can be determined based on their penetration, magazine capacity (for determining the frequency of cartridge changes), etc.
The dangerous information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of an injury range of the dangerous goods (e.g., length of the dangerous goods, farthest distance of injury), a solution of the dangerous goods, which locations around are convenient for hiding, and the like. For example, for guns, etc., the type of bullet-proof vest, hand-held shield; for smoke, etc., the model of the gas mask is indicated; indicating the type of mirror for flash bombs and the like; for fire bombs and the like, fire-resistant materials (e.g., foam extinguishants, etc.), fire-resistant clothing, fire-resistant boots, and the like are indicated. For example, the risk factor W0 of a hazardous item-associated object may be determined by the following equation:
W0=aW1+bW2
where a and b are weighting coefficients, W1 is the risk coefficient of the dangerous goods, and W2 is the risk coefficient of the object.
In this embodiment, after the hazardous material locating device determines the risk coefficient of the first target object, the hazardous material locating device may send the risk coefficient of the first target object to the alarm processing terminal, so that the alarm processing person may take corresponding measures according to the risk coefficient of the first target object.
For example, when the risk factor of the first target object is small, the alarm handler may search for the dangerous goods and the first target object only according to the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object; when the danger coefficient of the first target object is large, the alarm processing personnel can evacuate other personnel in the corresponding place, and search the dangerous goods and the first target object according to the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, after the first target object enters the monitoring area with the dangerous object, the carried dangerous object may be abandoned, and the dangerous object may be acquired by other objects and associated with other objects, at this time, in order to better realize the positioning of the dangerous object, when the dangerous object is associated with other objects, the dangerous object positioning device may acquire and record information of the other objects, such as image information, identity identification information, communication identification information, and the like.
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present application, the above hazardous article location method may further include:
when the dangerous goods are detected to be separated from the first target object and then associated with the second target object, image information, identity identification information and communication identification information of the second target object are recorded.
In this embodiment, after the dangerous goods positioning device detects that the dangerous goods is separated from the first target object, the dangerous goods in the monitoring screen may be locked, and it may be determined whether the dangerous goods is associated with other objects, that is, whether the dangerous goods is picked up by other objects.
After the dangerous goods are separated from the first target object, if the distance between the dangerous goods and other objects is smaller than the preset distance and the motion information is matched with the motion information of the other objects, it can be determined that the dangerous goods are picked up by the other objects.
When the dangerous goods positioning device detects that the dangerous goods is associated with other objects (referred to as second target objects and also referred to as pickers of the dangerous goods herein), the dangerous goods positioning device can record the image information, the identity identification information and the communication identification information of the second target objects, so that when the dangerous goods are not in the monitoring picture, the alarm processing personnel can better position the dangerous goods according to the recorded information of the second target objects.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to specific examples.
Referring to fig. 2, an architecture diagram of a specific application scenario provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 2, where the application scenario may include an IPC, an NVR, a data center, a docket library, and an alarm processing terminal. The IPC is used to obtain a monitoring picture of the monitoring area, and the NVR is used to identify and locate the dangerous goods in the monitoring picture (that is, taking a dangerous goods locating device as an NVR as an example).
As shown in fig. 3, based on the application scenario shown in fig. 2, the implementation flow of the hazardous article location scheme provided in the embodiment of the present application is as follows:
the NVR can acquire a monitoring picture of a monitoring area through the IPC and identify the articles appearing in the picture to determine whether dangerous articles exist.
When the NVR identifies that the dangerous goods exist in the monitoring picture, the NVR can further identify the holder of the dangerous goods and acquire the face snapshot picture of the holder of the dangerous goods through IPC.
The NVR can capture a picture according to the face of the holder of the dangerous goods, query the matched information in the data center to obtain the information of the holder of the dangerous goods, which may include but is not limited to names, identification card information, phone numbers, certificate pictures and the like, and save the queried information of the holder of the dangerous goods to a local database.
The parameter structure of the information of the holder of the dangerous goods can comprise numbers, names, identity card information, telephone numbers, certificates and the like.
In this embodiment, after querying the information of the holder of the dangerous goods, the NVR may send an alarm prompt (including a telephone or/and a short message) to the terminal of the holder of the dangerous physical according to the telephone number of the holder of the dangerous goods.
On the other hand, the NVR may also query the docketing information (e.g., whether there is a dangerous behavior, the number of times of having the dangerous behavior, etc.) of the holder of the dangerous article in the docketing personnel library according to the holder information of the dangerous article, such as the identification card information, calculate the danger coefficient of the holder of the dangerous article according to the queried docketing information of the holder of the dangerous article and the type of the dangerous article, and send the danger coefficient of the holder of the dangerous article, the position of the dangerous article, and the position of the holder of the dangerous article to an alarm processing terminal, such as a terminal device of a searcher within a preset distance from the center of the monitoring area.
In this embodiment, when the NVR detects that the holder of the hazardous article discards the hazardous article, the NVR can lock the hazardous article (monitor the last appearing location of the hazardous article on a fixed point) and detect whether the hazardous article is picked up.
If the NVR detects that the dangerous goods are picked up, the NVR can acquire the face picture of the picker of the dangerous goods through the IPC, searches the matched information in the data center according to the face picture of the picker of the dangerous goods to obtain the information of the picker of the dangerous goods, wherein the information can include but is not limited to names, identity card information, telephone numbers, certificate pictures and the like, and stores the inquired information of the picker of the dangerous goods in a local database.
The parameter structure of the information of the dangerous goods picker can include numbers, names, identity card information, telephone numbers, certificate photos and the like.
It should be noted that when detecting that a dangerous article is picked up, the NVR may also locate the person who picks up the dangerous article, and send the position information of the person who picks up the dangerous article to the alarm processing terminal.
In this embodiment, after the alarm processing person (e.g., a searcher) acquires the location information of the dangerous goods and the holders of the dangerous goods, the dangerous goods and the holders of the dangerous goods can be searched according to the location information of the dangerous goods and the holders of the dangerous goods.
When the searcher finds the holder of the dangerous goods, the identity of the holder of the dangerous goods can be verified in a face recognition mode.
If the dangerous goods are discarded by the holder of the dangerous goods and picked up, the searcher can determine whether the dangerous goods and the pickers of the dangerous goods are in the monitoring area or not, and if so, the searcher searches the dangerous goods and the pickers of the dangerous goods according to the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the pickers of the dangerous goods.
If the dangerous goods are not in the monitoring area, the searcher can inquire the information of the pickers of the dangerous goods and contact the pickers of the dangerous goods according to the inquired information of the pickers of the dangerous goods so as to realize the positioning of the dangerous goods.
When the searcher finds the dangerous goods, the searcher can verify the dangerous goods (verify whether the found dangerous goods are consistent with the dangerous goods identified in the monitoring picture), and store the checking result in the data center.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is not detected that the holder of the dangerous goods is separated from the dangerous goods and the dangerous goods are not in the monitoring area, the searcher may query the information of the holder of the dangerous goods and contact the picker of the dangerous goods according to the queried information of the picker of the dangerous goods, so as to locate the dangerous goods.
In addition, in this embodiment, after the NVR may also identify the hazardous article, the NVR may also save the information of the hazardous article to a local database.
Wherein, the parameter structure of the information of the dangerous goods can comprise: the dangerous goods number, the holder number, the name of the dangerous goods, the appearance time of the dangerous goods (identification of the dangerous goods is identified), the grab photo of the dangerous goods, the grab photo of the holder, the number of the pickup person, the grab photo of the pickup person, the pickup time and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, a monitoring picture of a monitoring area is obtained, and dangerous goods in the monitoring picture are identified; when the dangerous goods are identified, the dangerous goods and the first target object associated with the dangerous goods are positioned, and the position information of the dangerous goods and the position information of the first target object are sent to the appointed terminal, so that the coverage range of dangerous goods discovery is expanded, and the efficiency and the accuracy of dangerous goods discovery are improved.
