As is well known, the configuration of a single computer is limited, in enterprise applications with high concurrency demands, a computer cluster is often needed, multiple computers are taken as a whole to provide related application services, and limited computer resources are utilized to effectively improve concurrency performance of the whole application.
Business intelligence (Business Intelligence, abbreviated as BI) tools refer to an application tool that uses modern data warehouse technology, on-line analysis processing technology, data mining and data presentation technology to analyze, integrate, and use business value to existing data of an enterprise. The method can effectively integrate the existing data of the enterprises, rapidly and accurately provide reports and provide decision bases, and help the enterprises make intelligent business operation decisions.
For large enterprises, after many years of IT informatization construction, multiple BI tools (different construction ages, different project requirements and different adopted BI tools) exist in the enterprises. Different BI tools have different standards and different concepts, and the management and maintenance difficulty of enterprises on the BI cluster system is increased. In addition, because of the dispersion of the BI service deployment in the enterprise, the hardware resources of the BI cluster system cannot be fully utilized due to different products.
Thus, establishing a unified BI service cluster within an enterprise, providing comprehensive BI services for various information subsystems within the enterprise, is important to the enterprise. The BI service cluster comprises two parts, namely a BI cluster and a BI service layer. Each information subsystem in the enterprise can be used as a tenant system to apply BI functions to the BI service cluster. The BI service layer is used for providing user information management, BI authority management, monitoring the use condition of the BI cluster resources and managing and allocating the BI cluster resources of each tenant system. The BI clusters are used for providing data analysis functions, hardware resource elastic management, rapid deployment of new environments and the like. In the construction process of the unified BI service cluster, authority integration is needed to realize unified user management.
Currently, the authority management of the existing BI service cluster is implemented by means of the authority management function of the BI tool, since the enterprise BI cluster generally serves multiple tenant systems, each tenant system contains a large number of users, if the user information of all tenant systems is put into the BI tool for management, the user management pressure of the BI tool is great due to the huge number of users, and the main purpose of the BI tool is to provide comprehensive data analysis capability instead of user management capability.
Therefore, how to build a unified BI service cluster system for an enterprise and provide comprehensive data analysis service for each IT information system in the enterprise is a technical problem to be solved.
