Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic color tracking method for a printer, the method includes obtaining initial color values of pixel points selected from an image to be printed, then adjusting the initial color values to obtain corresponding numbers of color block color values, printing according to the color block color values to obtain a printed color target image corresponding to each color value, comparing the color target image with a sample image to obtain actual color values corresponding to the initial color values, finally processing the actual color values and the initial color values to obtain a color tracking curve, and adjusting the initial color values of all the pixel points in the image to be printed according to the color tracking curve, so as to ensure that colors of the finally printed image are the same as or similar to colors of the sample. The method only needs one-time printing adjustment, is simple and quick, obtains the color tracing curve based on a plurality of pixel points, has small color difference of color tracing, has good restoration effect on the image, and does not need to rely on the personnel of depth toning. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring initial color values of pixel points selected from the image to be printed;
preferably, in this example, one of the initial color values includes an initial input value of a dot area rate of each color channel, and the corresponding actual color value includes an actual input value of a dot area rate of each color channel, and further, the color channels include a basic four-color channel of inkjet printing: cyan channel (C, Cyan), Magenta channel (M, Magenta), Yellow channel (Y, Yellow), and black channel (K, black). The color channels may further include a spot color channel, such as a blue color channel, a red color channel, and the like, and the color tracing methods of all the color channels are the same. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the maximum value of the dot area ratio input of each color channel is 100%, and the minimum value is 0.
Preferably, in order to ensure the accuracy of color chasing, a plurality of initial color values are selected, each initial color value may correspond to only one pixel point or a plurality of pixel points, and the initial input value of the dot area rate of each color channel in each initial color value in the plurality of initial color values is greater than 0, so that the pixel points corresponding to the initial color values are all mixed colors, and the reduction of the number of samples due to the fact that the input value of a certain color channel is zero is avoided. If the initial color value has three values, which are the first initial color value, the second initial color value, and the third initial color value, and the initial input values of the dot area rates of the cyan channel, the magenta channel, the yellow channel, and the black channel of the first initial color value are in the range of 0-35%, the initial input values of the dot area rates of the cyan channel, the magenta channel, the yellow channel, and the black channel of the second initial color value are in the range of 35-70%, and the third initial color valueThe initial input values of the dot area rates of the cyan channel, the magenta channel, the yellow channel and the black channel of the color values are in the range of 70-100%, so that the dispersibility of the sample can be ensured, and the accuracy of color tracing is further ensured; the 3 initial color values obtained from the color values to be adjusted in the image to be printed are respectively P1=(C1、M1、Y1、K1)、P2=(C2、M2、Y2、K2)、P3=(C3、M3、Y3、K3) Then P is1=(C1=20%、M1=30%、Y1=30%、K1=15%)、P2=(C2=50%、M2=40%、Y2=45%、K2=60%)、P3=(C3=80%、M3=72%、Y3=90%、K3100%). Each initial color value selected in the embodiment corresponds to a plurality of pixel points, so that the selected sample has great representativeness, and the final color tracing is more accurate. However, if it is found during preprinting that only the color value of an individual pixel point is greatly different from the color value of the sample, only the initial color value corresponding to the pixel point with relatively large color can be selected, and at this time, one of the initial color values corresponds to one pixel point.
In another embodiment, one of the initial color values may also be selected, which may improve the efficiency of data processing and color tracking, and at the same time, to ensure the accuracy of the color tracking information, the initial input values of the dot area rates of the cyan channel, the magenta channel, the yellow channel, and the black channel in the optimal initial color values are greater than or equal to 40% and less than or equal to n and less than or equal to 60%, so that the selected color values have certain representativeness, and the final color tracking is more accurate.
S2, adjusting the initial color values to obtain color block color values of corresponding number;
specifically, an adjusted color floating value is obtained according to characteristics of printing equipment, the initial color values are respectively adjusted according to the floating value to obtain corresponding amount of color information, and specifically, initial input values of dot area rates of each color channel in the initial color values are respectively adjusted; referring to fig. 2, the specific adjusting steps include:
s21, respectively adjusting the initial input value of the dot area rate of each color channel in the initial color value according to the floating value to obtain the actual input value of the dot area rate corresponding to each color channel;
and S22, arranging and combining the actual input values of the dot area ratios corresponding to each color channel to obtain the color block color values of corresponding quantity.
Acquiring a floating value according to the characteristics of printing equipment, and respectively adjusting the initial input value of the dot area rate of each color channel in the initial color values according to the floating value to obtain the actual input value of the dot area rate of each color channel, for example, the initial input value of the dot area rate of a cyan channel in one initial color value is as follows: cx, the initial input value of the dot area ratio of the magenta channel is: mx, the initial input value of the dot area ratio of the yellow channel is: yx, the initial input value of the dot area ratio of the black channel is: kx, where the floating value is V, and the adjusted actual input value of the dot area ratio of the cyan channel includes: cx + V and Cx-V, the actual input values for the dot area ratios for the magenta channel include: mx + V and Mx-V, the actual input values of the dot area ratios of the yellow channels include: yx + V and Yx-V, the actual input values of the dot area ratio of the black channel include: kx + V and Kx-V. Obtaining color block color value of each color block in the color target map according to the actual input value of the dot area rate corresponding to each color channel, specifically, obtaining 16 groups of color values (X) by arranging and combining the actual input values of the dot area rate corresponding to each color channel1~X16) And 16 groups of color values correspond to one color target map, and each group of color values corresponds to one color block in the color target map. Specifically, please refer to FIG. 3 as X1~X16The color target map corresponding to the initial color values (Cx, Mx, Yx, Kx) includes 16 color patches, and each color patch corresponds to a set of color information.
In another embodiment, the color block color value of each color block in the color target map is obtained according to the actual input value of the halftone dot area rate corresponding to each color channel, specifically, a plurality of values are obtained at certain intervals within the range of the actual input value of the halftone dot area rate corresponding to each color channel, then, the color values of each channel are arranged and combined to obtain the color block color value of one color target map, if 3 values are selected within the range of the actual input value of the halftone dot area rate [ Cx-V: Cx + V ] of the cyan channel, and 3 values are also selected within the range of the actual input value of the halftone dot area rates of the magenta channel, the yellow channel, and the black channel, and then, the color block color values in 81 are obtained by arranging and combining.
S3, printing according to each color block color value to obtain a plurality of printing color blocks, wherein the plurality of printing color blocks form a color target graph;
specifically, each group of color values is numbered according to the permutation and combination, a plurality of printed color blocks are obtained by printing according to the number input color values, and the dry color blocks corresponding to one initial color value form a color target map, so that the color block color value corresponding to each color block can be clearly known. For example, 3 values are selected from the range of actual input values of dot area rates of cyan channel [52-2:52+2] as 50, 52, and 54, the same 3 values are selected from the range of actual input values of dot area rates of magenta channel, yellow channel, and black channel, and then 81 color patch color values are obtained by permutation and combination, for example, the color value of color patch 1 is (C ═ 50, M ═ 50, Y ═ 50, and K ═ 50), the color value of color patch 2 is (C ═ 50, M ═ 50, Y ═ 50, and K ═ 52) … …, see fig. 4 for a color target map of 81 color patches printed according to the color values of the color patches, where each color patch has one color value.
S4, comparing the color target graph with a sample graph corresponding to the image to be printed to obtain an actual color value corresponding to the initial color value;
specifically, referring to fig. 5, the step S4 specifically includes the following steps:
s41, selecting a color block with the minimum color difference value of the pixel points corresponding to the initial color values in the sample image from the color target image to be recorded as a color-tracing color block;
and S42, acquiring color block color values corresponding to the color-tracing color blocks, namely actual color values corresponding to the initial color values.
Specifically, please continue to refer to fig. 4, a color block with a color closest to the color of the pixel point corresponding to the initial color value in the sample map is selected from the 81 color blocks, and the color value of the color block is the actual color value corresponding to the initial color value.
And S5, processing the actual color value and the initial color value to obtain a color tracing curve of the ink-jet printer.
Specifically, a corresponding relationship between the initial color value and the corresponding actual color value is established; and carrying out cubic spline interpolation processing on the corresponding relation to obtain the color tracing curve. If an initial color value X is taken as an example for explanation, selecting a color block color from a color target image corresponding to the initial color value X to compare with the color of a pixel point corresponding to the initial color value X in a sample image corresponding to the image to be printed, selecting a color block with the color of the pixel point corresponding to the initial color value X in the sample image closest to the color of the color block color, and obtaining the color value of the color block, if the initial color value X is (C)ix、Mix、Yix、Kix) Selecting color block with color value of (C)jx、Mjx、Yjx、Kjx) Then, the signals pass through the pairs of (0,0) and (C)ix、Cjx) Carrying out cubic spline difference fitting on the three points (100 ) to obtain a color-tracing curve of a cyan channel, wherein the fitting methods of other channels are the same as those of the cyan channel;
when a plurality of initial color values exist, selecting color blocks of other initial color values to be the same as the selection of the initial color value X, after comparing and selecting color blocks of N selected initial color values, establishing a corresponding relation between the color block color values and the corresponding initial color values, acquiring the corresponding relation of the N initial color values by taking a color channel as a unit, processing the corresponding relation, and then acquiring a color chasing curve, for example, acquiring the corresponding relation of the N initial color values of a cyan channel (C), a magenta channel (M), a yellow channel (Y) and a black channel (K) respectively, processing the N corresponding relations of each color channel to obtain the color chasing curve of each color channel, and automatically adjusting the initial color value of each pixel point of the image to be printed according to the color chasing curves when printing, thereby achieving the purpose of finally realizing the printing of the specific color. In this embodiment, the color target image and the sample image are scanned simultaneously by using a scanning device, and the matching result is automatically obtained according to the scanning result, wherein the comparison between the color target image and the sample image can also be obtained by manual observation. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the accuracy of comparison, in this embodiment, the initial color information of the selected N pixel points is substantially the same as the initial color information of the surrounding pixel points.
Preferably, the color tracing curve comprises color tracing curves of several color channels, as in the present embodiment, the color tracing curves comprise: the color-tracing curves of the cyan channel, the magenta channel, the yellow channel and the black channel.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, obtaining the corresponding relationship of the 3 initial color values and processing the corresponding relationship to obtain a color tracing curve includes: obtaining the corresponding relation of 3 initial color values in the same color channel, if there are 3 initial color values which are P respectively1i=(C1i、M1i、Y1i、K1i)、P2i=(C2i、M2i、Y2i、K2i)、P3i=(C3i、M3i、Y3i、K3i) Then, the color information of the similar color blocks in the corresponding color target map is respectively: p1j=(C1j、M1j、Y1j、K1j)、P2j=(C2j、M2j、Y2j、K2j)、P3j=(C3j、M3j、Y3j、K3j),P1iIs the same as P1jCorresponds to, P2iIs the same as P2jCorresponds to, P3iIs the same as P3jCorrespondingly, acquiring the corresponding relation of 3 pixel points in the Cyan channel (C, Cyan), namely (C)1i→C1j)、(C2i→C2j)、(C3i→C3j) Color value of color blockCjColor value C of pixel point as dependent variableiFitting the corresponding relation of the Cyan channels of 3 pixels by combining origin coordinates (0,0) and end coordinates (100 ) through cubic spline interpolation to obtain a correction curve of the Cyan channel (C, Cyan), namely a color tracing curve, which is specifically shown in figure 5, for independent variables, and then adjusting the initial color values of all the pixels in the image to be printed according to the correction curve, so that the color of the sample given by the client can be printed. The color correction for the other channels is the same as the color correction for the cyan channel and will not be described further herein.
And S5, adjusting the initial color values of all the pixel points in the image to be printed according to the color tracing curve. The method only needs one-time printing adjustment, is simple and quick, obtains the color tracing curve based on a plurality of pixel points, has small color difference of the color tracing, has good image restoration effect, and does not need to rely on the personnel of adjusting the color according to the depth.
