The led display is composed of a plurality of led components, and can be used to replace lcd or pdp, and to display full-color graphic images.
Each pixel of the led display is composed of led dies. With the development of the times, the pixels of the light emitting diode display are higher and higher, so that more light emitting diode grains are adopted. The number of led dies used is particularly striking for large, high pixel displays.
Since the manufacturing process of each LED die is complicated, any one of the processes may directly affect the light emitting efficiency, and therefore, the same driving current is applied to each LED die, and the light emitting efficiency is not as same as possible. Therefore, before the led display is put into full use, a precise instrument is required to correct the light efficiency so that each led die group constituting a light-emitting pixel can display with the same brightness.
However, although the conventional led dies are precisely calibrated before use, after a period of time, the light emission of the dies has errors, and some led dies become gradually brighter or darker, which results in the problem of uneven brightness of the whole led display and lighting device.
