Therefore, the cover plate 7 can not only shield the motor 63 to prevent ice slag from falling into the motor 63, but also effectively shield accumulated water outside the waterproof flange 1211 to prevent the accumulated water from flowing into the second accommodating cavity 12 to affect the motor 63.
Further, a sealing ring 14 is arranged on the periphery of the door body 1, the heating wire 13 is arranged around the sealing ring 14, a first gap 15 is formed between at least part of the heating wire and the sealing ring 14, and the other end of the end hole of the first water drainage pipe 8 is arranged in the first gap 15.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first receiving chamber 11 is provided with a small door (not shown) for closing the first receiving chamber 11 and sealing the same, so as to separate the freezing space inside the first receiving chamber 11 from the external refrigerating space; the sealing ring 14 extends along the periphery of the opening of the first accommodating cavity 11, and after the small door is closed, the sealing ring 14 is tightly attached to the small door, so that the sealing performance of the small door and the first accommodating cavity 11 can be ensured, and the cold air is prevented from being connected in series. The heater strip 13 sets up around the periphery of sealing washer 14, forms a plurality of clearance with sealing washer 14, and the end opening of first calandria 8 then sets up in first clearance 15, and the end opening of first calandria 8 is located between sealing washer 14 and the heater strip 13 promptly, can effectively restrain and produce the condensation in the first calandria 8.
Preferably, the heating wire 13 surrounds the end hole of the first drain pipe 8 in an arc shape, so that the heated area can be enlarged and the condensation phenomenon can be greatly suppressed.
Further, the ice crushing device also comprises an ice outlet channel 9 which is communicated with the ice crushing barrel 4 and the outside of the door body 1; the side wall 6233 of the ice outlet passage 9 is provided with a second water discharge pipe 10 communicated with the ice outlet passage 9, and the other end hole of the second water discharge pipe 10 is exposed in the refrigerating compartment 2 and is arranged close to the heating wire 13.
Further, the heating wire 13 and the sealing ring 14 form a second gap 16, and the other end hole of the second water drainage pipe 10 is disposed in the second gap 16.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the ice crushing device further comprises an ice outlet channel 9, the ice outlet channel 9 is communicated with the ice crushing barrel 4 and the outside of the door body 1, and ice cubes are transported to the outside of the refrigerator to facilitate the user to take the ice cubes; the side wall 6233 of the ice outlet passage 9 is provided with a second water outlet pipe 10, and the other end hole of the second water outlet pipe 10 is also exposed to the refrigerating compartment 2 and close to the heating wire 13, namely, is positioned in the second gap 16 formed by the heating wire 13 and the sealing ring 14.
Therefore, when water is continuously injected or water is accumulated in the ice crushing barrel 4 due to the abnormal water injection procedure of the ice maker of the refrigerator, the first accommodating cavity 11 is sealed by the small door and the sealing ring 14, the ice outlet channel 9 is sealed by the ice outlet cover plate (not shown in the figure), the accumulated water can be accumulated in the ice outlet channel 9 and spread to the first accommodating cavity 11, and at the moment, the second water discharge pipe 10 can discharge the accumulated water to prevent the accumulated water from entering the first accommodating cavity 11 to damage the motor 63; simultaneously, also prevent that water level from rising after, ponding can flow to the box along the refrigerator wind channel to cause the damage to the evaporimeter in the box.
Preferably, the second water drainage pipe 10 is arranged at the top of the ice outlet channel 9, so that accumulated water overflowing into the first accommodating cavity 11 can be quickly drained.
Further, a third drain pipe 11 communicated with the first accommodating cavity 11 is arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity 11, and the other end hole of the third drain pipe 11 is exposed to the lower air duct 3 on the door body 1.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the bottom of the first accommodating cavity 11 is further provided with a third drain pipe 11, and the third drain pipe 11 is communicated with the first accommodating cavity 11 and the lower air duct 3 arranged on the refrigerator door 1, so that accumulated water accumulated in the first accommodating cavity 11 is further discharged, and damage caused after the accumulated water enters the evaporator is prevented.
In order to achieve one of the above objects, the present invention further provides a refrigerator, which comprises a door body 1 and an ice crushing device, wherein the ice crushing device is arranged on the door body 1, and a user can conveniently take ice blocks from the outer side of the door body 1.
In conclusion, the ice crushing device and the refrigerator with the ice crushing device provided by the invention have the advantages that the transmission mode of the motor 63 is improved, ice residues and accumulated water in the ice crushing process are prevented from entering the motor 63 to influence the motor 63 through the cover plate 7, and the accumulated water which possibly occurs is discharged as soon as possible through the arrangement of the plurality of water discharge pipes, so that the problems that the transmission efficiency of an ice maker in the existing refrigerator is low, gear adhesion is easily caused by ice crushing, the motor 63 and an evaporator are easily damaged by the accumulated water and the like are solved, and the use convenience of the refrigerator is improved.

the ice crushing device includes: set up in garrulous ice bucket in first holding intracavity, set up in tool bit in the garrulous ice bucket and at least part set up in the drive unit in second holding intracavity, drive unit includes: the driving rod is connected with the cutter head and drives the cutter head to rotate in the ice crushing barrel, the gear set is connected with and acts on the driving rod, and the motor is used for driving the gear set to operate;
wherein, the edge of the door body is provided with a heating wire;
the ice crushing device further comprises: the cover plate is used for sealing the opening of the second accommodating cavity to form a sealed space in the second accommodating cavity, and the first drainage pipe is communicated with the second accommodating cavity and the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator;
the cover plate is hermetically connected with the opening through a waterproof flange and a waterproof groove which are matched with each other;
one end hole of the first water drainage pipe is arranged at the bottom of the second accommodating cavity, and the other end of the end hole is exposed in the refrigerating compartment and is close to the heating wire.
2. An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gear set comprises:
the first gear is sleeved on the periphery of the ice crushing barrel, and the second gear is meshed with the first gear to indirectly drive the cutter head to rotate;
the first gear is arranged at the upper end of the ice crushing barrel and is coaxial with the driving rod, the middle shaft of the second gear is parallel to the driving rod, and the motor drives the second gear to rotate.
3. An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the gear set further comprises:
fixed set up in the connecting box of first holding intracavity, the connecting box includes: the first box body is used for accommodating the first gear, and the second box body is used for accommodating the second gear and is connected to the first box body;
the first box body and the second box body share one side wall, at least part of the side wall is hollowed out to form a hollowed-out part, and the first gear and the second gear are meshed and connected with each other through the hollowed-out part.

An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second box body comprises an upper cover and a lower cover which are detachably arranged with each other, the upper edge of the lower cover is arranged lower than the upper edge of the first box body, and the second gear is arranged in a containing cavity formed between the upper cover and the lower cover.
5. An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper end edge of the opening constitutes the waterproof flange;
the cover plate includes: the waterproof cover comprises a cover plate main body, an extension wall, a first waterproof block and a second waterproof block, wherein the extension wall extends from the edge of the cover plate main body to the opening direction perpendicularly, the first waterproof block extends from the end part, far away from the cover plate main body, of the extension wall, and the second waterproof block is arranged on the end face, back to the opening, of the first waterproof block;
the public part of the waterproof groove corresponding to the first waterproof block and the second waterproof block is arranged on the end face, facing the opening, of the first waterproof block;
the depth of the waterproof groove is not less than the height of the first waterproof block.

An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sealing ring is disposed around the door body, the heating wire is disposed around the sealing ring, a first gap is formed between at least a part of the heating wire and the sealing ring, and the other end of the end hole of the first drainage pipe is disposed in the first gap.
7. An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising an ice outlet passage communicating the ice crushing barrel and the exterior of the door body;
and a second drain pipe communicated with the ice outlet channel is arranged on the side wall of the ice outlet channel, and the other end hole of the second drain pipe is exposed in the refrigerating compartment and is close to the heating wire.
8. An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the heating wire and the sealing ring further form a second gap, and the other end hole of the second drain pipe is disposed in the second gap.
9. An ice crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a third drain pipe communicated with the first accommodating cavity is arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity, and the other end hole of the third drain pipe is exposed to the lower air duct on the door body.
10. A refrigerator, characterized in that the refrigerator comprises a door body and an ice crushing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the ice crushing device is arranged on the door body.
