When a pot is placed at the head of the driving rod 34, the head of the driving rod 34 can retract into the outer sleeve 5 and drive the outer sleeve 5, the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 and the contraction part 33 to move downwards relative to the fixing seat 111, so that the peripheral shielding piece 3a is driven to move downwards and the main fire part 22 can be exposed, but the bottom of the sharp pot always keeps the distance from the outer sleeve 5 to the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4, the bottom of the sharp pot presses the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4, and although the inner ring fire cover 4 moves downwards relative to the central gas channel 11, the bottom of the sharp pot always keeps the distance from the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 to the outer sleeve 5. The elastic coefficient of the second elastic element 8 is far smaller than that of the first elastic element 7, so that the main fire part 22 of the outer ring fire cover 2 is opened firstly after the second elastic element is put on the pot. In this example, the maximum deformation amount of the second elastic member 8 is the total height of the main fire portion 22 of the outer fire cover 2, and when the moving amount of the driving lever 34 is larger than the main fire portion 22 of the outer fire cover 2, the first elastic member 7 buffers the movement. The maximum deformation of first elastic element 7 is the height of drive rod 34 above outer sleeve 5 plus the deformation of third elastic element 9. The three spring motion sequences of the first elastic element 7, the second elastic element 8 and the third elastic element 9 are as follows: the second elastic element 8 is compressed first to the extreme position (resting state of the pan), then the first elastic element 7 is compressed (resting state of the pot), and finally the first elastic element 7, the second elastic element 8 and the third elastic element 9 are compressed together (resting state of the pot over the tip); the height of the outer sleeve 5 is preferably 7-14mm and the drive rod 34 is >10mm above the uppermost surface of the pot support. The ring-shaped member 23 of the outer ring fire cover 2 is provided with a power concentrating cover 700, and the power concentrating cover 700 can better concentrate the combustion heat generated during the combustion process of the burner to better heat the bottom of the pan.
In summary, the burner is adapted to three different pot types during use to generate the following three conditions:
a. a pan: when the pan is rested on the head of the driving rod 34, the pan can drive the contraction part 33 to move downwards relative to the fixed seat 111, so as to drive the peripheral shielding piece 3a to move downwards, so as to expose the main fire part 22, and at the moment, the second elastic piece 8 is compressed;
b. pot with sharp bottom: because the outer sleeve 5 can support the bottom of the sharp pan to prevent the bottom of the sharp pan from being too close to the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4, when the sharp-bottom pan is placed on the head of the driving rod 34, the distance between the bottom of the sharp pan and the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 can drive the contraction part 33 to move downwards relative to the fixing seat 111 (which satisfies the compression of the second elastic part 8), and simultaneously drive the peripheral shielding part 3a to move downwards, so that the main fire part 22 can be exposed, and because the bottom of the sharp-bottom pan is flatter than the bottom pan, the bottom of the sharp-bottom pan can drive the head of the driving rod 34 to retract into the outer sleeve 5 (which satisfies the compression of the first elastic part 7), but the bottom of the sharp pan and the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 keep the distance between the bottom of the sharp pan and the inner ring top cover 4d, the bottom of the sharp pan presses the inner ring fire cover 4, and when a user lifts, upward movement of the peripheral shield 3a, thereby shielding the main fire 22;
c. and (3) passing through a sharp bottom pot: when the pot with the sharp-tipped bottom is placed at the head of the driving rod 34, the head of the driving rod 34 can retract into the outer sleeve 5 (which satisfies the compression of the first elastic element 7), and the outer sleeve 5, the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 and the shrinking portion 33 are driven to move downwards relative to the fixing seat 111 (which satisfies the compression of the second elastic element 8 and the third elastic element 9), so as to drive the peripheral shielding element 3a to move downwards, so as to expose the main fire portion 22, meanwhile, the periphery of the driving rod 34 is provided with the shielding portion 340, which can move downwards relative to the moving element 3 under the action of the head of the driving rod 34 placed on the moving element by the pot, so as to at least partially shield the gas hole 322 of the moving element 3, so as to change the gas inlet area of the gas hole 322, but the bottom of the pot with the sharp-tipped bottom always keeps the distance of the outer sleeve 5 from the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4, although the inner ring, however, the distance between the pot bottom of the pot with the sharp-pointed bottom and the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 is kept to be 5 of the outer sleeve, the pot bottom of the pot with the sharp-pointed bottom is prevented from pressing the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4, when a user lifts the pot, the driving rod 34 and the contraction part 33 can both return to the initial state, the peripheral shielding piece 3a moves upwards, the main fire part 22 is shielded, and the purpose of closing the outer ring fire when the pot is lifted is finally achieved. In addition, a shielding portion 340 provided around the drive lever 34 is provided on the outer sleeve 5. Because the pan bottoms of the pan and the pot with the sharp bottom are not sharp enough, for this reason, the distance of the outer sleeve 5 can be kept between the pan bottoms and the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 under the state that the pan bottoms are placed at the head of the driving rod 34, and the fire suppression is avoided; when the pot with sharp bottom is placed on the head of the driving rod 34, the outer sleeve 5, the inner ring top cover 4d of the inner ring fire cover 4 and the contraction part 33 can be driven to move downwards relative to the fixing seat 111, and thus, the pot with sharp bottom is driven. In order to further ensure safety, the embodiment preferably adopts a primary air fully-premixed burner or an electrically-controlled valve body, and when the main fire part 22 of the outer ring fire cover 2 is shielded, gas is ensured not to leak outwards.
No matter which type of pan, pot and pot is used, when the pan, pot and pot is placed on the head of the driving rod 34, the pan, pot and pot can drive the peripheral shielding member 3a to move down to open the main fire portion 22, and the horizontal separating portion 30' of the movable member 3 abuts against the lower portion of the first air outlet 6011, so that the vertical separating portion 30 can separate the first air outlet 6011 from the second air outlet 6012. Since the main fire portion 22 is in the open state, the first air outlet 6011 is also in the maximum opening state, so that the secondary air flowing from the secondary air supply passage 400 can be directly supplied to the main fire portion 22 of the outer ring fire cover 2 through the first air outlet 6011 (see fig. 3, in which hollow arrows indicate a supply path of the secondary air to the main fire portion 22, and dotted arrows indicate a supply path of the secondary air to the fire outlet portion 42), and the secondary air flowing from the secondary air supply passage 400 can be directly supplied to the fire outlet portion 42 of the inner ring fire cover 4 through the second air outlet 6012 by the partition action of the vertical partition portion 30 of the movable member.

Claims (13)

1. A burner for a gas range, said burner comprising:
a base (1);
the central gas channel (11), the central gas channel (11) is a cylindrical structure with an upward opening, and is arranged at the central part of the base (1);
the inner ring fire cover (4) is arranged on the central gas channel (11), is provided with an inner ring gas mixing chamber (41) and is provided with a fire outlet part (42) communicated with the inner ring gas mixing chamber (41);
an outer ring gas channel (12) arranged at the peripheral part of the central gas channel (11) of the base (1);
the outer ring fire cover (2) is arranged on the outer ring gas channel (12), is provided with an outer ring gas mixing chamber (21) and is provided with a main fire part (22) communicated with the outer ring gas mixing chamber (21);
