Abstract
The invention relates to a sliding rail device for a steel structure roof opening, which is arranged on an opening frame of a roof purline system and can slide along C-shaped purlines on two sides of the opening frame, a roof panel is laid above the sliding rail device, a roof opening support is arranged above the roof panel, a waterproof adhesive tape is laid between the roof panel and the roof opening support, the roof panel and the sliding rail device are fixed from top to bottom through roof nails. Compared with the prior art, the roof opening support, the roof panel, the sliding rail device and the opening frame of the roof purline system are not connected through the roof nails, so that a structure capable of synchronously sliding along the length direction of the roof panel is formed, and the water leakage hidden danger caused by the difference of the expansion degree and the contraction degree of heat between the structural system and the panel system is relieved.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the present application proposes a sliding rail device for a steel structure roof opening, which is disposed between a roof opening frame 3 and a roof panel 7.
The roof opening frame 3 is arranged between two adjacent roof purlines 4 and comprises an opening frame upper opening C-shaped purline 601 located at the roof opening upper opening, an opening frame lower opening C-shaped purline 602 located at the opening lower opening and two opening frame side C-shaped purlines 5 located at the left side edge and the right side edge of the opening.
The roof board 7 is laid on the sliding rail device 1, and a waterproof adhesive tape 10 is laid on the upper surface of the roof board along the boundary of the roof opening support 11.
The roof opening support 11 is arranged on the sliding rail device 1 and the roof panel 7 and is fixed by a roof nail 17. In fig. 1, the roof opening support 11 has an overall length L and a width W. The roof opening support 11 is provided with a bottom plate 13 at the outer edge of the bottom of the upper opening of the roof opening, the bottom plate 13 is provided with a notch at the plate rib 8 of the roof plate 7 at the upper opening, the plate rib 8 is covered by a plate rib cover 15, a cover cap waterproof adhesive tape 19 is laid between the two, and then the two are fixed by roof nails 17. Because the roof panel 7 is positioned between the sliding rail device 1 and the roof opening support 11, after the roof panel is fixed by the roof nail 17, the fixed contact surface is enlarged, and the roof panel 7 can be effectively prevented from being damaged at the nail hole. The sliding rail device 1 can slide along the length direction of the roof panel after being stably connected with the roof panel 7 and the roof opening support 11 so as to offset the damage of temperature change to the roof panel.
In the slide rail device 1, an upper opening J-shaped member 201 is located on the higher side of the roof in the slope extending direction, as shown in fig. 4, and a lower opening J-shaped member 202 is located on the lower side of the roof in the slope extending direction, as shown in fig. 5. The bending direction of the J-shaped connecting plate faces downwards, so that the structure increases the supporting strength and is favorable for nailing.
The waterproof adhesive tape 10 is continuously laid along the periphery of the roof opening support 11, and due to the addition of the sliding rail device 1, the waterproof adhesive tape 10 can be fully compacted, so that the reliability of the waterproof performance of the waterproof adhesive tape is improved.
