Accordingly, the shape of the mounting hole 122 may be adapted to the shape of the key 123. The mounting hole 122 has an upper hole wall located at the upper side, a lower hole wall 122a located at the lower side, and a side hole wall 122b connected between the upper hole wall and the lower hole wall 122a, and a receiving space capable of receiving the key 123 is defined between the upper hole wall, the lower hole wall 122a, and the side hole wall 122 b.
The main control board 121 is further provided with a guide hole for guiding the key 123 to slide back and forth, the guide hole may be disposed at the rear side of the mounting hole 122, for example, the guide hole may be disposed on the rear hole wall of the mounting hole 122. Correspondingly, the key 123 is provided with a guide post extending backwards, and the guide post can slide in the guide hole along the center line of the guide hole.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, in the present embodiment, one of the hole wall of the mounting hole 122 and the key 123 is provided with a support 124 extending toward the other, and the support 124 extends to abut against the other, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122.
In an alternative implementation manner, the key 123 is provided with a support 124 extending toward the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, and a lower end of the support 124 abuts against the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. That is, the key 123 is provided with a support 124 extending downward and abutting against the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122.
The supporter 124 may be disposed on the lower edge 123a or the side edge 123b of the key 123 such that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, and also the supporter 124 may be hidden in the mounting gap T between the key 123 and the mounting hole 122.
Taking the supporting member 124 disposed on the lower edge 123a of the key 123 as an example: the support 124 may extend from the lower edge 123a of the key 123 to the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, and extend to abut against the hole wall of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. That is, the supporting member 124 may extend downward from the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and abut against the hole wall of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. The supporting member 124 may extend downward along a straight line, that is, the supporting member 124 extends linearly; alternatively, the supporting member 124 may extend downward along a curve, i.e., the supporting member 124 extends downward in a bent or curved shape.
For example, the support 124 may have a connecting portion and an abutting portion; a linear or bent connecting section can be connected between the connecting part and the abutting part. The connecting portion of the supporting member 124 may be connected to the key 123 by means of bonding, screwing, or the like. Alternatively, the connecting portion of the support member 124 may be integrally formed at the lower edge 123a of the key 123 to simplify assembly. The abutting part of the supporting member 124 abuts against the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, so that a preset mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122; a positioning groove can be formed in the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, and part of the supporting member 124 is located in the positioning groove, so that a preset mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, and the key 123 and the mounting hole 122 can be positioned in the left-right direction; at this time, the groove wall of the positioning groove is a part of the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122.
Taking the supporting element 124 disposed at the side edge 123b of the key 123 as an example, in some examples, the supporting element 124 may extend from the side edge 123b of the key 123 to the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 and extend to abut against the hole wall of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. That is, the supporting member 124 may extend downward from the side edge 123b of the key 123 and abut against the hole wall of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. The supporting member 124 may extend downward along a straight line, that is, the supporting member 124 extends linearly; alternatively, the supporting member 124 may extend downward along a curve, i.e., the supporting member 124 extends downward in a bent or curved shape. For example, the supporting member 124 can be formed by directly extending the side edge 123b of the key 123 downward.
In other examples, the supporting members 124 are disposed at the side edges 123b of the left and right sides of the key 123; a positioning groove may be disposed at a corresponding position in the mounting hole 122, and a portion of the supporting member 124 is located in the positioning groove, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. At this time, the positioning groove may be communicated with the mounting hole 122, and a groove wall of the positioning groove is a portion of the side hole wall 122b of the mounting hole 122.
Of course, the position of the supporting member 124 on the key 123 is not limited thereto, and the embodiment is only illustrated here. For example, the support 124 may be disposed on a front or rear end surface of the key 123.
In another alternative implementation manner, a supporting member 124 extending toward the key 123 is disposed on the hole wall of the mounting hole 122, and an upper end of the supporting member 124 abuts against a lower edge 123a of the key 123, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. That is, the key 123 is provided with a support 124 extending upward and abutting against the lower edge 123a of the key 123, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122.
The support 124 may be disposed on the lower hole wall 122a or the side hole wall 122b of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, and the support 124 may also be hidden in the mounting gap T between the key 123 and the mounting hole 122.
Taking the supporting element 124 disposed on the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 as an example, the supporting element 124 may extend from the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 to the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and abut against the lower edge 123a of the key 123, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. That is, the supporting member 124 may extend upward from the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 and extend to abut against the lower edge 123a of the key 123, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. The supporting member 124 may extend upward along a straight line, that is, the supporting member 124 extends linearly; alternatively, the supporting member 124 may extend upward along a curved line, i.e., the supporting member 124 extends downward in a bent or curved shape.
For example, the support 124 may have a connecting portion and an abutting portion; a linear or bent connecting section can be connected between the connecting part and the abutting part. The connecting portion of the supporting member 124 may be connected to the hole wall of the mounting hole 122 by bonding, screwing, or the like. Alternatively, the connecting portion of the support 124 may be integrally formed at the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 to simplify the assembly. The abutting part of the supporting member 124 abuts against the lower edge 123a of the key 123, so that a preset mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122; a positioning groove can be formed in the lower edge 123a of the key 123, and a part of the support 124 is located in the positioning groove, so that a preset mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, and the key 123 and the mounting hole 122 can be positioned in the left-right direction; at this time, the groove wall of the positioning groove is a part of the lower edge 123a of the key 123.
Taking the supporting member 124 disposed on the side hole wall 122b of the mounting hole 122 as an example, in some examples, the supporting member 124 may extend from the side edge 123b of the key 123 to the side hole wall 122b of the mounting hole 122 and to abut against the lower edge 123a of the key 123, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. The supporting member 124 may also extend along a curve toward the lower edge 123a of the key 123, that is, the supporting member 124 extends toward the lower edge 123a of the key 123 in a bent or curved shape. In other examples, the support 124 is disposed at the side hole walls 122b at the left and right sides of the mounting hole 122; the corresponding position of the key 123 may be provided with a positioning groove, and a portion of the support 124 may be located in the positioning groove, so that a predetermined mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. At this time, the groove wall of the positioning groove is a part of the side edge 123b of the key 123.
Of course, the position of the supporting member 124 on the key 123 is not limited thereto, and the embodiment is only illustrated here.
In the washing machine 1 provided by this embodiment, the supporting member 124 extending toward the hole wall of the mounting hole 122 is disposed on the key 123, or the supporting member 124 extending toward the key 123 is disposed on the hole wall of the mounting hole 122, so that the supporting member 124 is supported between the key 123 and the hole wall of the mounting hole 122, and the key 123 is prevented from shifting downward under the action of its own gravity, and thus the preset mounting gap T is always provided between the lower edge 123a of the supporting member 124 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, so that the key 123 can be kept at its preset mounting position, and the sensitivity of pressing the key 123 is further improved.
Optionally, the abutting portion of the supporting member 124 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 or the abutting surface 124a of the lower edge 123a of the key 123 are curved surfaces, so as to reduce the contact area between the supporting member 124 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 or the lower edge 123a of the key 123, and improve the convenience of pressing the key 123.
That is, when the abutting portion of the support 124 abuts against the lower hole wall 122a of the installation hole 122, the abutting portion and the lower hole wall 122a of the installation hole 122 form an abutting surface 124a, and the abutting surface 124a may be a curved surface, such as a wave-shaped curved surface, to reduce the contact area between the support 124 and the lower hole wall 122a of the installation hole 122. Optionally, the curved surface is a circular arc surface to further reduce the contact area between the support 124 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122.
When the abutting portion of the supporting member 124 abuts against the lower edge 123a of the key 123, the abutting surface 124a is formed at the portion where the abutting portion contacts with the lower edge 123a of the key 123, and the abutting surface 124a may be a curved surface, such as a wave-shaped curved surface, to reduce the contact area between the supporting member 124 and the lower edge 123a of the key 123. Optionally, the curved surface is a circular arc surface to further increase the contact area between the supporting member 124 and the lower edge 123a of the key 123.
Of course, the structure of the abutting portion is not limited thereto. For example, the abutting portion and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 or the abutting surface 124a of the lower edge 123a of the key 123 are flat surfaces, and two opposite sides of the flat surfaces extend outward to form arc surfaces.
Alternatively, the support 124 includes a columnar portion having an axial direction parallel to the pressing direction of the key 123. That is, the axial direction of the columnar portion of the support 124 extends in the front-rear direction to reliably support the key 123, improving the positioning reliability of the key 123, and thus reliably making the lower edge 123a of the support 124 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122 always have the predetermined mounting gap T therebetween. The column-shaped portion may be a semi-cylinder, and thus, the abutting portion of the column-shaped portion has a smooth contact surface, so that the contact area between the column-shaped portion and the hole wall of the mounting hole 122 or the edge of the key 123 can be reduced.
The columnar part comprises a front end face facing a user, a rear end face opposite to the front end face and a side face located between the front end face and the rear end face, the joint of the front end face and the side face is in smooth transition, so that the contact area of the joint of the front end face and the side face and the hole wall of the mounting hole 122 or the edge of the key 123 is further reduced, and the phenomenon of blocking and stopping during the pressing operation process of the key 123 can be reduced.
Of course, the structure of the supporting member 124 is not limited thereto, and the embodiment is only illustrated here. For example, the support 124 may also be conical or hemispherical. When the supporting member 124 is tapered, the large end of the tapered supporting member 124 can be a connecting portion, and the small end can be an abutting portion; when the supporting member 124 has a hemispherical shape, the spherical surface of the hemispherical supporting member 124 may be an abutting surface 124a for abutting against the lower edge 123a of the mounting hole 122 or the lower edge 123a of the key 123.
Optionally, the mounting hole 122 has a centerline Z, and the support 124 is located below the centerline Z.
In some examples, at least a portion of the support 124 is disposed near the center line Z and in an orthographic projection Z' of the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, that is, at least a portion of the support 124 is disposed near a middle portion of the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122, so that a predetermined mounting gap T can be provided between the left and right sides of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. For example, at least a portion of the support 124 may be disposed in the middle of the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. When the support member 124 is one, the support member 124 may be disposed at the middle of the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122. When the supporting member 124 is plural, at least one supporting member 124 is disposed at the middle of the lower hole wall 122a of the mounting hole 122.
In some examples, the supporting members 124 are multiple, at least two supporting members 124 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the central line Z, that is, at least two supporting members 124 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of an orthographic projection Z' of the central line on the lower hole wall 122a of the installation hole 122, so that a predetermined installation gap T can be provided between the left and right sides of the key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the installation hole 122.
Of course, the distribution of the supporting members 124 is not limited thereto. For example, a plurality of supporting members 124 may be disposed along the pressing direction of the key 123, i.e., the front-rear direction of the washing machine 1, and the supporting members 124 are spaced apart from each other to improve the supporting reliability of the key 123.
Alternatively, the mounting hole 122 has a front end facing the user and a rear end opposite to the front end, and the support 124 is disposed near the rear end of the mounting hole 122 so that the support 124 is always located at the rear side of the front end surface of the key 123.
Illustratively, the key 123 has a first preset position that is released and a second preset position that is pressed, the second preset position being located behind the first preset position; both the key 123 and the support 124 have front end faces; when the key 123 is located at the second preset position, the front end surface of the support member 124 is flush with the front end surface of the key 123, or the front end surface of the support member 124 is located at the rear side of the front end surface of the key 123; thereby, the visual effect of the main control panel assembly 12 is improved. Wherein, the supporting member 124 may extend backward to be connected with the rear hole wall of the mounting hole 122, so as to improve the supporting reliability thereof.
Optionally, the main control board 121 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 122 for mounting the keys 123, and each mounting hole 122 is provided with a supporting member 124, so that a corresponding mounting gap T is formed between the lower edge 123a of each key 123 and the lower hole wall 122a of the corresponding mounting hole 122, thereby improving the pressing sensitivity of each key 123.
In addition, the parts of the embodiment that are not described in the description of the washing machine 1 may adopt conventional arrangements in the art, and the description of the embodiment is omitted here.
The present embodiment further provides a main control panel assembly 12, and the structure, function and implementation process of the main control panel assembly 12 may be the same as or similar to the main control panel assembly 12 in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that: the main control board assembly 12 of the present embodiment is not only suitable for the washing machine 1, but also suitable for other terminal devices provided with the main control board assembly 12.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
